Quiet, comfortable, spacious family beach house close to beach, town and tourist destinations. Owners provided detailed information and great follow up.

A great little weekender for a break from the big smoke. Lots of facilities for small family to get away and relax in this quiet little town.

Great spot pretty quirky house set up but was great fun. Short walk down the track next to the house to get to the beach, about a 10min walk to local pub and general store. Situated in a culdesac so was great for kids to ride their bikes and scooters. Each morning we got to see Emu’s out back of the house. The only thing which didn’t bother us as our kids are 4&5 that the property is not fenced so if you had little ones you need to keep an eye out coz it’s all bush out the back with a small bit of lawn n only a foot high limestone wall separating the bush from the backyard. We had a great time and the house was very well set up with plenty of room.

Comfortable cottage in a quiet corner of town with views across bushland. A bit cool to use the rear patio but the front living area is very spacious too with A/C to keep us warm.

Loved the outlook from the kitchen to the sand dunes - a perfect, unpretentious place with great character and charm e.g. the indoor/outdoor feel for the bathroom. Far nicer than staying in a more modern, characterless place. Cervantes is small but a great place to relax or use as a base to visit Lesueur NP or The Pinnacles. Comfy main bed, fireplace - but in truth, more for atmosphere than warmth, great gas oven, well equipped kitchen. Perfect spot to relax and breathe more slowly into nature. Perfect.

We had our daughter visit from Melbourne for the first in over a year. Wanted to have a special extra long weekend. The Beach House was perfect. A bit rustic but with all the mod cons, close to beach and easy travel distance to all local sights and beaches. We had a wonderful time. Rosemary made it easy. Many thanks. Will definitely be back and recommend to all our friends.

Quaint beach shack a short walk to the beach and town. Would stay here again.

Cervantes Beach house is the cutest little place with such character an absolute gem Perfect location perfect size with the comfort of home we thoroughly enjoyed our stay Thankyou so much I definitely highly recommended

A fabulous place to call home for a couple of days while exploring Cervantes. Excellent location.

Good communication with owners. The place was clean and had everything we needed, even board games in the cupboard! Nice big fridge. Easy walk to the beach. Comfy queen bed. Note: bring most of your food supplies as there are limited supplies in the local mini store or you could drive 20min to IGA in Jurien Bay. Will love to come back soon.

This little quirky beach house is perfectly located in a very quiet area looking straight out to the dunes. It is close to any ammenities required but far enough away for total peace. We had a brilliant stay - we walked to Lake Thesis & the Stromatolites, walked to a look out, walked down to the beach & watched the beautiful sunset & fished at the beach. We sat by the fire in the evening & chilled. Thanks so much - we loved our stay & will definitely be back !!

The location is perfect, very quiet and the back yard is basically the beach (short walk through the sand dunes). The house is great, living areas are quite roomy and there's an awesome area out the back to enjoy the view or woodfire in winter. The house was clean and had all you could need to enjoy your stay, including full kitchen, bbq, tv, laundry, games, dvds etc. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with host was fast and helpful. Cervantes is a really nice, quiet and relaxing area to visit, and a great alternative to the busy and popular Jurien Bay (which is only 20 mins away). Definitely five stars from us!

We had a great stay at this property. It was in a great location, close to beach and town. The house itself was very clean and well set up. Bathroom was quirky with garden but loved it- being able to have a shower and watch the sunset was pretty cool. Communication with owner was very easy and pleasant. Highly recommend this if you are looking for a holiday in Cervantes. The only thing I would suggest (very small thing) it to possibly supply some more basics in the pantry such as sugar, tea and olive oil.

Perfectly placed with everything you need for a relaxing getaway located in a quiet street, walking distance to a deserted beach or the stromatolites, surrounded by nature. A minor point but theres a great collection of cassette tapes so our kids learnt all about tape players, cassettes and how to play them! 🤣 They also loved the nature bathroom. We will be back, thank you 😊

We chose this location because of its humble coziness. it is perfect for a weekend beach getaway with no frills attached. Perfect for your average Joe that just wants a change of scenery. The location of the house gives one a sense of isolation while the convenience of access to shops and restaurants is within walking distance. A true little gem hidden on one of the most beautiful coastlines in WA

We found the property fitted our needs and overall had a relaxing stay. The weather however was not the best as it was very windy (hot easterlies) and hot (35deg+). As a result, the split system air conditioner in the lounge room was a godsend! It kept all the inside areas lovely and cool which was great. There were a couple of minor niggles. No ventilation in the enclosed outside area. Whilst we could open the window next to the bathroom, there no opposing window/door that could be opened to allow ventilation and it was extremely stifling. Secondly, the fridge door could not accommodate large bottles such as soft drink, wine etc so if the bottle could not be capped, there was nowhere big enough in the fridge to fit it. Having saying this, we loved our stay and would definitely consider returning. Thanks Rosemary :)

Lovely rustic cottage with everything you need for a little get away. Good location, easy to walk to everything or just a short drive if you prefer. Great spot to base yourself if you want to check out the Pinnacles, go fishing, windsurfing. Easy communication with owners.

The Beach House was very nice. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to walk up the hill to the beach.
