Charming Southampton Village Rental walking distance to both shops and beach
Maison de village traditionnelle en bardeaux de 1903 disponible à la location. 5 chambres, 3 salles de bain et demie, piscine bien entretenue et chauffée ouverte de mi-mai à mi-septembre et terrasse avec table, chaises et barbecue à gaz. Climatiseur central au rez-de-chaussée et fenêtres au-dessus. À distance de marche de la plage peu fréquentée de Little Plains (pour les voitures, un permis de village est nécessaire, donc paisible et inoccupé) et des merveilleux magasins et restaurants du village de Southampton. La maison a été récemment rénovée. Il est surmonté d'un énorme et beau érable japonais. L'arrière a une piscine accueillante et beaucoup d'espace patio pour manger en plein air. Le sous-sol a une table de ping-pong.

We stayed the month of July in this absolutely charming home. The location can not be beat as it’s a short walk to town (which has plenty of shops and dining options) as well as walkable to the beach. The pool is great and we enjoyed it very much! Most of all Susan is an incredibly attentive, responsive, and gracious host who truly cares about her guests’ experience. We would absolutely rent here again!

Charming and comfortable!
Susan’s Southampton cottage was sparkling clean (including the sparkling pool), cozy, and beautifully nestled in the trees walking distance to the ocean. She is a wonderful, attentive host! It was a superior stay!! Thank you, Susan!

Charming home. Walk to town and beach
House was very clean and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Cold weather review, so heat worked well, plenty of hot water with all the showers being taken. Owner was responsive as well as the property manager. We are hoping to come back to this property in the warmer weather to enjoy the area and outdoors.

My family and I enjoyed every minute at this beautiful property. The pool was our highlight as we used it everyday. The property was clean, inviting, comfortable and welcoming. Susan and the property manager were gracious. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. What a peaceful retreat!!!!

Beautiful historic home in can't-be-beat location. I can't imagine how amazing summers here are. We loved walking to the beach every morning. Susan was an accommodating and communicative host. Would recommend!

Fantastic home, great location and great host
Stayed here over the winter. Walking to the beach, beautiful house. Susan was very kind as easy to deal with. The house manager was available for any queries. Kid friendly house. I have a 4yr and 2 yr old, they had stair toddler gates and a crib also available. Will definitely reccomend it

Very cozy house in the Village of Southampton!
We were very comfortable in this nicely appointed house walking distance to Southampton’s Main Street! The wi-fi worked very well and the owner was very responsive to address some our questions. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience!

Wonderful stay
We spent nearly two months in Susan’s house. We had a wonderful stay there, away from the all the city stress, a short bike ride/walk to the beautiful beach and to the village. It’s location is ideal. The house is very comfortable, has a very homely and welcoming feel. It is a very nicely kept house and Susan is very responsive. We hope we will have the joy to come back.

What a beautiful place!
We loved the house so much we extended our stay. Susan would respond immediately to any communications and could not have been more helpful and nicer. I stay in many rental properties and this one is right up there in best one ever. Walked to town and beach. My 2 teenagers had plenty of room and house was quiet, clean and adorable. Best value in Southampton as well. You will be so happy to spend your vacation here. I will return with my family 100%.

Beautiful house in a great location
This house exceeded our expectations. It was in fantastic shape and offered plenty of space for two families of 4. The owner and caretaker were very responsive and accommodating. We'll hopefully be back out in the summer when we can take advantage of the nice backyard and pool.

Southampton
This lovely home is located in a beautifully wooded neighborhood full of large properties and spectacular homes. It is within an easy walk both to Southampton village and the beach. The house is old and reflects traditional Hamptons architecture, but has a beautiful modern kitchen, newly updated bathrooms, and tasteful furniture and window coverings. A caretaker is responsive and unobtrusive. The large yard and pool were covered with snow while we were there, but maybe we will be able to use them at some future date. We recommend this property.

This Southhampton house is everything it says it is! The house is picturesque and the spacious backyard is enjoyable. The house is in a great location to the beach and town. We are an adult family of 8 and had plenty of room. Susan was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had in a timely fashion. I would definitely stay here again.
