Nice villa with beautiful garden and patio. Huge grill with all staff for cooking .

Loved the villa, the pool was an especially lovely addition. Close to the village, while remaining quiet and we were able to head out toward the hills for a short hike as well. We walked into the village a couple of times per day and it's a very quick walk (although it's all uphill the way back)

We had a small issue with ants in the kitchen at the start of our stay we think due to a sugar dish on the counter. The number of ants decreased over time and were just a minor issue. We were happy with the rest of the amenities.

Difficult to open entrance door, better preparation for guest arrival (e.g. bbq not cleaned), some furniture was outdated

- The location in Anavyssos is quite convenient if you have a car (3 minutes drive to restaurants, services and beaches). - The house has plenty of space. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were comfortable. - The swimming pool and garden were great, we used them a lot! - There is space for car parking with shadow (very useful in summer). - We were welcomed by the host who gave us a tour of the house and explained how everything worked.

- Top floor gets sunlight in the early morning and can become quite hot. Improved window shades would be welcomed. - There is no door to separate the ground floor and the first floor, so you can hear people in the kitchen from the rooms (e.g. in the early morning).

Great house and pool with everything you need to relax. We walked but probably best to have a car since its a 15-20min walk from the coast/restaurants. Very quiet neighbourhood.

The steps into the ensuite toilet from the top bedroom are a bit tricky. One of our party fell and cut himself badly on a sharp edge of tile/step. A handrail should really be fitted.
