This unit has the best access to the pool with it being literally steps from the door and it has a beautiful view of the beach. I would recommend this unit without hesitation and will likely return! My family and I really enjoyed this property. It's the second time we've stayed at The Inn. We like to stay on the 1st floor to access the pool directly from the back porch! I accidentally locked our car keys in after we checked out on Sunday and the on-call management was so kind in helping me out after check-out. 10/10 recommend!

We have visited and stayed on the island several time and love the small town laid back vibe. There is always something to do. We stayed at The Inn. It was the perfect location, ground floor right infront of the pool which made it convenient with the kids. The kitchen is fully stoced with the basic needs, decent towels, plenty of hot water for us all to shower consecutively. I had to call and ask some questions before arrival and the staff I spoke with were friendly, professional, and helpful. The negative: The condo itself needs some deep cleaning, walking barefooted proved the floors have not been mopped in quite sometime. The rug thing in the livingroom was gross, hard and horrible to walk on. The small bathroom floor is pretty nasty all over. The master bath floor was nasty behind the toilet and around the walls. We put a towel down infront of the tub to step out onto after showering and the bottom of the towel would be dirty from the floor. I was hoping it was just from old grout thats lost its seal. The bedspreads were stained or just not washed ever. The white curtains in the living room are filthy from guests going in and out of the broken sliding glass door. The patio furniture coushions could be cleaned up too. Spare bedroom fullsize bed needs updated also. Maybe they just need a new cleaning crew. Even with all that, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Loved being on the first floor and that the patio leads right into the pool, so nice with the kids. Fridge took forever to get cold…..we were worried about our groceries. Dishwasher didn’t not wash good so we ended up having to wash by hand the whole time. Otherwise greatly little condo that I’m positive we will go back to!

We stayed in 109 and the gate off our patio to the pool and grill access was a great perk. The pool closes at 9pm a few hung out after hours but noise was not an issue being on the first floor. We had 4 adults and 1 kid. The living room space was a little small and uncomfortable. It would have been night to have something that reclined or foot stools. The 2nd bedroom could use something to place luggage/items on we pulled the stools from the bar to set our stuff on. The 2nd bathroom could use a small shelve on the wall next to the sink to place bathroom essentials on. Overall we we enjoyed our stay we spent most of our time at the beach or in the pool so these small things are just ideas for improvement but would stay here again.

Our experience was fantastic at the In at Dauphin Island! Condo was super clean and the island is a great relaxing vacation spot. Only issue is I messaged the host Tim about a possible early check in or possibly just using the parking lot and enjoying the beach before our check in time and never received a message back. Could possibly be a VRBO error with the message but overall was a great experience!

Over good, clean, well stocked. Hot water did run out to soon to be able to use jets on the garden tub or for 2 showers back to back. Couple of things could be cleaner such as ceiling fans and drapes. Will stay there again.

This condo was wonderful! It was so nice to be able to walk right out the back door to the pool. It was well decorated and had plenty of towels. My only complaint is that all of beds are kind of uncomfortable. We had a wonderful time at Dauphin Island!

My husband and I celebrated our 35th anniversary here.. This condominium itself was very clean.. Our condo #109 was very comfortable and for me being disabled, easy access to pool and beach. We would definitely return. The room was so nicely decorated, some go overboard with beach theme. This was tasteful done.. We loved the quietness of this place and island.. We just may be a return customer.. lots of things to do on this island. Ft Gaines, aquarium, lots of places to eat.. Thanks for making our special anniversary a memorable one.. the Lovell’s

The condo was as expected. No problems. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and very easy access to the pool. We’re always pleased with our stay at The Inn.

This is an awesome condo, that has been updated beautifully since the photos were taken! The only issue that I would take heed of is the box spring in the bunk room needs to be replaced. It is SO LOUD. If you plan on kids sleeping on it, absolutely no problem, but it is not great for an adult (especially a pregnant one) who plans on tossing and turning a lot. But the space is incredible! The pool access is unbeatable and the walk to the beach is 5 minutes (with an under two walking by themself) We will be back!

We had some technical difficulties to start our trip with check in and phone lines for getting in touch with property management. They fixed it and took excellent care of us. The property was beautiful, had everything to make you comfortable in the condo. (Could use some baking sheets. Which is the only criticism I can even think of.) The island is nice, quiet and laid back. Highly recommend this place, especially with how well they handled our issue.

We had a wonderful time. The location was great. Condo was very clean. We loved having the pool right outside the patio. It was our first trip to the island and it was the most relaxing vacation ever.

The condo was clean had all we needed. 109 is great because it’s floor level right next to the pool super convenient with kids. The property did not have any noisy guest so being that close to the pool was no bother. Other tenants very friendly. Dauphin island is a great beach getaway with family. Very chill area
