The location was very near the airport. They have free airport transfer from hotel (but you must booked it first).

They combined the soap for hair, body and face.. it made my hair dry.. i think it would be better for them to at least separate the hair and body soap..

Lively atmosphere, beautiful terrace with bar, very clean and modern room. The flight inspired quotes and decorations were a nice touch.

the room doesn't keep away the noise from corridors, if don't get lucky with your room neighbors you might be in for a bad time.

I used this hotel as an overnight stop over on my way to Nha Trang. The airport transfer service was very good and the price for the location was great. Also, within walking distance there are plenty of local foods available which was great.

I didn’t explore the hotel in its full, so cannot comment further.

There was an airport shuttle.

La chambre était confortable avec une belle cuisine un canapé et une belle chambre. On était au 12eme étages et on a pas entendu de bruits. On était content d'arriver après 5h de route. L'hôtel est super bien situé à côté de aéroport. On a prit la navette gratuite de l'hôtel, on a réservé la veille pr le lendemain. En plus il y a un 7 eleven et un autre magasin juste à côté.

L'accueil un peu froid. On sent qu'on a moins de services que dans les autres hôtels. J'ai posé des questions pour la réservation de la navette et j'ai eu l'impression que je le dérangeais. On sentait le sourire forcé. Idem pour le lendemain matin avec sa collègue on sentait que c'était pas sincère mais forcé. Je n'aurai pas posé le questions sur la prise en charge de la navette on aurait pas eu les informations.

Very tight space in ensuite bathroom but not a big deal.

The location is well appointed with only a short 5 minute shuttle ride from the aiport. There was a mix up with the meeting/ pickup which created an issue for me but it was resolved by flagging down the passing shuttle and jumping on. The hotel staff are seriously great. They didn’t try to justify their error and ‘Minh’ made it up to me by give me free long checkout (saving of $60AUD) which I greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of variety, both western and Asian with some plant based options. The chef even made me a packed tofu banh Mi to take on the plane which I appreciated. The pool is great for early morning laps - it’s long enough and there’s a great view to watch the planes take off and land. There’s some great laneways and cafes in the streets around the hotel and then there’s a food hall directly on the right of the hotel in the shopping mall. I would utilise that next time as opposed to the hotel buffet. The shower was hot, the air con cold and everything worked really well. Would I stay here again? 100%

The room was very small, ok for one person but two might be a squeeze unless that doesn’t bother you. I need space. The shower overflowed onto the bathroom floor, poor design / bad flow.

Efficient shuttle to the airport. The pool and rooftop bar area are immaculate with very friendly helpful staff. Exceptionally clean. The room whilst small is all that was needed for us to use whilst waiting for a late flight.

Lack of Air conditioning in lift and corridors made it quite uncomfortable. The only restaurant operating was rooftop bar in open air. Extreme humidity and heat made it uncomfortable.

Great hotel with extra service. Arrived 10 pm. Firstly, free shuttle - great way to start, check in - friendly, room - clean and comfortable and was actually a small apartment. Breakfast was offered on arrival so I paid then. So glad we did. Huge variety of international food, and fresh and hot. Went exploring and found great roof top bar with pool, gym and sauna. We straight away booked a day room to use for our late night flight back home. Shuttle back to airport was also included.

I booked at last minute when I missed a connecting flight. They didn’t seem prepared for this scenario and they couldn’t find my booking. It was difficult to arrange the free airport transfer late at night when really it should have been very simple.

L'hôtel est à côté de l'aéroport donc c'est très pratique avec le service de voiture d'accueil et de dépôt de l'aéroport. Chambre famille confortable et propre.

This was a wonderful space for our family of five. We all fitted into our room and everything was practical and comfortable. It was also very affordable and the breakfast was great. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was amazing.
