Property location was good but the staff were awful. We had a kettle in the kitchen that was faulty and wouldnt stop boiling - which resulted in me scolding my hand, i asked reception for ice and explained what had happened and they couldnt care less. Would NOT recommend.

Room is much smaller than it looks on the advert. It did not took me by surprise because it is not the first time this has happened to me neither going to be the last one. I think it’s a way to advert and attract people to rent. I requested a room on a top floor with a nice view. I was allocated a room on the top floor but there was not a nice view at all, rather just another building opposite the studio.

Rooms were really nicely presented and far exceeded expectations Staff were pleasant and ensured check in was smooth

Fridge was noisy , could still hear when using ear plugs, not a great night's sleep The shower was scalding, the instructions didn't work and there was literally no means to turn the water down, unusable. Our friends also had the same issue with their shower in their room

I thought it was a little expensive, the shower wouldn’t turn down in heat either we tried everything, minor issue though. Really happy overall.

We were so impressed by the location of the property and the facilities within our apartment. The little extras like tea/coffee and milk/water in the fridge. The toiletries in the bathroom were very handy and the fluffy white towels were lovely.

Adjusting the temperature of our shower was difficult - permanently hot but it wouldn't put us off coming back. If it was too cold, it would be different.

Location location location! Excellent location right next door to primark. Central station and bus stops from airport 5 mins walk. Room was spacious and clean. kitchenette is handy.

The shower wasn’t great and water wasn’t that hot. No dishwasher. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as other hotels I’ve stayed in but still slept well.

Great location, easy to access, staff were very friendly, the apartment itself was lovely! Very clean and plenty of space with great facilities. We were able to check in early which was a huge bonus for us. Will definitely stay here again!

L' albergo si trova in pieno centro, comodissimo per gli spostamenti e con una vista dalla camera davvero incantevole. Trattandosi di una camera con cucina è la soluzione perfetta per chi si intrattiene in città per diversi giorni.

La camera era vicino al magazzino di rifornimento per il personale delle pulizie e, per questo, a volte un po' rumorosa

Location was fab! Right near restaurants on Bold Street, also v close to shops and 10 min walk to Albert Dock.

Perfect, ideal location and exactly what we needed. Room was clean and well kitted out! Reception staff were lovely and friendly too

The room was spacious and well presented, everything seemed good quality. Although the hotel is central the room was quiet even on New Year's Eve. Toiletries were appreciated. Staff pleasant and helpful. Having two keys is always useful

Got to property at 3 for check in to be told no rooms were available, no times given, to sit and they would let us know when. Every other guest that came to check in was told the same, no rooms available they were still cleaning them all! Told it’s because they were busy. All hotels are busy and you manage your bookings with staffing. This also wasn’t managed well when rooms became available, they were giving rooms to newly checking in people when others had been waiting for 45 minutes. Hopefully it’s just a one off, but lots of people arriving from plane journeys and no room to go to.
