The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. It is comfortable and has an amazing roof terrace. There was enough space for 4 adults, as long as you don’t mind bunk beds in one room,perfect for older teens. The location is central just a road behind the pine walk and close to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and very helpful and communication was excellent.

We hade a great time e at Aitors flat. He and his family were very polite and the communication via WhatsApp always fast & easy. We have been really late for check in because of some delay, but aitors father, took the time to show us the whole flat and gave us fresh oranges and an bottle of wine! The area is pretty quiet and you have a lot of restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. There is also a bike rental directly nearby! We would come back at any time! Thanks for having us!

we had a great time in the apartment. it is very central and yet quiet. a small supermarket is right next door and is open until 11 p.m. the apartment is well suited for families. we were grateful for the air conditioning as it was very hot even at night

We came for a week and absolutely love this property. It was, as seen on the internet and was even more beautiful in real life. The sun terrace had a view of the mountains one side where the sun went down and a view of the sea on the other where the moon came up.... Perfectly placed for exploring the port and shopping. The best thing was having the sea just around the corner and a coffee shop to pick up your cappucino after the morning swim! It is also located right near a Spar for fresh bread for breakfast. Suitable equipment for self catering and chilling when not at the beach. The hosts were lovely and helpful. It was fun going in through the front door as it made you feel you were a local! Lots to explore and many restaurants/shops around - we found a fantastic vegan restaurant so went there most nights! Would absoloutely stay there again. Thank you for helping us have an awesome holiday (although the heatwave was a bit much!!)

We have just returned from a relaxing week at this lovely apartment. Just one street back from the beach, close to town centre, restaurants, shops and bars. We were lucky enough to be able to use the fabulous roof terrace a few times. Communication with the host before and during our stay was excellent, and Aitor’s parents met us on arrival and showed us around. Would definitely recommend, and hope to be back very soon.

A lovely quiet apartment very close to the beach and facilities. Heating worked well and the roof terrace would be great in warmer weather. The hosts were very helpful and flexible. Would recommend.

Found this apartment to be a perfect base for a week to explore the north of Mallorca. Close to the beach and tons of restaurants and parking always available just a short walk away. Apartment was clean, the neighborhood quiet and the roof terrace is just great. Communication with Jose friendly and super quick.

Excellent location and lovely terrace

Wir haben 2 erholsame Wochen in Port de Pollenca verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei der Ankunft wartete eine Flasche Wein und ein vorsorgliches Päckchen an Einwegmasken auf uns, danke dafür! Die Lage des Appartements ist hervorragend: sowohl Zentrum als auch Strand sind in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung von unserer Seite.

We had a lovely relaxing stay in this nice little flat. It's one street back from the beach and a short walk from plenty of bars shops and restaurants. Everything was waiting there for us in the flat, including a nice fruit bowl! There was street parking just outside or a good sized carpark just up the road. The heating was good and effective so I would think it'd be great for aircon in the summer. The balcony was nice and while we didn't really use it the roof terrace was roomy. There was plenty of space and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I recommend renting this apartament in 100%. Clean, comfortable and very close to the sea. The owner and his family very nice and helpful.👍😊

We echo the other good reviews - great location, the town was quiet in November. It is a top floor apartment and the others were not holiday lets, good private roof terrace catching winter's low sun from around 12 to 3 (so very sunny in other months). Aitor and his family were the perfect hosts, responding if you need something, otherwise leaving you undisturbed. Tourist office, bus station and supermarkets are nearby - everything is. Highly recommended.

Aitor and his parents were lovely, they showed us around a left a bottle of wine for us. They also provided a crib and high chair for my friends daughter.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and in a great location. Aitor and his family were friendly and helpful. Apartment only a short distance from restaurants, supermarkets and bars. Definitely recommend!

This apartment was just perfect for us It was very clean, very comfortable and functional. Decent beds and shower and extras such as a good washing machine, iron, hairdryer etc. Upstairs a lovely terrace where we often had breakfast. Its location was just one street back from a truly beautiful promenade and the famous beach front and Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa where there were many lovely restaurants and bars catering for all tastes which made our evenings very relaxed and enjoyable Lots of small shops, some holiday orientated and other local ones in the numerous street leading off the promenade. Aitor, the owner, could not have been more helpful and spent time helping us to locate places in Puerto including directions to the local bus station where we took trips all over the island. We met his grandparents who also made us incredibly welcome. We just can't recommend this place and Aitor enough , we just wish we could go straight back! Thank you for giving us a wonderful 10 days

Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung - zentraler geht es kaum - es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde - sehr sauber und angenehm. Wir können uns den bisherigen Bewertungen nur Anschließen.

Die Wohnung ist an einer guten Lage im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Visavis ist das Restaurant Ambrosia, wo man gut und günstig essen kann;-) Der Kontakt zu Aitor war kollegial und unkompliziert. Er spricht gut englisch. Komme gerne wieder!

The apartment is ideal and very centrally located. The sun terrace was a real bonus for us, especially as the weather was so nice. Everything was ready for our arrival and Aitor's Grandmother very kindly showed us around the apartment. Very clean and tidy. Aitor's communication throughout was excellent which gave us every confidence in our booking. The accommodation is good value for money and we would like stay again in future.
