Staff were lovely. Woodfire pizza night. With a live band was great.

The dust in the room.was a bit much. Could do with dusting all the skirting

Staff at reception were great, very welcoming and friendly, provided all the information we needed for our stay, excellent knowledge of the local area. The room was very comfortable, extra pillows available which is always a bonus. Air Conditioning was just perfect and lovely crisp, fresh linen on the bed. Really convenient having the toiletries in the shower and next to the sink on a pump, saves having to carry them items with you, and the products are good as well, not watery and smell really nice. Our second stay at the motel and we once again had a great stay.

Unfortunately, there was a used soap cake and a fair bit of hair in the shower from the previous guest (I say this because I was the first to use the shower when we arrived) Also, we could have used more than one milk in the fridge. But minor issues, wouldn't stop us from staying again.

Room looked quite 'tired' , would benefit from a renovation

Good having our rooms facing the courtyard and pool Large rooms. We were 3 adults. Good to have a separate bedroom. Good having laundry to use

The kitchen was quite tired. The hob only had one setting. The bathroom was clean but also rather tired

The location is very good and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The swimming pool was very clean and well maintained. The beds were the very comfortable.

The room is in need of an update as some of the fixtures and fittings and very old. The little oven/hob and bathroom basin we're quite off putting. The television didn't have any reception which was a shame when our kids needed a bit of down time.

The room was dirty was food from guest before hand and cobwebs and dirt on carpets around beds and and under beds. Sheets on main bed had stains on there was disgusting didn't notice it untill bout 8-8:30 that night lucky had own blankets to sleep on. Was not clean like the first time will not be staying again.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating! We were upgraded to the Cervantes Resort next door as the motel was full. All great value for money for a quick 1 night stop with the kids on the way up north.

* The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful * For access to Nambung National Park Cervantes is a great location

* There are very few eating options in Cervantes, and the motel was not operating its restaurant in the evenings when we were there. This means you have to drive to Jurien Bay if you want a wider range of eating options.

Covid prevented the restaurant from being available - Not the fault of the management
