Vivre gracieusement dans cette maison de 3000 pieds carrés, 6 chambres avec piscine extérieure chauffée de gunite (piscine ouverte du vendredi du Memorial Day à la fête du Travail) et pool house séparé. Nichée sur une colline dans la cime des arbres avec une vue sur l'eau lointaine, cette maison entièrement rénovée (toute nouvelle cuisine blanche, comptoirs en marbre de Carrare et bain / hammam principal) est parfaite pour les escapades d'été en plein centre des hamptons, Water Mill, qui est en la ville de Southampton. My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette in June, and it was such a fun weekend. It was the perfect setup for a group of 12 women. The best part of the house was the pool in the backyard. There was so much space for lounging and pool picnics (we even had a hibachi chef come to the house one night!). James was a fantastic host, very responsive and informative. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful long weekend stay, and James was an excellent host. He was responsive and the communication was above and beyond. The house was lovely and exactly as pictured with an incredible outdoor space. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

We had a great stay at James’ property! Listing description is very accurate and it is perfect for a bachelorette weekend. Pool is massive and great for a day in the sun! Great location very close to Sag Harbor and Southampton. We will definitely be back.

Our first time using Vrbo and what a pleasant experience! Our twins wanted to have a getaway with a few of their closest friends for their 16th birthday. The house was absolutely beautiful, we had such a great weekend. James was very helpful in every way, and available for any questions we had. Thank you again for everything!!

I stayed at this home for a girls weekend with family and friends. The house was perfect for our party size (15) with ample amount of space. The pool area is huge and was a major perk! James was very friendly and prompt in answering any questions we had. Our only regret was not staying longer!

James is great and answered any questions ahead of time, made the stay very easy, explained everything clearly etc. I would definitely recommend renting from him! Beautiful house. Great homeowner. Really cool set up of the house too - so much outdoor space. I hosted a dinner for my 30th birthday where we had 13 guests outside by the pool and there was tons of room! It's amazing how much space there is for people to sleep too if you have a big family!

We celebrated my sister's bachelorette at this house, and it was absolutely perfect. The beds were SO comfortable, the house is spacious, clean and private. The deck and pool area are beautiful, and the Peloton was also a nice perk. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a weekend getaway with friends or family.

We had such an amazing time at Jame’s place in the Hampton’s this past weekend! The house was great - clean, spacious, and the pool was amazing. The house is in a convenient location and James was very responsive and helpful anytime we had questions. Highly recommend staying here to anyone looking!

I have used vrbo often & never had an owner so quick to reply to any questions I messaged! All was as beautiful as the pictures show, pool and pool house were wonderful. Bedrooms are all charming and comfortable, the outside balcony & deck areas really great! We grilled a lot - great grill! Hope to stay here again someday.Thank you, James!
