I really enjoyed this spot. Great low key spot. Love that there was a place around the corner to cover any extra needs… sandwiches and ice cream plus. Surprise Bonfire with a cookout and band for the Holiday was a huge bonus. Hostess was lovely.

Had the most amazing beach vacation this week! This was our second time staying at this property, and it was equally as wonderful as the first time we came! The apartment was spotless, decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed for our vacation, not to mention the very best part of being literally 50 steps from the beach!!! Julie, Geoff, and Stephanie all met us when we arrived, making sure we were all set, and met us as we left to say thank you and goodbye….we have already booked our week for next year!! They are all so warm and friendly, it made it seem like we were going to visit family…thank you again!!

This property was a fantastic location and the property owner and her mother in law made us feel so welcome. Stephanie was a delight to talk to and so helpful with her suggestions. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The property was the perfect location for a long weekend in York Beach. The hosts were communicative and friendly and the apartment is exactly as pictured. I’d happily come back for a return trip to York!

This was our second stay at Julie's rental. Once again the place was perfect. It's right across the street from Long Sands which is ideal.
It's so clean and well decorated. The location is quiet despite being on a busy road.
We enjoyed sitting out at the small table on the patio playing board games. It was the perfect way to end a beach day.
It has a full kitchen that allows you to bring groceries and cook in. That's a nice feature especially if you don't want to go out to a restaurant.
There are 2 tvs to watch. Both are Smart tvs and ready to use with your streaming accounts.
This is great if you have a rainy day or you just want to chill and watch some tv.
This is our third year coming to Maine for a girls getaway and this rental is simply the best. We rented a different one the first year and would never, ever, ever go back.
Julie knows what renters need and want.

The rental was perfect for me as it was conveniently located next to the beach and near a good restaurant and also a grocery. The bed was comfortable, the rooms seem recently remodeled, it had every amenity that I had need of. It’s a great choice for a couples getaway, or in my case, a personal retreat.

Plenty of space for two adults. Directly across from the beach in a great location. Mattress was average and not uncomfortable. Great water pressure. Beautiful back yard with a covered area to sit/grill.

Julie has a fabulous little apartment in our favorite place, York Beach, Maine. The space was perfect for my husband and me, with plenty of room to stretch out, comfortable bedroom, spacious modern kitchen, plenty of necessary paper products for our one week stay. The beach has easy access by walking up the path on the side of the house onto the front sidewalk with the beach right across the street. Julie was quickly responsive to any inquiries we made. Weather was perfect and we had a great week! We hope to be back.

We had an amazing week staying at this house!! It was not even a 5 minute walk to the beach ( where we spent all day everyday!), literally right across the street. It was the perfect size for my husband and myself….everything in the house was immaculate and beautifully kept, there wasn’t anything that we didn’t have there!!The only thing that we would possibly change would be to have a more comfortable bed!!
We were sorry that we couldn’t meet Julie in person to thank her for the amazing week that we had, and we definitely hope to be able to stay there again!!

Our host was friendly but respected our privacy. The cottage was immaculate and cozy. The location was close enough to the beach as well as local restaurants.

Julie and Jeff are perfect hosts! The rental was immaculate and had everything we needed for the perfect getaway!!! We kept the bedroom window open a bit at night and we could hear the ocean waves. It made for easy, peaceful sleeping. Check in & out was seamless.

We really enjoyed our week here! Just steps to the beach and also an easy drive to Portland and Massachusetts. I had some questions before we went and Julie was super prompt and friendly in responding through the VRBO messaging system. Looking forward to coming back one day!

The apartment is beautiful. Well equipped with everything you might need for a weeks getaway. I would recommend spices, another fan for during very hot weather, larger mugs for coffee. Otherwise those are just superfluous items to think about. Other than the view the apartment was wonderful. Hosts were very nice. It was very quiet and relaxing. The beach was on the other side if the road. Very short walk, couldn't complain about that. Really enjoyed the apartment, cozy and sweet!

Really enjoyed our stay at Juli’s place. Just a short walk to the beach (and close enough to open the bedroom window and hear the ocean waves). Juli was available when we needed her and the unit was as advertised. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I just spent 4 days in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed. I can’t stress enough how CLEAN it was!! The decor is very tasteful. The layout is very roomy-feeling. Impeccably clean and very comfortable. Perfect location and exactly what we were looking for. Only wish our last night there hadn’t been so noisy as there was lots of activity on the floor above us. All in all a great little weekend getaway.

Just one day since my wife and I came here and we already love this place. Extremely warm and gracious hosts. Location is just stunning. Right on the beach. The house is very nicely kept and has absolutely everything. It's also very close to eating places and there is a bar and an ice cream place at 2 min walk. It's also perfectly located to walk 20 mins to the Nubbles lighthouse. Also its about 5 mins drive to Goldenrod, an amazing breakfast place, a must visit. We would definitely suggest this place for couples.
