La cuisine équipée d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable (cuisinière, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle) et comptoir en granit. Dans une immense salle en Floride, il y a une table de jeu, un canapé, deux fauteuils inclinables et un lit double. 1 garage attenant avec laveuse et sécheuse. Patio sur cour arrière a barbecue à gaz et deux tables de pique-nique avec chaises. Près des restaurants, centres commerciaux, théâtres, centre-ville, 10 min. conduire à # 1 aux États-Unis Siesta Beach.

We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be more than adequite for our needs.

The property has everything a couple or family needs to enjoy a vacation in the Sarasota area. It is spacious, well equipped, and is well located in a nice neighborhood near major roads. Siesta beach is only a few miles away, and is one of the best beaches to be found. The owners were helpful getting us checked in and were available during our stay when we had questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

I rented the property for family members visiting over Christmas. It was perfect as was only minutes drive to my home. The home was clean and comfortable. The owners were extremely accommodating and friendly. 5+ stars!!

Great location to many beaches, best being Siesta Key! Sam and Ella were very accommodating. Nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Neighborhood was very nice!

I rented this home for employees of our company to stay in while working in the area for a while. One of my employees brought a dog which was specifically against the rules of the home. The owners worked with us until we could find a place for the dog to go. That was beyond reasonable in my opinion. I also swapped a person staying in the home without making owner aware. I didn't know or even realize that would be an issue. But it was. Understandably. The reason I had to swap a person was due to black mold growing on the walls in multiple spots of one of the rooms. My original employee is severely allergic to mold. Once I made owners aware they immediately went to home to clean up the issue. BUT, when I called to tell them of the mold I was told that this is Florida and mold is to be expected. Ummm. Absolutely not. I have rented 20+ homes in Florida(several in this area), and mold has never been an issue in any rental that I have had. We were given a list of specific rules to follow for their home. One was that the air conditioner not be set below 72 degrees (Owner also stated this was a FL law???) I felt this was unreasonable because it was sunny & 85+ degrees out on most days and this is an older home. Needless to say, we did turn the AC below 72. Most rentals in the area have code locks on the front doors. This one does not. Check in was a little stressful just because we didn't know an exact arrival time and owner had to be present to give us a key to the home. I prefer no contact with an owner other than email. This is one of the few times I've ever been forced to have face to face contact with an owner. The house could use some updating as far as linens and furniture go. We only rented due to the limited availability of other homes in the area.

A clean, basic vacation home in a good location
The home met our needs. Sam and Ella checked us in and out and were kind enough to extend our last day from 11am to 3pm. We bought new pillows and left them there as we are pillow snobs. Enjoy them!

Language barier
everything was wonderful until they saw we had a guide dog. Homeowners insisted it was their house and their rules, dog is able to go anywhere humans are able to go , they finally gave in. But still insisted there house there rules and demanded paperwork!!!!
All this while my daughter watched on feeling bad because she needs the dog..

Great location
The location of this house was great. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The reason for the 3 stars was because we had issues with the television. The house has Roku but no cable. We were unable to watch a major network for a few days. The owners did bring an antenna, after much discussion, and then we were able to access ABC and that’s it. If you don’t care about TV the house is fine

Home away from home
Very clean, comfortable, and well provisioned property. Sadly, our visit was to attend memorial services for an uncle, so we did not take advantage of the many activities convenient to the property's location. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great all around rental with lots of space and amenities
We were thrilled with the owners, Sam & Ella, for their willingness to make our stay in their sweet home a memorable stay for all. Great location, lots of space, and nice Florida room. Everything you need is provided for your use including beach chairs, outdoor area & grill, nicely stocked kitchen and bath, laundry facilities for your use, garage and garage door opener, wifi connection, and close to beaches, shopping and restaurants.
We are definitely looking forward to returning for a longer stay next year. Completely wonderful experience from start to finish 😊�.

Very clean, fully stocked supplies, close to needed highways
Sam and Ella gave a full and detailed “tour” of the house, supplies, necessary information, ie how to work tv, WiFi info, etc. . Things like furniture and appliances were not necessarily highest end, but were more than adequate. Everything was so clean and organized, made staying there, coming “home” from a day of golf or visiting friends relaxing and stress-free. And the price is good!! Would definitely stay there again.
