LESS THAN 2 MILES FROM TUGALOO STATE PARK AND 45 MINUTES FROM CLEMSON
Charmant chalet de nouvelle construction avec toutes les améliorations niché dans les bois avec accès au lac. Profitez de l'intimité des bois et de la commodité d'une promenade de 3 minutes ou 1 minute en voiturette de golf jusqu'au quai privé partagé. La location comprend l'accès à un slip de bateau couvert, avec électricité, sur un nouveau quai avec banc de bain. Il est situé dans une baie idéale pour la pêche, la natation, le kayak et le paddle board. La location comprend également l'accès à une salle de bains intérieure juste à côté du quai pour plus de commodité. Les routes de quartier sont entretenues en privé et idéales pour les promenades ou les promenades en voiturette de golf pour se rapprocher de la nature. Le parc d'État de Tugaloo est à moins de 3 km de notre propriété et possède de nombreux sentiers pour les randonneurs sérieux. Des kayaks, des planches à pagaie et une voiturette de golf sont disponibles à la location auprès du propriétaire. Des bateaux pontons sont disponibles à la location dans une marina voisine.

The place we stayed at was a cute 2 bedroom house with a loft. They supplied a golf cart for riding around the community and going to the dock and lake. Everything was impeccable and the location was peaceful. We took advantage of the fire pit and I did some fishing from the dock. Beautiful view of the lake from the dock. We had an issue with the coffee make and it was replaced in 10 minutes. Great service. I recommend this getaway to anyone.

The house was clean and new and exactly as listed/pictured. It is a short walk from their shared dock and very nice that they provide a golf cart for you that you can drive and park at their dock. Appreciated that it is pet friendly. House is well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals and having a comfortable stay.

We have stayed at this property at least two other years, and once at the sister cottage next door. Very well supplied and essentially no visible wear and tear on the property!

The property was amazing in that everything in the house was very stylish and clean. The amenities were excellent. Loved the front porch with rocking chairs, and a porch swing. A fire pit was available but we did not use.
We thought there was a view of the lake from the house but there wasn’t. The owners provided a golf cart to use to go to the lake. Overall the owners provided all the necessities for a fun Lake vacation. The owners were friendly and helpful in making sure everything was provided!

We had a wonderful time staying on the lake at this property. I hope to be able to do it again in the future. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved sitting on the front porch. We enjoyed using the shared dock to swim and fish.

We throughly enjoyed our four day stay in this immaculate, cozy home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk the neighborhood with our dog safely with very little traffic! A delightful getaway! We would definitely stay in this beautiful and comfortable home again!

We enjoyed the quaint, cozy, and comfortable cabin nestled up in the woods. Our friends rented the house next door and it was convenient to go back and forth on the little trail between the two houses.
The house was very comfortable and clean, and a lot of attention was given to the comfort of guests in their stay.

My husband, myself and our two pups spend a long weekend here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the cabins proximity to Tugaloo State Park and Toccoa Falls. Definitely recommend for a quiet weekend in nature.

This property is amazing. We had a wonderful time and left feeling so very relaxed. Our children loved the loft! It was nice to have been able to bring our dogs along with us as well. We cannot wait to come back here!

Beautiful home and setting. Were there for a family wedding in the area and other family members including smaller children stayed in the home next door. They chose these properties to be close to lake but not have to worry about the littles wandering around the water - perfect! Plenty of space to convene but also relax.

This house was the perfect get a way for our family and friends! It’s updated, clean and comfortable. The golf cart was a hit with the kids and super convenient to get to the lake (1 minute ride). Bonus was being able to bring our 2 goldendoodles! We would definitely rent this house again!

Just the ticket to spend the long holiday weekend. Mother Nature was not kind, but we made the most of it and tried to enjoy as much time by the lake as possible. We spent lots of time playing games, hanging out and watching movies. The use of the golf carts was very wonderful to get to and from the lake as it was a bit of a walk. Cabins were spotless and communications with owners were amazing!!

Loved this property and the location. Very rural and exactly what we wanted. Was worried about sharing a dock but it all worked out. The golf cart is amazing to have to skoot back and forth with. Only thing I would change is more pots and pans and dishes. Since it is so rural we ate every meal here and I ran out of pots and pans and needed more. But we made do. Thanks for all the fun!!

Beautiful property in a private location with lake amenities. Close to Tugaloo State Park and lovely small towns for exploring. Property very well kept and stocked with all you need for a relaxing vacation!

The property was so clean and nicely furnished/updated. The check-in process was easy. We had everything we needed for the week. Being able to do laundry in our rental was great. The owners were quick to respond to any issues. We enjoyed having the golf cart, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and life jackets available for our use. We were able to swim from the dock. We even rented a pontoon boat from Harbor Light Marina (which was great!) and were able to dock it overnight at the dock with permission from the owners. Lake Hartwell was clean and a beautiful spot for a weekend or week long get away. The property also had a grill and fire pit but we didn't use them due to the summer heat. We loved the porch swing on the front porch.

There were 8 of us and 2 dogs and we had plenty of space. The loft was nice but not safe for small children to go up. We had two 12 year olds that stayed up there and it was perfect for them, the 3 and 4 year old was mad cause they wanted to go up. The latter was to steep for them to climb. It was nice having the golf cart to get back and forth to the dock. We enjoyed the kayak and paddle board, and swimming at the dock. I highly recommend staying. Mr. And Mrs. McCall were very friendly and took time to show us around and answered any message I sent.

Family Vacation at the Lake
Great house for our family of 5 with 1 additional friend and 2 fur children! The dock is perfect too! We rented a boat from Harbor Light Marina for the time that we were there and it was great too. Everyone utilized the paddle boards and the floating mat… great amenities, that were included with the house. The golf cart made a could have been extremely aggregating trip down to the dock a dream! The teenagers loved being our shuttlers. The fur children (a lab and a mutt) had the best trip ever…thank you allowing these family members. The very best thing about our trip was that we were a hour from home, yet a world away! Lake Hartwell is just perfect, and this house was just perfect too! We’ll be back!!

Quaint Cottage
Lovely home and perfect for our family of four. The loft was a little intimidating for our 7 and 9 year old boys (who aren’t the most adventurous), but the queen bed worked out perfectly for them. The property was well kept, the boys loved the golf cart (provided by the host) rides, and although we didn’t get to spend much time at the shared dock, it was just wonderful!

My family had a fantastic time at this rental. The owners were very nice. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. Our boys had so much fun with the kayaks. It was a very relaxing, enjoyable time.

We only stayed a few days and regret not staying longer. This cottage was absolutely gorgeous and super cozy. It had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed all the amenities provided. My girls especially loved driving the golf cart to get around the neighborhood. It’s also a great spot for those who like hiking. Tallulah state park is only a mile away. We will most definitely be back in the summer!

We were looking to get away for a few days, to decompress from the intense end of year at work and school. This cottage did the trick: secluded but close to a nice lake and the nearby state park, fitted with all that’s needed, clean and easy to get in and out. What’s not to like? We would come back.
