Perfect location, a mile from the beach, walking distance to local restaurants and quiet dead end street! Couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay with everything you need for your vacation. I’d highly recommend renting this home for you next beach vacation!

My family stayed at this adorable oasis near the Point Judith light house for our daughter’s college graduation weekend. Cleanliness, location, communication, and amenities were stellar! I’d love to come back and stay here again in the summer months to take full advantage of the beach and outdoor seating. We also fully enjoyed the wildlife and peaceful location!

The cottage is located in a great area. A short drive to some great places and you can walk to an area with restaurants. I stayed in early April and it was very quiet. I am sure in the summer it is even better.

Great house, very cute,& comfortable. The host was wonderful , The house was very updated and well supplied from washer dryer , kitchen etc. . The Host was accommodating , answering any questions and making sure we were enjoying our time! Can’t wait to come back!!

This was our family's first visit to Point Judith and we are looking forward to coming back! The property is clean and nicely located on a quiet street. Bill helped us with any questions about the area from local fish mongers to apple picking! We enjoyed the 3 season room at night for dinner and games.

Very nice neighborhood and the house is located on a dead end street, so no vehicle traffic. Great location - close to the light house, walk to Iggy's and Aunt Carries. The house is small but comfortable. Beds were comfortable but please note that the rooms are small. Everything was great; just note keypad on door often malfunctioned so you would need to us the pad lock to get the key; but really no big deal. Also, careful walking at night; we often encountered a skunk. Guess, we were in their turf. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the house and in the Naragansett area! Thanks for hosting us.

We really enjoyed our stay in Narragansett! This property was so lovely. It was so nicely set up and decorated, perfectly clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the location too! The owners were wonderful to work with. They were so nice and accomodating and addressed any/all questions immediately. We would recommend this property to anyone intersted in a wonderful time in Narragansett. We hope to be back!

This was our second time staying at this lovely property and won’t be our last! Perfect location with easy access to everything you could want during a beach vacation. The house is well-stocked and maintained and the owner is a pleasure to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house! It was very clean and tidy. The house felt very homey and comfortable. It’s also close to all the state beaches which made our experience even better. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely want to stay here again!

The house was clean upon arrival and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and I loved not having to bring my own linens and towels. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. The outdoor seating area was fantastic!! We would definitely rent this house again.

This property is extremely well cared for and maintained. The house is nicely decorated and well-appointed with quality furnishings. The back yard and spacious deck can be enjoyed with complete privacy. Great location! Close to beaches, restaurants & area attractions.

We’ve been renting in Narragansett for the last 7 years and have stayed at many homes. This one was the most well kept. The host, Bill, thought of everything. The house was so well designed and every bit of space was optimized - from shelving in the kitchen for groceries to hooks well place to hang towels whether it be in the bedroom or the outdoor shower. It was the perfect size for myself, husband, 10 year old daughter and our small dog, Ginger. We enjoyed morning walks in the neighborhood and sitting on the beautiful and spacious sun porch. I can’t say enough at how lovely this home is and highly recommend it.

We loved our trip to Bill’s cottage! The house was spotless, in a great location, and has a beautiful private yard. We especially loved the outdoor shower! Everything was exactly as described. Bill is incredibly kind and easy to work with. We can’t wait to visit again!

Great Stay with Dogs; Beautiful area/private backyard
We really enjoyed our stay. There were 3 adults and 2 dogs. The house is very clean. We had plenty of room. I really enjoyed the sofa bed in the sunroom. It was nice to be in there with the windows opened and the ocean breeze. You can see the ocean from the front yard. Although the backyard is not fenced in, it is very private and secluded. We absolutely loved the outdoor shower. The road is a dead end so it is quiet with very little to no traffic. The house is close to Iggy’s and Aunt Carries. Clam cakes and doughboys are delicious! Three beaches are very close by. You can go to Scarborough or Rodger Wheeler beaches which are part of the RI state parks. Camp Cronin is the closest and allows dogs. It’s also free. The Pt Judith lighthouse is also very close. You can go to Narragansett which is down the road. Other close by towns include Wickford(30 min; nice shopping), Galilee is 3 minutes away (George’s was a nice restaurant, can go on the ferry to BI), Watch Hill (more shopping, 40 mins). We enjoyed eating dinner at the Coast Guard House in Narragansett and the Matunuck Oyster Bar (make reservation) in Wakefield. You can grab breakfast close by at Meldgies Diner. Lots of ice cream places to choose from! Bill was very helpful in answering any of our questions and was very easy to work with. Other benefits of the house include the washer/dryer that are located in the one bedroom. It’s very convenient. Hangers for clothes and drawer space are plenty. TV, internet, dishwasher, ac, etc all worked well. Linens provided as well as beach chairs. There were no problems or issues. Check out was easy. We can’t say enough good things about the rental. We hope to come back next summer!

Clean, convenient and quiet beach get away!
The first impression we had was how quiet the dead end street was, and yet it was just a 3 minute drive to a beautiful, state beach. The second impression was how clean the place was. It was quite cozy, but comfortable for 3-4 adults. The only down side was the lack of space between the sides of the beds and the walls, but everything else made up for that.
We spent a lot of time on the sun porch playing games and although there were 3 TVs we never turned them on. The kitchen was quite comfortable to cook in when we chose to do so. Stop & Shop is a 7-10 minute drive up the road so we were able to pick up items we forgot to bring. There is a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, dishes and cooking utensils, but make sure you bring any food items/condiments you want.
We ate in about once a day because right around the corner are 4 terrific, casual places to eat that you could drive to or walk with care on the main road. Watch out for how many dough boys you’ll want to eat at Iggy’s, as well as the ice cream at Aunt Carrie’s. The new BBQ place was very good as well!
Sunsets and sunrises at the Point Judith lighthouse are spectacular and only a 3 minute drive down the road. We went there daily and enjoyed the views and the strawberry full moon rising!
Bill was very accommodating and answered all of my questions in a timely manner, even when we couldn’t figure out what the “singing” was we were hearing…. A bird? Nope, just the dishwasher 😂. Having the washer and dryer felt like an added bonus as we could return home with clean clothes.
We will definitely be returning!

Super clean, great location
All of the other reviews definitely got it right. The location of this property cannot be beat. Typically when we stay at places that allow pets, we have noticed that the cleanliness may not be up to the same standards as places that do not allow pets. This was not the case here at all!!! This was probably the cleanest property we have stayed at either with or without our dog. The convenience of laundry on site and the outdoor shower make the stay extra comfortable. The pictures of the property are very accurate, and best of all Bill was really wonderful to work with. He allowed us early check in and late check out, and although we all wanted to stay longer (like an extra week!), those extra hours were a wonderful bonus. He was also really responsive and receptive. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a wonderful cottage with a great layout and close to the beach. The host Bill is kind and responsive. We greatly appreciate that he allowed us to bring our bulldog on our trip. We all had a great time and will be back next year!

This house was just perfect for us. It was centrally located. The appliances and furnishing were up-to-date. We had both indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Bill was a pleasure to interact with. We will be coming back!

Perfect for a family beach vacation
We greatly enjoyed our time at this home, which upon our arrival was spotless! The house is perfectly located - very short walk or drive to everything you could want on vacation: beach, clams, and ice cream! Our kids loved the backyard and outdoor shower. The house was also nicely equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment; cleaning supplies; and plenty of fresh towels. The owner is an absolute joy to work with. Needless to say, we will be back!

The property & renter were great. The cottage was comfy and in close walking distance to the ocean.
Had a nice location for my wife & I to host some grown children overnight and also host local friends and family for some meals on the deck and in the private yard. Property worked out great for our small dogs. One recommendation I would make to VRBO would be that they wait until security deposits are returned to renters prior to asking for a review. It could cause folks to a) not respond or b) make them a little less positive about the stay. Our rental period ended 13 days ago and we actually had to checkout a little early and security pends, that issue has no reflection on how much we enjoyed the property.

Bill was fantastic as was his property!!! A first class experience, the house was so clean upon arrival, lawn was mowed, bushes trimmed just a beautiful place!!! Extremely convenient location!! Close to some excellent restaurants and bars, plus fishing areas, outside shower is fantastic!!!! Would highly recommend Bills property, we for sure plan on visiting it again!! Thank you Bill for your outstanding place and service!!!!

Perfect place
The place was perfect and had everything we needed. It was near our daughter, Scarborough beach, point Judith lighthouse, roger wheeler. Iggys and carries ice cream walking distance. The owner responded quickly when I had a question. Even met some nice neighbors. Just a super place to stay.
