Good long weekend for my family of 4! My kids (4 and 9) stayed in the loft area — would not recommend for kids younger than 4 because of openness of spiral staircase.) Kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to log into our Netflix and Disney+ accounts on the smart TV. Back deck had very peaceful marsh views. Not a bad walk to the beach through the Beach Club across the street. We’d definitely return!

We have a family of 4! This was the perfect size for us. We were walking distance to beach, tennis, beach club. We rented bikes and rode everywhere. The beach was practically empty and serene. The back deck has a stellar open view of the marsh. So many deer hanging outside our deck. Perfect view with your morning coffee! The owners had beach chairs, boogie boards and extra towels. See you next year!!!

Great location, comfortable master bed. Spiral staircase to loft area rickety. We were u comfortable going up and down. Was ok clean not immaculate. Crumbs on the chairs, kitchen counter. Overall worked for us and price right.

This was a great place located in the center of the island. Easy walk to the pool and beach across the street. It was perfect for kids/teens to stay in the loft area. Master bed was comfortable. Very nice and spacious. We loved the view of the marsh and saw plenty of deer.

This condo is in a nice location. Easy walk to the Olympic pool/beautiful beach. Quiet villas, family friendly. Has a comfortable living room, nice tv, and plenty of beds. My biggest concern: condo needs some TLC. The air filter for the Hvac unit was caked with dirt and dust. If you have allergies this is going to be an issue. Also makes it hard for the AC unit to cool when it’s hot outside. I texted the owner (best way I found to get a response as communication was sparse) and she told me housekeeping would come to address it - they never did. I ever offered to switch it out. Also, the spiral staircase to the loft feels a bit shaky. Large pendants covers in kitchen slid off (randomly) a few times. Again I texted homeowner no response. We have stayed in many Vrbos and I have never felt like a “needy” guest but I would say I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying here again. Although the location was lovely and there are some nice features (loved sitting out on the porch for am coffee and on the evening) if there had been a true emergency I don’t feel confident owner would have been reachable or do anything. Make sure you have in writing amenity cards come w property because when we arrived they didn’t have a record of us. If you aren’t no bothered by dusty vents, bath tub with a slow drain, or light fixtures that may or may not turn on - then this could be a good fit!

Unit was in a great location! Could use a bit of updating! Couldn’t turn on one of the living room lamps! Otherwise great stay! Donna

Elizabeth’s vIlla was exactly as we expected and had everything we needed! The villa sits right on the salt marsh with a beautiful view from the back patio. We will absolutely stay here again!

We just did not have a favorable experience at this particular location.First, the gate didn’t have our information or tag to get on the island. We tried calling owner, and then texted...as we panicked that our reservation was lost. Finally received a text back that it was handled. Upon entering the home, we were greeted by a broken chair on top of the kitchen table. As we walked through we discovered a dirty bathroom floor. I texted owner to let know. There was also a smell we couldn’t quite identify... and concluded it was dog. We also discovered a soiled carpet spot by the tv. We double checked the property listing to make sure that animals were not permitted. It is a good thing she let us know where the Family Dollar was, because we promptly left to buy Febreeze. Since it was just the two of us we only walked upstairs once. The couch and loveseat are worn and in dire need of restuffing, but the living room had plenty of sitting chairs to choose from. The location was excellent and convenient, and the back view was amazing. We enjoyed the view but didn’t use the back patio because it is summer and South Carolina, a wooden deck on a marsh, which means roaches. That’s part of nature and no ones fault. We really wanted to love this place, mostly for the location. We made the best of it but happy we didn’t bring our family. (The listing does say not appropriate for children.)

enjoyed property and will return . slight hic-cup in check in process. Security gate did not have our names registered for access. Guard did escort us to the unit after we were unable to reach property owner. All resolved within 1 hour
