Great staff and great place

My little family and I had a lovely stay in this beautiful location. My kids loved the pool and the close location to Smathers beach. Thank you again for the use of your property. Hope to be back to visit

Overall good

We came as a celebration of life. We had an amazing time. The property manager was amazing! She is so nice.

We had a really nice stay. The condo is spacious and gives easy access to Smathers, as well as a short drive to the other key places in Key West. The patio looks over the road and nothing nice to look at, but it does say that in the listing so we weren’t surprised. The pool area is really nice and has a great ocean view. There were a couple small issues, the removable shower head had a piece broken so it wouldn’t stay on the wall, a light switch was missing it’s dimmer, and a lot of the outlets were loose which made charging phones kind of a pain. Also, the drier kept just shutting off or not turning on so that was a bit annoying. The only real issue we had was the garage door opener didn’t work and when we called they said they’d come fix it the next day. No one ever came or contacted us about it. We could leave the car outside of the garage and go in through the doors and push a button, but it was a bit inconvenient. Also, before we came I asked if there was any beach stuff such as chairs in the condo and the owner said no, but there were towels. I assume this mean beach towels, but in reality there were only 4 shower towels (for a family of 4) so we needed up needing to go and buy towels because of this miscommunication. Other than that the stay was great, it was close enough to things without being in the center of the action without being busy or loud and their was a lot of space for our family we would definitely stay again even with the small issues it was worth the price. .

My 3 adult children and myself stayed here for a long weekend. The stay here was amazing and very comfortable. We had plenty of room and and everything there is gorgeous. Unique artwork and metal art add to the beauty. The porch is spacious and overlooks the greenery, pool and ocean. A walkway path to the pool takes you through a canopy of greenery that is photo worthy. The master bedroom features a huge walk-in shower that we all loved. The mirrors feature back lighting and steam remover. I can’t recommend this place enough. On a scale of 1-5 this place is a 10! Don’t wait - book it today!

We really enjoyed staying here and the pool area was just beautiful. Would highly recommend it. And would love to come back someday.

Traci made our stay for my Moms 78 th birthday extra special! We had everything we needed and a great view and location. I hope to come back and stay longer

The unit in key west worked out great for us. Family of four. Plenty of space. 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 showers. We also used the pull out sofa. Unit was clean and ready to use. Wifi worked 100% of the time which was wonderful. Appliances we needed worked. Parking is easy and plenty of space for the family van we rented. Its a gated parking garage so the car will be secured. Also to get into any portion of property you need a key so thats nice. The unit is looking out on to one of the few streets around there so you can get some road noise from cars and such. The loudest things were the rental golf carts as they seem to have fitted many of them with loud tires. Not sure why but that has nothing to do with the property. The beach is down the street. There is a nice pool on site also with access to the ocean but its not something you would really want to attempt to use as its very rocky. Overall a good place to stay. The only negative I saw was the old cottage cheese ceilings and where some patch work was done from various things. Its a sign of when the property was most likely built time range wise but beyond that its a good place to stay imo.

The unit was very nice and Spacious. Everything was very clean. Close to everywhere we wanted to go.

It was everything we needed except coffee filters which we left for the next guests 😊 The pool and the hot tub were very nice and it was great to have Smathers beach to be able to walk to 😊

Easy process. Convenient to airport and Key West attractions.

The unit was clean and and nice. But the view was not as stated. We had a busy road and trees as our view. It was supposed to be an ocean view. I talked to the owner and she said it was vrbo fault. Renter beware

The rental unit was perfect for us (two couples) in a great location for the wedding we attended at Casa Marina. Unfortunately we were not notified that the elevator was out of order and looked like it had been out of commission for awhile with no fix in sight. Luckily this unit was on the 2nd floor, but still a pain to get luggage and groceries around the entry and up the steps. The management was very responsive when we had an issue with a full garbage can from previous rental, and a car parked in our designated spot...both issues were taken care of. Photos of unit need to be updated as furniture is different and there is less seating than shown. Rules around the pool and outdoor music are very strictly enforced. There is a sand beach in addition to the pool, but no direct access to the beach for swimming. All in all, a great stay! Thanks again!

Property was all it said it would be and more. Very quiet. Loved the private beach area with chairs and umbrellas. Only wish I would have checked out the area sooner!

What a perfect stay! It was clean, stocked, and had incredibly comfortable beds. This place has everything you need. It is a short ride to downtown. We would stay here again!!

This property is clean with clear instructions for check in. Both manager and owner were quick to reply to questions. Loved the variety of original art on the walls. Some new furniture has been purchased so it doesn’t exactly match the photos but it’s still just as nice. The exception being there is only comfortable seating for 2 to 3 people as the wicker chairs in the living room are not comfortable. It has a nice big veranda to sit on and have breakfast in the morning but the traffic noise from the street below is very loud in spite of the large trees between them. But we felt that the reasonable price for this unit and the condition it was in was worth renting the space. Units that faced the intercourt yard and would be more quiet we’re significantly more to rent.

Extremely clean and well appointed. Very spacious condo, all amenities were perfect.. There were several obvious new updates which were nice and bright. We were very pleased with the property, inside parking was a real plus. Pool area was gorgeous!

Everything was clean with the property except the fact that the Kitchen trash was not taken out from previous guests

Had a great time in Key West visiting Dry Tortugas NP as well as kayaking, snorkeling and more!! Very detailed instructions helped us check in and out—wonderful location in Key West with a great pool and beach access and good proximity to the heart of Key West! Definitely would stay at this house again when visiting Key West.

Good location. Quiet part of town with walkable access to the hustle of downtown Key West or the beaches. Pool and facility were solid. Communication for checking in / out was good. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Highly recommended.

We like to travel with friends and finding properties that work well for couples can be a challenge. We enjoyed this property which is very roomy and has a very well stocked kitchen with new appliances. The master bedroom is very large with it's own bathroom. The shower/bath is huge, almost to a fault but I enjoyed the duel shower head. The second bathroom is located across the hall from the second bedroom so not ideal but considering how well the rest of the property worked for us is not a major issue, but one you should be aware of. The balcony is very large and looks down on the street below which is screened by some nice landscaping. The pool, hot tube and work out room far exceed most places we have stayed. We would certainly consider staying here again if we are in the area, it was a very positive experience.
