Nouveau pour la saison 2018-2019, ce spacieux condo de 2 chambres à coucher + loft est situé au pied du village d’Arrowhead, à quelques pas des pistes.
La résidence de deux étages comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, un coin repas et un salon spacieux avec une cheminée à gaz. Situé à la sortie de la chambre principale, le loft est idéal pour les jeunes familles. Il comprend un lit superposé double et un espace pour jouer. Les clients ont également accès à un balcon avec barbecue à gaz et un parking souterrain pour une voiture. Un parking supplémentaire pour les véhicules supplémentaires doit être organisé avant l'arrivée, ce qui ne peut être garanti.

306 Arrowhead was a clean, well equipped and updated rental. We enjoyed our stay in Arrowhead village. Vista restaurant was very good. My only suggestion is the pool/hot tub area was quite small to service the whole village and it is quite a far ski back from Beaver Creek village. I would recommend taking the shuttle after a full day of skiiing. The property rental and management company were wonderful to work with.

We had a good experience. The layout of the master bedroom/bath was odd. It is technically not a ski in/ski out in my opinion. It is not a penthouse either. The garage parking is terrible if you have a large SUV.

Very nice to come into the condo and find coffee,tea,hot chocolate,spices and kitchen utensils and pots and pans that were in great working order. Also the complimentary spices by mountain management a very homey welcoming feeling. Extra towel bar is needed in bathroom upstairs and the king mattress needs replacing. Excellent stay.

My daughter and I stayed at 306 Aspenwood for a short visit. The residence was excellent. The living room was comfortable for relaxing and the kitchen was perfect for breakfast/evening meals. Loved the bedding and the door to the balcony in the guest room was refreshing. Highly recommend this residence for small groups and avid skiers. So convenient to the slopes. Underground parking an added plus.

It was a nice place and a nice location but the concierge we were assigned from the management company ruined our visit. For the cost, I suggest staying away from Mountain Management Group. I would simply stay away from this experience.

Great location
This is the perfect location but unfortunately for us Arrowhead lifts and trails were not open but we did take the shuttle right into Beaver Creek which was great. Hot tub was not working which was a bummer.

This property was as advertised! Everything about it was properly described and the assistance from Lisa (Mountain Management Group) was exquisite.
The condo was literally a 30-sec walk to the Arrowhead Lift (Arrow Bahn Express). Also convenient was the ability for some in our group to pick up their Beaver Creek lift tickets at Arrowhead Village. And if you rent thru Epic you can pick up/exchange/fix your skis/boards/boots/bindings there as well! You can connect all the way to the apex of Beaver Creek mountain (Red Buffalo Park/Birds of Prey) from the lift, or you can take the convenient shuttle (50-steps away) to Beaver Creek.
The facilities at Aspenwood were top notch with the convenient warm ski locker in the parking garage. Your condo has plenty of name brand cookware, dinnerware, cutlery, etc. The condo itself warmed up fairly nicely and the ceiling fans upstairs, with the standalone fans downstairs, helped keep it comfortable. TVs/Xfinity cable in all the rooms was a bonus. And we were able to watch a PPV fight, with our login on the Apple TV downstairs.
Overall, this place is as described in my title as a "Hidden Gem" and would stay again.

This condo was everything we needed for a family of 5. The two-floor layout allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed, I could tell it was stocked by someone who cooks, we had everything we needed and more for all of our meals. The proximity to the slopes was great, we have three kids (13, 11, 9) and they had an easy time making the very short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the Arrowbahn lift. Made it easy to come home for lunch.

This condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults and two children. The Kids loved the loft area and the two levels provided the right amount of privacy. Located on the 3rd and highest level of the building, this unit has much higher ceilings than units on the 1st and 2nd levels. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Although no AC in this building, the condo includes a couple of very high powered quiet ceiling fans. The massive Aspen trees right outside the main window and deck made it feel like we were high up in the mountains. Arrowhead is absolutely beautiful in the summer, very lush and green with well maintained landscaping everywhere you go. The amenities at Arrowhead were a huge plus. We enjoyed the swimming pool, restaurant, BC Golf Course, and biked everywhere. Next time we will bring our tennis racquets. Management was very helpful and communicated with us throughout our stay. Someone met us at check in and helped with our bags, and even brought over a new coffee maker when ours broke. My only suggestion for this place is to include washable duvet covers for the down comforters.

1st time staying in Arrowhead
Absolutely loved our trip this past week in Arrowhead. The condo was accurately described and very comfortable for our group of 6. The loft is perfect for kids and the second floor layout provides plenty of privacy. Condo was clean, spacious, with very comfortable beds. Such a peaceful place with huge Aspen trees right outside the windows and deck. Amenities in Arrowhead were a huge plus. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub and nearby restaurant. My only recommendation would be to include some washable duvet covers as part of the bedding.

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was great and it was very clean. This unit does not have AC, which was fine in the morning because the temps were cool and we could keep the windows open. However the afternoons were pretty warm and with only one window upstairs, the master bedroom and loft area were very warm in the afternoon and evenings. We would rent this property again if we return in the winter, but if we return in the summer we will look for a unit with AC.

Our arrival was perfect. We were met by an agent from the management company who showed us into the garage and up to the condo.
The condo is beautiful and very nicely decorated in a more modern ski theme. Even though we were only four adults, this condo has plenty of space and could easily accommodate two small families.
The kitchen has everything you need from blenders to a crock pot, tons of glassware, plates and a fantastic Thermador range.
With every other day cleaning service, the condo is super clean and stays that way.
The main issue we had with this condo was the upstairs noise from what we could only guess was the boiler. The first couple of nights we thought it was doors slamming, but then it got worse and became a gurgling noise too. I contacted the management company asking about it and was told they would contact maintenance. We never heard from maintenance and the noise continued to get worse. Even wearing earplugs it woke us. A couple days before we were to depart it was dumping snow and we thought about extending our stay. After another sleepless night we decided to check out as planned.
The location to the lift is very convenient being about a 3-5 minute walk. There is also a lift ticket office along with a rental shop along the way. Just be aware that shuttle service is only available until 5:30 pm. The Beaver Creek transportation APP is presently incorrect and dial a ride does NOT service Arrowhead from 7 pm to midnight. If you want to go anywhere after 5:30 pm or need to get back to the condo after 5:30 pm you will need to drive or Taxi/Uber.
