The accommodations were perfect for our large group. This three level home gave us plenty of room to gather for fun & games. Location was just a few blocks from the beach & the neighborhood was quiet. Gina was always available if we had a question or wanted recommendations. We will definitely be back. Thanks Gina 😃

The house was perfect for an extended family vacation for our group of 9 with ages running from 14 to 80. Easily walkable to beaches and downtown, the home was in an excellent location and provided all needed amenities, and more. I don't think I have ever rented a home as well supplied as this. We especially enjoyed the top floor living area with plenty of space for our group and great ocean views. We would rent again, if we return.

We loved this house. The views were amazing and its location could not have been better. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We barely used our car the entire time we were there. So close to the beach and owners provided everything you need beach chairs, towels etc. The owners were responsive throughout entire rental process and made sure we had an amazing stay. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. Greg greeted us when we (golf team) arrived. Upstairs Kitchen was well stocked, we did not use the downstairs kitchen too much. The view upstairs too nice to spend anytime downstairs! One of the bedrooms pretty small and more like a pass through to back stairs. But still worked nicely as a bedroom, with a big walk in closet.

If you really want to be immersed in all that is the So Cal beach feel, this ideally located to enjoy everything within walking distance. Beach and restaurants are all in close proximity. Our group lived in the South Bay 30 years ago and this house was perfect. Oh, and the views from the house are spectacular. Hosts were extremely accommodating.

Awesome! Can’t wait to go back. Gina and team are awesome hosts. The house is in a very quiet area and a few blocks off the beach. It is well appointed - better than most VRBOs - with kitchen wares, blankets, great towels, games, etc.

A truly beautiful, well appointed home in a fantastic neighborhood! The house had everything we needed for a fantastic family vacation. The house is in comfortable walking distance to the beach and the adorable town of Manhattan Beach. The views are stunning. The house is fully stocked, clean and so very comfortable- we felt completely at home. The hosts are absolutely lovely and extremely kind and helpful. They treated us like family and even sent over thoughtful treats! We will be back! Highly recommend this home and these hosts!

We booked this home for our corporate team to stay in for a few days when we had meetings is LA. We were absolutely delighted with the space that it provided for us to gather and bond. The location right next to the beach was wonderful and we loved walking up and down the boardwalk. The home is gorgeous and spacious. We all had plenty of space and privacy. Great views! The hosts were so kind, accommodating and responsive. We will definitely come back to this home again….next time will bring our young children for a beach vacation. Thanks so much, Gina and Greg!

After reading all the positive reviews about Gina and Greg's spot in Manhattan Beach, we were excited for our stay, but the home exceeded our every expectation. The layout of the house is perfect for larger groups, ensuring that everyone has their personal space, while also being able to gather together. The two kitchens are especially useful. On the top floor, a lovely view of the ocean provides for a stunning sunset view. Our group included an infant, two children, and six adults, and everyone was happy. Gina and Greg provided lots of great local recommendations, which we took advantage of. It's a very close trip down to the beach, and a pleasant walk to both Downtown MB and El Porto. The house itself was well-appointed with everything you'd need, including beach gear. This was a wonderful place to celebrate a special birthday milestone.

We had a girls trip here. Half with Los Angeles locals and half out-of-towners.
It was the perfect spot for us to walk to the beach and the shops, but mostly to hangout on the 3rd floor, catch-up with each other and enjoy the gorgeous beach view. We absolutely loved that 3rd floor common area.
We would definitely consider coming back.

The home was clean, well furnished and spacious. It had nice views from the 3rd floor deck and was only .8 miles to town. We walked to town and to the beach daily/nightly. We had plenty of room for all 10 of us!

I rented Gina and Greg's property during a weekend that unexpectedly featured Hurricane Hilary (much overhyped) and a 5.0 earthquake! Gina kindly brought us a flash light, water, and even cookies to make sure we were well prepared for any adverse affects from the storm.
We loved our time walking downtown to MB's restaurant scene (check out MB Post!) and the beach. Gina made us feel welcome throughout and we'd rent again next time we're in the area.

This home was just right for our needs. Family beach vacation getaway. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Family room had a comfortable large couch (new couch from what is pictured), big screen tv and work area. Master bed was very comfortable. Easy walking distance to beach. 1 mile walk to town. Bonus was that the main areas had air conditioning. Helpful on those hot summer days. I'd recommend this property to a small family. (Too much more than 4 or 5 is hard to share one bathroom) The owners were friendly and easy to work with.

Let me start out by saying the location is amazing and Greg and Gina are very nice and gracious people.
Unfortunately, we arrived to a filthy house. Not sure if it was bad timing or an oversight but it felt as if the house had not been cleaned in months. It was so dusty and dirty that our child's nanny had to spend hours cleaning every single surface of the house. In addition, we didn't even let our daughter touch the surfaces and covered the carpet with blankets. Through the process of cleaning I had one of the worst allergy attacks in my life from all the dust that was kicked up off the carpet and from the vacuum. Lastly, the chairs in the kitchen we stained to the point we did not feel comfortable sitting on them.
I think my biggest frustration is that if you are running a hospitality business, which this is, you should be held to the same standards as a hotel. At over $300/night this place is not cheap and if we had checked into a hotel and found it to this standard, I would have demanded a complete refund a new room. Had our nanny not spent the time to clean, we would have raised a bigger issue during out stay.
Again, maybe it was bad timing on our part but if other guests have experienced similar poor standards, they need to speak up so that we can effect change. Just because it is not a nameless faceless corporation running these rentals, doesn't mean we should not be honest with our feedback.

This is the 4th year in a row that we've stayed in this wonderful little house for Christmas. We just absolutely love this place. Comfy, cozy, clean, and very well-stocked place has become our home away from home during the holidays. There's even a Christmas tree for us!
Gina has made a few welcome updates (new sectional in the living room, surround sound) but there's nothing else we can say about this place that we haven't said before. Great location that is walking distance to the park, beach and downtown MB.
Great customer service from the management team. Prompt, attentive, and very easy to do business with. Whenever we come back to MB, this is the place we will always stay.

We loved our trip to Manhattan Beach! The house is in an excellent location and very clean and prep'd very well. Gina made sure to make us feel invited and welcome and was available by phone if we needed anything at all. Our family of 5 were very comfortable and had lots of space. We were within walking distance from pretty much everything. Gina welcomed us to use the beach chairs and boogie boards for our trips to the beach. Our teenagers loved it! The outdoor shower for after beach trips was awesome and the laundry room was a huge plus! The neighbors were very friendly as well. Our car battery went dead and one of the neighbors was more than willing to help us out. Having the parking spot at the house was a blessing. Easily recommended for families or couples looking for very nice home in a quiet area. Definitely on our short list for a return trip in the future. Thank you Gina!

We absolutely loved this home and location. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to everything - beach, shops, restaurants. All of the amenities were great and it felt like home. Gina really made the experience wonderful for my daughters and I with impeccable customer service to make sure we had everything we needed and she was highly responsive. I highly recommend!

This was our 2nd year to stay in this lovely property. Since the last time we stayed, Gina has upgraded the master to a king-sized bed, and a TV with Netflix in the 2nd bedroom. The property was very clean and tidy, had a fully stocked kitchen for all of our cooking needs, and it worked very well for our family with two teenagers. We had some delicious cookies from Becker's Bakery (www.beckersbakeryanddeli.com/) waiting for us when we arrived. They were so good we had to refill our supply several times during our stay. Gina also had great shopping and meal recommendations for us (the bourgelais tri-tip from Manhattan Meats is fantastic).
There is also a great laundry room, outdoor shower to rinse the sand off, and all of the beach items (towels, chairs, etc.) you could want. The house is in a great location and is walking distance to almost everything in Manhattan beach. We had a couple of very minor issues while we stayed at the house, and Gina was very responsive to our needs and addressed them promptly. We wouldn't hesitate to rent another property from EOS Vacation Rentals. Gina and her staff are the best!

We loved our nearly 3-week stay in this home. The owner and her assistant went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable, responding promptly to our requests. They were great at recommending places to go, including some tips about Manhattan Beach that only insiders would know. The neighbors were friendly and helpful too. As it was just my husband and I staying there, we enjoyed being able to spread out. Also we appreciated the large kitchen and its amenities - especially the large fridge with icemaker. We found the dishwasher a little hard to operate at first but soon got the hang of it. And we thought that the availability of premium cable channels was a nice touch.

This was one of the best VRBO rentals we've ever stayed in. The folks at EOS rentals were very easy to work with and answered all our questions promptly. The reservation process was painless and finalizing the paperwork was easy.
Once we arrived, we were greeted by one of the cutest and cleanest houses we ever rented from VRBO. The house was cozy and warm, well-stocked, blocks from the beach, and was very comfortable for us and our 2 teenage sons. When we got in, we had a Christmas Package of delicious cookies waiting for us (they didn't last long) as an extra surprise. Since we were staying over Christmas, they even had a tree up and decorated to make it feel like the holidays. The house is walking distance to everything in Manhattan Beach (you've got to try Uncle Bill's for breakfast), and is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Watching the sunset from the nearby park was fantastic.
The EOS folks also helped us to find a good person for surf lessons, place for bike rentals, and also recommended a place for us to do some volunteering while we were in town. Gina and her team are the best!
We would definitely stay in this house again when we come to Manhattan Beach. It was close to perfect.

I love using VRBO and have always had a positive experience renting on this site -- We found this home on VRBO and have stayed in this unit for 3 years in a row. It is a lovely 2 bedroom unit. We were walking distance to restaurants and shopping which I loved. We enjoyed amazing weather during our stay and Gina was extremely helpful. We love to grill and enjoyed using the patio and grill nightly. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. This was the perfect place to relax and get away....I would highly recommend this place to anyone.....We Will Be Back!

I have rented many vacation properties over the last few years and this expereince was as good as any I have ever had. The owner and her staff were great to deal with and we were greeted upon arrival with cookies on the counter and a bunch of bottled waters in the fridge .The house was in a great location and could not have been cleaner. The bed in the master bedroom was ridculously comfortable and the whole house was perfect for relaxing after long days on the beach and site seeing.I would highly recomend this location and would absolutely stay there again.

A beautiful apartment on a great quiet street close to the beach and easy walking distance to everything (we like to walk). However we had a few problems. First with cleanliness. The bathroom is located in the middle of the apartment -- it has no window. Instead a loud exhaust fan (audible throughout the apartment) turns on with the bathroom light. Worse than that the fan's vents were completely blocked by dirt and dust rendering the fan totally ineffective. It had obviously never been cleaned. We walked the apartment in white athletic socks that soon turned black on the bottom. Kitchen utensils and cups and glasses were obviously run through the dishwasher but many remained stained by dried on particles of food lipstick etc and had to be pre-washed again. The ad says the master has a gueen size bed but it is not -- it is either a full size or a double and it was impossible for my wife and I to sleep comfortably together. We know a queen size bed when we are in one. All of the faucets in the apartment should come with warning -- we were both scalded by extremely hot water out of the tap. Actually steaming! I would guess hot enough to make coffee! We had to mark the faucets with tape to remind ourselves to be careful. The worse part about staying here was that it is a bottom floor apartment with little to no sound insulation from the floor above. We were awakened numerous days by banging and a small child running across the ceiling and it up and down what sounded like wooden stairs right above the bedrooms. The master is also above the apartment laundry room -- no one did laundry while we were were there but I imagine that might also be a problem. The owner was understanding and responsive about trying to help, but we eventually decided to leave early (to a hotel WITH a queen bed) and we promptly received a refund.

Our family comes to Manhattan beach at least twice a year. This rental was so wonderful! The owner and management team were a joy to deal with and the location is perfect. The home was better than it even looks in the pictures! The best part is walking just a few blocks to see the sunset over the pacific ocean every night! It has all the amenities you need for a perfect beach getaway. Our family loved it. We will definitely want to stay here again!

We have had the pleasure of staying at this home in Mahattan Beach on more than one occasion for extended periods of time. We keep coming back! Gina, the owner, is the perfect hostess. She is available to answer any questions and works hard to make sure you have a wonderful vacation. I could not say more about how great was to us!! The house is located in a wonderful area just a few blocks from the beach. The unit is on the first floor. The house is well-equipped with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is a small outdoor patio in the front of the house with a BBQ. We love to grill so it was very convenient for us. We also love to eat out. There are several restaurants in MB -- many are within walking distance. My husband and I love to walk and did not mind walking into town for a great meal. The Stand which is an amazing concrete pathway connects the beach towns from Redondo Beach to Santa Monica. -- MB has two separate pathways --one path reserved for bikes and another path reserved for runners and walkers. If you love to take long bike rides you will love The Stand. I love to ride my bike and had many bikes rides on The Strand. This was the perfect place for us!
