We stayed with a good friend in order to see some of Atlanta's highlights. But it wa so nice to come back to the apartment after a long day of sightseeing, sit in the living room and chat about everything we'd seen and learned. Super clean, super well-equipped, super comfy. Our go-to spot for visits to Atlanta.

The bedrooms were nice sizes. My daughter complained that we couldn't adjust the air conditioning enough, and it was too warm. Being so close to the railroad and its horns was a little disruptive.

I enjoyed my stay at BCA Brookwood. The neighborhood is peaceful, centrally located, they had all amenities covered. Good AC and WiFi!

Great Stay
Our stay was very great!!! Very clean & comfortable place. Had a issue with front door not opening. Our host fixed the issue within minutes, which was very impressive. Could place washing detergent somewhere (not a complaint just a suggestion). Overall I love the stay !!

Tournament week
The location was great for our weeklong baseball tournament that took us all around the Atlanta area to various fields. The accommodations were great, the washer and drier were perfect for daily uniform washes, and enough privacy for two teenagers to relax while I got some work done.

Great Location, Clean
Really enjoyed my stay. Traveled with two small dogs and a friend and had plenty of room. The apartment is well equipped, close to everything worth visiting and a great neighborhood.

In a good area close to a lot of things. Seemed like a safe neighborhood. Only noise was the train which wasn't bad. No problems with our stay.

Our properties are located right in Midtown with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the rest of Atlanta. The Amtrak station is located nearby and trains do run in the area. Thank you for your stay and we are glad to hear that you enjoyed it as well.

Great stay!
Apartment was very modern and also very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed. The information for check-in and check-out was pretty clear. There was cable and Netflix which was a plus to have with kids. The location was very convenient to downtown Atlanta. It was never more than a 15-20 ride. One minor detail is that it is directly across the street from the Amtrax station so there were plenty of trains going through which could be loud more moments at a time. Other than that, everything was great.

Had a great stay.
Check in process for this property is unique. You have to send a picture of your credit card and license over the Internet before you arrive because it is a remote entry to facility. Also we had to stay on first floor because my mom is handicapped but try and get the second floor if you can. All units have hard wood floors and the family above me walked back and forth in shoes until 2:00 am each night. Ugh. The unit, however is gorgeous -- clean, well stocked, new, Netflix, washer and dryer

Everything was perfect except the residents in the condo above stomped the floors in the wee hours of the night. But the overall experience was impeccable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property while visiting Atlanta. The location provided easy access to and from all of the places that we visited. The host was easy to communicate with and provided everything that was promised with the property. We would stay at this location again in the future!

This location is literally next to everything. The unit is very clean and modern. The beds are extremely comfortable. We were even allowed to check in early. I would defniately stay here again.

Wow! Great location and great room!
I was super impressed with my stay; easy check in, awesome amenities and I found one of the best Thai restaurants a 2 min walk away (and tons of other great places just as close). I will certainly be back next time I'm in ATL!

Clean spacious and homy
We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations for such a reasonably priced place. Check in and Check out was so easy! No need to go to a front desk, key codes were given to us before we even arrived. Essentially a two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, dish washer, and washer dryer in the unit. Although we were only here for a few days, I could easily see this as an extended stay location, Much more homy and comfortable than a hotel. Perfect location in Atlanta, out of the hustle and bustle of the city but only a 5-15 minute Uber or Lyft ride from just about anything. Local restaurants and cafes within an easy walks distance.

Awesome place to stay in Atlanta!
A wonderful experience! Our Condo really felt like home away from home. Immaculately clean (felt brand new), very comfortable, and close to fun restaurants and activities. Great base to go to the Aquarium, Atlantic Station, movies and shopping, then a trip to Stone Mountain. Dee was wonderful! Helped me book at the last minute, check in a breeze and let us check out a little late so we could leave our bags in the room until we headed to the airport. We felt like we were in a very safe location and parking was right outside our door. Everything we needed in the kitchen, nice to have a washer and dryer. I wholeheartedly recommend this rental! So much better for family time than a hotel! Thanks Dee!

Great Value without all the hotel extra charges!
This place is the best kept secret for places to stay in Atlanta. The location is right between Buckhead and Midtown. I tried to book a Studio for my convention but they only had 2 bedroom apartments. The apartment could not have been more perfect. Great style, super clean and comfortable. There is no front desk but you are pre-checked-in by the property manager, Dee who went out of her way to make our stay easy and problem free. I met and chatted with the 2 owners who were working on the property. They really care about their guests and providing a home away from home.
