Nice rooms, clean at arrival(no cleaning during our stay), good location, friendly staff, very good wi-fi

VERY noisy from the many bars underneath, not only barguests and traffic but a constant bassbeat from the live music until 2am, after that Ok. Smoking in the pubs toilet caused the firealarm to go off in the hotel, 5 times one night. The waterheater broke down so no hot water the 2 last days(no spare part for the heater available)

psychotic pub landlord from nextdoor throwing barrels at the wall at 1am and then 5:30am. emergency light in room couldn’t be turned off and was brighter than the sun.

We stayed for a stag do. The location was brilliant. Only a short walk to loads of bars and clubs, with McDonald's and Burger King also close by

Everything was great until the batteries fell out of the key card unit on the door! The little screw was missing and the batteries fell out. Now I had put the batteries back but as the door shut the batteries fell out and I couldn't get back in to the room. Staff were called and the door was kicked in... not my fault. Had another room and an extra hour for a lie in. All good in the end 🙂

Very central and close to the main train stations; lots of entertainment places in the surroundings; very kind, helpful and professional staff !!

3rd floor without elevator, luckily I had a light baggage; quite noisy outside until a certain hour in the night; couldn't turn off/block a very bright emergency green light on the ceiling next to the door, which was lighting up everything in the night and could be annoying for most of people

Staff were very friendly and let us check in a bit earlier. Room we were given was recently renovated so it was very nice.

The location in right above an Irish pub which is handy but if you were looking for an early night and a good night's sleep you wouldn't get that staying here due to the music from downstairs

The room was exactly what we needed and was very clean. The room is over a bar and was noisy at night. We were made aware of this when we booked so not a big issue if you're aware of it.
