What could be better than to hear the waves crashing while sleeping on a comfy bed with the beach right outside your door. :-) The condo is in a great location, 4th floor of a 5 story building. The Building reminds me of a ship, with this condo at the bow and nothing in the way of your 180 degree view, it's really cool! With that being said future guests should be made aware of a few things prior to arriving. Upon our arrival, on the bed there was one hand towel and one bath towel per guest. We were surprised to find there were no beach towels provided, (We weren't sure if the owners expected their guests to bring their own beach towels or take the only 2 bath towels to the beach and then use them after a shower later. It just seemed odd being it's a beach side condo.) Shampoo or shower wash would have been useful on our first night which also wasn't provided. The overhead shower worked well and was nice with hot water with good pressure, but of the many extra shower spray nozzles shown in the photo only 2 actually worked, that's not to say that the shower surround didn't provide a nice steamy environment which helped to clear my cold sinuses daily. :-) But I was hoping to try out a fully equipped shower like the one in the photos. Heating: We did find a heater wedged in a bedroom corner between the big heavy wardrobe and the wall. We tried to move the wardrobe but were unsuccessful. We were skeptical about turning on the heater as it was very close to the curtains & wardrobe, but even in the attempt to turn on it would not ignite (no fuel) So needless to say we had some cool nights. There is some sort of heated mattress pad in the wardrobe, we didn't bother to pull it out as we spotted it the day prior to exiting. The second bedroom had a very bad pungent smell, At first we could not figure out what the cause was so we closed the door to that room. After having the door closed for our first 2 days we decided to investigate the cause of the smell... Turns out it was the vinyl bean bag chair which when turned over you could see surface mold spots. (probably caused by placing the non breathable vinyl bean bag onto a wet mopped floor.) The main bed we slept in was very comfortable but the pillows could us a upgrade. Because the king size duvet was extending out of the queen duvet cover we noticed that the duvet could use a wash as there were signs of stains and we are not tal

Bonjour, que dire de plus ; que c'est la deuxième fois que nous venons et que c'est toujours un réel bonheur cet appartement,et cette vue...tout est parfait.Et comme le beau temps et la chaleur était de la partie...Rien à redire sur le logement,l'équipement,la salle de bains,les chambres,le wifi. El apartamento está muy bien ,muy limpio ,la terraza muy grande ,excelentes vistas al mar ,zona muy céntrica ,hemos estado super agusto allí y muy bien todo.

A wonderful appartment with a large balcony and a perfect seaview, next to the beach, supermarket, bars, coffee shops,... We had all we need and would come back once again. Thank you for the wonderful staying :)

A localização do apartamento é uma mais valia, pois a frente para o mar é total com 6 aberturas para a varanda. Há muito estacionamento nas imediações. A casa está equipada de forma prática e eficaz para o alojamento.

Der schönste Balkon von Costa da Caparica! (Halbkreisartig, dadurch hat man einen Panoramablick von Norden nach Süden und am Abend hat den Sonnenuntergang genau vor der Nase! Super!) Näher am Meer kann man in Costa gar nicht wohnen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, blitzsauber und bestens ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war toll, alles lief problemlos… Ich werde gerne wiederkommen.

På balkonnen er gelænderet rustet igennem, varme pumperne er ikke operationelle og el installationerne ikke tidssvarende. Køkkenet har ikke noget lys udover en løs lampe og sengetøjet virkede ikke som om det var nyvasket.

This apartment was right next to the beach with restaurants and the small town around it all in walking distance! We were renting to visit Lisbon which ended up being a mission to get into Lisbon everyday as public transport here was confusing and not very timely. This apartment would be the perfect location for a summer beach getaway. But if you are staying to visit Lisbon, it is a little far and not the easiest to get to using public transportation. The apartment was clean and as pictured!

L'appartement est très bien situé. Le must de cet appartement c'est la vue!!! Incroyable. C'est dommage qu'il n'y a pas de table sur la terrasse, nous en avons acheté et nous avons tous les jours déjeuner et dîner sur la terrasse. L'exposition au soleil est parfaite. Attention le parking n'est pas gratuit même à 100 mètres c'est payant de juin à septembre. C'est gratuit de 19h à 08h du matin. Il n'y a pas de four dans la cuisine à part un simple micro onde. La vaisselle est en suffisance. Nous avons passė un agréable séjour. Merci

Das Apartment entsprach unseren Erwartungen und den Angaben des Online Inserats. Den Vermieter konnten wir leider nicht kontaktieren; da keine Telefonnummer hinterlegt war. Das empfanden wir als sehr schade; da wir ansonsten nach der Portugal Rundreise gerne nochmals hier 4 Nächte verbracht hätten.

Tenho alugado regularmente através de vários sites. Este imóvel é muito bem localizado e tem uma vista excepcional. No entanto, não tive ninguém para me receber, apenas informações onde estaria a chave e para entrar no prédio deveria procurar algum vizinho ! ! ! Nunca me aconteceu antes, principalmente porque fiz uma locação longa (45 dias) e deveria ter um atendimento adequado. A proprietária nada me explicou sobre os diversos equipamentos como aquecedor interno(que não usei) e outros. O imóvel tinha muita roupa pessoal, objetos, artigos de toillete e outros utensílios nos armários e gavetas., o que é inadmissível. De muito má vontade me falou como ligar a jInternet (que tive que pagar um extra porque venceu a carga que tinha) e, em um desligamento de gás por reparos na rede tive que apelar para um conhecido para religar o aquecedor de água. O administrador também foi omisso porque nada fez. É uma pena, porque o Apto é muito bem localizado . Também há vários problemas de manutenção (já relatado por outro inquilino) e que segundo a proprietária estão programados. Fiquei profundamente decepcionado com a Administração do site, é a última vez que o uso !

The view is fantastic, but the Apartment could use a Little maintance. Parking is not included and you Need lots of coins to pay in the machines. You can buy a ticket for € 27 but it has to be paid in coins in the machine and you have to understand Portuguise.

I had a great experience in Costa da Caparica. The flat is nice and clean. It has seafront view with great restaurants, shops, and supermarket within the area.

Wir haben die Wohnung als fünfköpfige Familie gebucht. Optimal eingerichtet ist sie jedoch aus unserer Sicht nur für vier Personen. Zudem fand während unserem Aufenthalt (1 Woche) eine Art Jahrmarkt statt, welcher bis spät in die Nacht störenden Lärm (laute Musik) verursachte. Leider stand auch kein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

Schöne Wohnung, liegt am Stand, sauber und gut ausgestattet, empfehlenswert. Gerne mal wieder !

The apartment has two very large comfortable rooms, with a spacious lounge area and well stocked kitchen. The location is great for a beach stay with plenty of good restaurants to choose from. Certainly recommended.

I stayed in the apartment for 7 weeks and was extremely happy with this choice.It's well equipped and has everything you need. There is no problem with noise, I was working from home and always found it peaceful. The location couldn't be better, right on the beach front and close to the town centre and bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The balcony is enormous and the panoramic views are amazing - you can see for miles down the unspoilt coastline to the south and across the river Tejo to the resorts of Estoril and Cascais to the north. The owner was very helpful and overall I had a wonderful stay.
