SUTTON - CONDO IN THE HEART OF THE VILLAGE
Situé dans un bâtiment historique en plein cœur du village, le condo a été rénové avec goût. Il est très apprécié pour sa localisation centrale. Il y a une belle animation au centre-ville avec l'achalanda du tourisme. Tout se fait à pied, restos, boutiques, épicerie, brasseries. L'hiver, la navette de ski gratuite pour le Mt Sutton passe au coin de la rue.

This condo is in an excellent location, well appointed and very spacious. Shops and places to eat we so close by and we could walk everywhere with a wonderful reserved parking space. This was a great location to visit the other towns close by as well. We were there to visit the Louise Penny sites and it was perfect! Sandra was so helpful before and during our trip. We highly recommend staying here!

This condo was located in the center of a nice village town in Sutton. Lots of great restaurants in the area, along with great hiking spots. The host was very informative, and the condo was well maintained for the stay. I really enjoyed the stay, have no complaints….

We arrived to an incredibly clean condo which contained all the little thoughtful items we didn't think of. The beds/furniture were so comfortable and if you thought of something you wished you had, it was there. Wish for iced beer mugs, there they were, need a bandaid, there it was; wish you had someplace for your wet swim clothes, the 5 star bathroom had it all. All the best of the town right at your doorstep complete with outdoors entertainment around the corner and little shops and lots of great restaurants. It was even quiet and the air conditioning was much appreciated. You will be comfortable here. The floors are sparkling clean thanks to a wonderful cleaner. The large windows and great shades for when needed were perfect. The closets were really big. Everything was! Even the parking.

The condo, on the second floor of the local 1940's Canada Post building, is tastefully renovated, spacious and very comfortable. The location is absolutely fantastic. Communications with our Sandra were perfect. I highly recommend!!

Super well situated in the center of the village, this really cute appartment was perfect for the 4 of us.
It had what we needed, was very clean and Sandra, the host, was amazing with answering questions rapidly and giving us all the info we needed.

This condo is exceptional. So clean, well equipped, comfortable, cozy and well situated in Sutton village.
So many little extras available to make our stay perfect.

The beds were great! Bathroom huge! Wifi access easy! Comfortable furniture. Well equipped / stocked kitchen! Wonderful parking spot right on site! Bakery and shops so close by. The people of Sutton so welcoming and friendly. Location! Location! Location!

Second time staying at this condo
My friend and I were so happy to return to Canada and the condo in Sutton after a long absence due to the pandemic. It was spotless, the new paint colors were lovely, and the creton from the shop across the street was outstanding!

Very nice comfortable accommodations located within easy walking distance of everything. The only issue was the noise from the bar across the street that lasted until after 3:30 in the morning on Friday and Saturday nights. Being on the main road there is traffic noise too. We enjoyed our visit and would stay there again.

It is right on Sutton's main street in the heart of the village, making it very convenient to access Sutton's many retail establishments and restaurants. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, you should be aware that this convenient and desirable location will also expose you to some noise from traffic and from the bar across the street. However, we weren't particularly bothered by either. We would definitely stay here again, and we recommend it highly.

Great location, right in the centre of the small town of Sutton. It was easy to walk to everything, especially the excellent bakery/deli right across the street and the fantastic bagel and smoked meat shop half a block away.

You cannot be more in the heart of the village than this condo. Restaurants and shops are literally steps from your front door, a supermarket is just a short stroll down Main Street, and Mont Sutton is a 5-minute drive away. Modern, well-appointed and comfortable. Well done, Sandra!

Appartement confortable et récent
L’appartement est très bien situé, au cœur du village. L’appartement est du côté de la rue principale. Il y a une épicerie fine en face, un café et un bar. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La cuisine est bien équipée.

Great condo!
Very modern condo with new fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Coffee maker came with filters and several days worth of ground coffee! Very well equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasse cutlery and all anyone will need for meal preparation. Extremely clean throughout. In the heart of Sutton so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. My only suggestion for improvement is to replace the window coverings with ones that are more opaque-the current ones are almost see-through so street lighting makes it impossible to have a dark room for sleeping.

The condo itself is the only one of its kind in this building and that makes for a very quiet building. It was very clean and fully renovated. I must say, they owners thought of every detail! This is a well furnished apartment (linens, towels, etc...) and a kitchen complete with all that you need to cook. A real home away from home!

If you want to be in the Sutton area this condo is perfect. So clean and large enough for a family of 5. You have everything you need and right on the main street with your own parking spot. How can you go wrong. And owner is so nice.
