All the most important things were excellent: the condo was clean and just like the pictures; the location within the development was terrific as the first floor patio was accessible from the street which made unloading and loading of luggage extremely easier than parking in the underground parking; the King sized bed was very very comfortable.. .
A couple of smaller items were that there was no body wash in the shower, nor was there any dish soap. But these were delivered the following day even though it was Labor Day.- great service. However, the hair dryer was broken and was never replaced and there were no kitchen paper towels (Bounty) or napkins and we had to go and purchase some. Small items, but annoying.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo at the Solara Resort. It worked well for our family of four and small dog. It is a really nice location, and we enjoyed the accommodations in the condo. We also slept well, even my boys on the murphy bed (they raved about how comfortable it was).
I also loved how the condo was decorated and warm going with theme of outdoors. The outside was very convenient to access for pet potty breaks too.

Very nice condo in the majestic Rocky Mountains. Spacious and close to amenities.
The only concerns included: blinds that did not work well, outdoor chair cushions need replacing, iron board but no iron, and an air vent outside deck that only came on a few times a day but when it did it was very loud!

This suite was alright. Just confusing as far as parking and finding it. We are seniors and it was a lot of walking down hallways. Security not that good as anyone could walk in the main doors. They were always open to anyone. The suite was very clean and lots of bedding.

Great support and communication from the owner Jody with clear instructions for the condo and area This was greatly appreciated and gave us good confidence. Nice and comfortable condo with everything you need to enjoy a great stay while on vacation in the atra. Garage ventilation a bit noisy but only goes on a few times during day/evening. Master bed was comfortable, good quality linens, towels and supplies, as well as all appliances fully functional and TV with great choice of entertainments. Access to several restaurants nearby (greatly appreciated the Grizzly Paw) as well as grocery stores. Thanks!

Exactly as advertised, Jody(owner) was very responsive and helpful, and has written out some user directions that cover just about everything about the place, and what to expect, and where to find it. The kitchen is well stocked with the kind of stuff we needed, should have brought some Nespresso's (just like Jody had in her notes).Overall is was great, would do it again.

We loved the location and this corner unit was so quiet. We brought our pup and it was very convenient for taking her out for walks. Lots of parking in the ramp but parked on street for convenience when we could. We stayed for two weeks and were able to make most of our meals there as kitchen was well stocked. They provide essentials to last your entire time there Our adult son used the cabinet bed and found it comfortable. He tried the sofa sleeper but it wasn’t as comfortable . It appears broken and we informed owner. They were unaware. Probably would work for smaller adult or kids. King bed was comfortable for us too. We enjoyed the pool area a few times after a long day of hiking. I recommend this condo

We really loved staying at this property. We could walk into Canmore (about 15 minutes), it has a washer and dryer and is a nice size condo. Parking is underground and the garage door did come down on the hood of our rental car one time (no damage) but other than that, no issues. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The fitness center is wonderful also. Highly recommended.

The property was clean and in excellent condition. We would have liked to have gone outside on the patio and used the barbecue. The patio furniture and especially the barbecue were very dusty from over the winter. We decided against using the barbecue because it would have been a fairly big job to clean it. As I mentioned it was just dusty from over the winter but something to have the cleaners look into now that spring is here. We parked on the street right outside the unit and put our things on the patio table. It was perfect, very convenient for unloading and loading. Otherwise it would have been a struggle for us to get our things from the parkade to the unit. The side entrance was great for taking our little dog outside. The unit was very quiet day and night. The king bed was very comfortable. The washer and dryer were quite easy to operate. The tv in the main room is difficult to figure out if you are not technically adept which we are not. The tv in the bedroom was much easier to operate. We would certainly stay again in the future. Clean, updated, quiet, comfortable bed, fantastic for stays with a dog!

My sister and I stayed in this condo for 5 nights and it was the perfect getaway for us. I was able to bring both my dog and my cat and they enjoyed our vacation as much as I did. The condo ( and Canmore) has everything you need for your stay whether you're looking for relaxing downtime like us, or an outdoor adventure. You're right in the Rocky Mountains and while you don't have a direct view from the condo, you are mere steps away from seeing the Three Sisters and many other gorgeous views. We wandered all around Canmore on the walking trails and didn't want to leave.

Map of property would've made it less confusing of where to park. Our access code did not work in all the exterior doors or the pool/spa area (very irritating). Kitchen was stocked with basic appliances but lacked a can opener.... Master bedroom had summer bedding on, a duvet would've been nice. Bathroom large and had lots of towels available.
Having to take out own garbage after our stay defeats the purpose of the cleaning fee.

Jody's place is cozy and surprisingly spacious. Every room is clean and tidy. Fireplace makes the unit warm in this cold weather. We definitely enjoyed our short vacation and would book it again, especially because pets are welcome to stay with us.

We had an excellent stay at this condo. The owner, Jody, is highly organized and provided excellent communication around all aspects to do with our stay - before, during and after. This is one of the things I appreciate so much because it provides piece of mind that everything is in order for your stay! Jody provided excellent detail on how to access parking and find the unit and use the site's amenities. There are detailed notes within the unit too for how to find things or work things.
The condo is decorated beautifully, very clean and everything is high end. The beds are really comfy, the shower excellent and equipped with products. Lots of towels and bedding. I can't see why anyone wouldn't be super comfortable here. The location is great - you can walk to most things in Canmore from here. Jody provides a park pass for your use which is such a nice extra bonus!
So thankful that Jody's place is pet-friendly. The location within the building is excellent for pets as it's a little removed from other units. We hardly ever ran into others. The main floor unit right beside an outside access door made taking the dogs out for their bathroom breaks really easy. No shortage of bunnies around the property for the puppies viewing pleasure too! When I booked I may have erred and not clearly indicated that my two pups were indeed coming with us so watch for that. Jody was great about it. Sorry Jody!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The unit is just as described. Very clean and well appointed. Nice and quiet especially with a dog. There are no shared walls with other units and ground floor access to outside right beside the unit. That is a great bonus when traveling witha dog. Jody was easily accessible to answer any of our questions. We will definitely be back in the future. Such a restful stay.

This was a nice end/corner unit with available parking both underground and on street close to the unit. Great location for access to Banff by being on the edge of Canmore near HWY 1. The kids LOVED the rabbits. It was nice having laundry after hiking and the heat wave that was occurring. Jody responded very quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property.

Comfortable clean condo
We loved staying here! There are a lot of rabbits in the area, which made walking the dogs somewhat of an annoyance but we got them out on near by trails easily. The condo was comfortable and conveniently located, we would absolutely stay here again.

Nice place, not as clean as it should have been
The host was very nice and responsive to all our questions. We did find that the property management group did not do a fantastic job in cleaning. The glasses were very dusty and had to all be rewashed. The outside windows were very dirty due to the winter. They cleaned them the day we left. The balcony furniture was dusty, the cushion's on the sofa very stained, the balcony railings were also very dirty. The condo pictures were accurate however the furniture is a bit more worn out than shown. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to downtown within 15 minutes which was what we wanted. We also have two dogs that we were not charged for so also really appreciated that. Overall, Jodi is great but the place could have been cleaner.

Wonderful Condo. Well equipped kitchen (pots, dishes, blender, etc.). Plenty of supplies to last our 3 day stay (dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Bed was very comfortable. Condo is an end unit with easy access to outside and underground parking. Nice patio to enjoy the scenery and watch the bunnies. Quiet condo - even during the NHL Battle of Alberta. game 5. Easy walk to downtown Canmore. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay at this condo again.
