Willowwood Retreat est une impressionnante maison de style lodge située sur un hectare de parc aux allures de parc dans un fantastique quartier au bord du lac sur les rives ouest du lac Rotorua.
Amenez votre famille et vos amis et venez profiter de cette propriété spéciale. Bien en retrait de la route et avec un accès partagé au bord du lac, c'est un endroit incroyable pour toute la famille.
La maison est une spacieuse propriété de cinq chambres avec deux salles de bains, un immense salon, salle à manger et cuisine pour se divertir et une grande terrasse sociale qui coule sur la pelouse verte.
Le terrain est immense, vous aurez donc beaucoup d'espace pour garer des véhicules, des bateaux ou des jet-skis. Les enfants se divertiront pendant des heures à explorer les jardins et à jouer dans le lac.
La propriété dispose également de Willowmere Cottage à l'avant, donc l'accès au lac est également partagé avec cette maison de vacances, mais vous pouvez réserver les deux pour accueillir un groupe étendu ou pour assurer une intimité totale à votre famille.

The house over all is old and tiered, mattresses very uncomfortable, very dirty around the house, spiders in all bathrooms, way over priced,

This property was just perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room and close to the lake. We loved staying there and will be back.

Second time staying here. Excellent location with private beach. Great for smaller children. Lots of space inside and out but inside could do with a deep clean and smells musty. Couldn’t get sky to work again. Would be great if it had a dishwasher. Overall a great place to stay with a large family.

Stayed here with the family for 3 night's. It is spacious with good sized bedrooms. Kitchen, dining and living has all we needed. Fireplace was brilliant.

We had an awesome holiday, this property is fantastic. Plenty of firewood the keep the place warm. The property manager was awesome when we had a small issue they came and sorted it out that night is the pouring rain 👌..

Willowwood Retreat was an excellent place to spend time together with siblings and inlaws. The name says it all, we were very happy with all concepts of the place.

Great stay. Only downside is the bugs at night time and having to keep the windows and doors closed but not much you can do about that due to the property location. Overall great stay.

We had a fabulous family Christmas holiday at Willowood Retreat. The house was perfect for our extended family with heaps of storage for all of our stuff. We loved having our own beach and was really safe swimming. Will come again.

We had a fabulous family Christmas holiday at Willowood Retreat. The house was perfect for our extended family with heaps of storage for all of our stuff. We loved having our own beach and was really safe swimming. Will come again.

Definitely recommend!
Eight adults stayed here. 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 2 bedrooms with a king sized bed. Living areas were large enough for all of us to laze around and not be on top of each other. Large dining table to also gather around and have a laugh. Great outdoor area where we enjoyed sitting in the sun. Met one of the neighbours (who was lovely), her daughter and their gorgeous cats :) Ngongotaha township was just up the road which was handy. The house isn’t too far from the city. We caught a taxi van once which was only $30ish to get all of us to town which we were happy with. House decor is a little dated but that wasn’t a biggie as everything else was super! Communication with the owner was easy and she responded quickly. We all loved our time here :)

Lovely stay. Right by lake so we enjoyed thr kayaking. Huge house, perfect for multiple families. Central to many fun activities.

Our two families had a wonderful time in this house. Plenty of room to all eat together and lounge together. Four kids had their own room. King size beds in the other 2 masterrooms. Nice to have 2 bathrooms also.

Christmas by the Lake 2019
Awesome, spacious accommodation. 2 fridges are excellent. A clothes drier would be a great addition. The house is just like the photos. Unfortunately the grounds were overgrown & untidy. The main shower door seal falls off, causing leakage & we had to use towels provided to wipe up water. A blue recycling bin is required as the council did not collect our bottles in the green bin provided & we had to go to the recycling centre ourselves, which was an inconvenience. There is a broken bed end on a single bed in the end bedroom. The insinkerator is noisy. We accidentally broke a wine glass. In general, we would highly recommend this home in future.
