We actually stayed here twice in less than a month because the house was so perfect for our needs. It was clean (and we are picky!) and check in was super easy. It is very quiet and close to the river. The deck was great for a BBQ.The host was amazing and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on staying again many times.

Highly recommend! The owners are very nice people, down to earth, and provide a welcoming vrbo. The location and room will be tough to beat. The house has a local decor with room for a large group but consists of a layout that makes it enjoyable to be together. Nice big kitchen and common areas are great for meals and camaraderie. We’ll be back!

Nice place to stay and close to great fishing.

The house was great, very clean and as advertised. The hosts made sure to check on us upon arrival to make sure we didn’t need anything. The weather changed the week we were there and the fishing turned off, but that’s fishing. Aka in all a great trip. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Orofino

Great place for a fishing vacation

The river is close, lovely surroundings, clean welcoming home with nice porch/deck and plenty of space inside. The description said 3 bathrooms with there are only 2 and there is no wi-fi. only downside.

Inside was quite nice, outside had some issues. Overall a decent stay.

Very nice place

We needed a place for my husband, myself and family coming to visit from out of the area. This home filled that need in spades. With four bedrooms and enough beds to sleep ten PLUS a spacious kitchen/dining area and adjoining living room space, it’s hard to imagine any other place would have filled our needs any better. Everyone slept comfortably in the cozy beds provided. The kitchen floor plan accommodated meal prep with many hands pitching in for the final result. The dining table seated ten comfortably with overflow seating and occasional tables in the living area providing any overflow for extra visitors. The gaming area was a bonus, although we did our gaming in the living room, sharing many laughs. I would rent this property again! Oh, it rained most of our stay but the spaciousness easily prevented cabin fever with all the space it provided. All the guests commented on what a blessing this place provided for making wonderful memories.

We love this place, we keep coming back every year. 5 years so far.

Owner of the property was extremely nice, property was clean and advertised just as it is. Owner checked in on us and gave advice for fishing. As well allowed us to come early for Thanksgiving as no one was staying at the rental with no extra charge. Can’t be more thankful for such a kind person. The launch ramp for the N. Fork was across the street and Dworshak was only a few minutes away. I would definitely recommend this rental.

This was a family fishing trip to Dworshak reservoir over Labor Day ‘21, there were 10 of us and this place was great for our group- plenty of elbow room & location was great ~40 mins from the dam’s north boat launch. Full size kitchen supplied with basic cooking, glassware, utensils, food storage, & cleaning items, full size d/w, has full size w/d if needed, 2 bathrooms tub w/shower- water pressure in master low but no biggee, lots of seating no complaints for lack of comfort, poker table upstairs was great for our group, basic cable in living room, DVDs in bedrooms- no biggee tho ‘cause you’re on vaca Go Outside! Deck space great for outdoor eating, through driveway so no need for backing up boats & trailers, public boat launch across street was great to fish at dusk- fish were jumping like crazy!! There is no Wifi but for the two of us that had to connect for last minute meetings our hotspot connected w/out issue (we have AT&T). Hosts were great quick reply to questions, clear instructions, if available & we can do this trip again hope it’s free to book!!

House was nicer than expected plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Photos don't do it justice. Very clean and plenty of parking, I will be trying to snag this place up for next years fishing trip.

Great house. It was nice, clean, and very well stocked. Large enough for the whole family with space for kids to play. It was perfect for our family Christmas.

Wonderful family vacation spot across the road from the river for fishing and nearby hiking. Great home for family or several couples. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, cooking utensils and appliances. The open floor plan made it conducive to cooking, eating and socializing; the home was very clean and well maintained with a nice front porch & gas bbq. The house was privately secluded yet grocery shopping was conveniently located only 10 min away. We appreciate the Clancys opening their home to us.

Excellent home base for our multi day Clearwater Steelhead fishing trip. Only 4 of us but could have easily and comfortably held 10. Well maintained and clean

The kids loved the blackberries outside, stocked fishing pond at Tunnel Pond (in Orofino) and the board games upstairs. I appreciated the baby gate which I set up to block the stairs and the laundry onsite for all the clothes we got dirty exploring this part of ID. Overall, it was a great, private place to stay with a lot of outside activities to do near by- perfect in current pandemic times.

Well equipped property with a beautiful and quaint cabin look and feel

We spent five days at this secluded cabin to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. Originally we had planned to go to Hawaii, but the current pandemic prevented us from traveling. This location was great, close to the Dworshak boat launch. We were in the water every day, caught many fish and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The property owners were very accommodating, and the place was comfortable. If we’re ever up in north Idaho again, we hope to stay here for more fishing adventures!

Great home for family close to beautiful scenery, rivers, lakes, fishing and parks. Everything needed to live comfortably, prepare your own meals and maintain distance from others yet enjoy a vacation during this difficult time.

Great house, hoping to stay again

Guy is awesome to work with and the house is amazing.

Great spot for 3 generations to spend a weekend. We were there for a HS football game and to visit our son at U of I. Wonderfully stocked home. Thoughtful touches. Bummed it was off season and the dam wasn't open on Saturday! If the need arises we won't hesitate to rent again.

This was a great place for us to stay and have some family time. We had a little trouble understanding the air conditioning but a short phone call to guy got us on the right track and everything was cool. I would suggest some extra fans to help with the cooling when a party arrives on a warm day. We like to cook and eat so the kitchen and big table were where we spent most of our time.
