Studio appartement / maison de transport mis en place comme un hôtel de luxe. Lit king avec draps de luxe, canapé-lit «complet», TVHD 55 pouces, WiFi et câble. Very convenient to olde town Bluffton--easy walk to restaurants and shops. Property manager very responsive. Very clean with great amenities.

We had an amazing time!! The property was very clean and in a great location! We visited Hilton head and Savannah, so if you want a great place to stay in between hilton head island and Savannah that makes it easy to go to both then this is the place for you!

This property is exactly as presented in the listing, located in the most convenient location for walking into charming Old Town. We did not have to communicate much with the hosts as they have all bases covered and the accommodations are lovely. We are SO pleased with our choice and will 100% reserve this property when we return to Bluffton.

We were very grateful for these wonderful accommodations. It’s challenging to find a king suite and we need this for my loves height @6’6” thank you Tyler for such a beautiful en suite and such ease of access, as well as your thoughtful communication. We will be returning.

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend while attending a friends wedding. It was a gorgeous, clean, updated space with all we needed! The true only thing missing was shampoo/conditioner & body wash but we were able to just run to the store to grab some!
Tyler was super timely with his response to any questions we had and check out was super easy! Loved that it was walking distance to old town!

What a charming little hideaway. The nicely decorated (and very clean) carriage house is new and complete with all the amenities to feel right at home. I think the bed was actually better than the one we have at home. The location is also a superb feature of this rental. You can walk to all that Ole Town Bluffton has to offer.

This highly functional and highly finished studio was perfect for our quick trip to SC. Things were very clean. The host provided a number of drinks in the refrigerator for our arrival and the other furnishings and kitchen wares were well thought out.

Great accommodations
We were in Bluffton for a 3 day wedding weekend. The carriage house was perfect: clean, comfortable bed, tastefully decorated and we could walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Town. The host provided many extras. We would definitely stay there again.

My visit to Bluffton was awesome. Staying in old town was so convenient and pleasant. The accommodations were 5 star. Comfortable, very clean, and provided everything I needed plus some extras.

This place was a big Winner! like I said, location was fantastic. Very clean and great amenities. minutes of walking gets you to great food, local shopping and the water. so much to offer for a little of old town Bluffton. Will stay again no doubt.

Visiting our son in his new cute town
We only had a couple of days for our first time visit. This location was perfect for visiting all surrounding areas, Hilton Head, Savannah, Beaufort area. The apartment was in a great location for walking to shops, waterfront, coffee, food, etc. We will look to stay again in the future as we will return,

The perfect place
We were visiting Blufftom for a wedding and didn’t want to be stuck at a resort so we booked Tyler’s guest house above the garage. It was perfect in every way from the location to the decor and cleanliness. Everything you might need, including a small sunblock, was provided. We would definitely stay again.

I've stayed in this charming carriage house before, and was just as pleased and comfortable there this trip. Having the laundry facility was extremely helpful and convenient. Next time I am in Bluffton, I will be staying at 12 Lawrence!
