Still lives up to all the accolades in previous reviews by myself and others! An amazing place to stay. Perfect location, clean, has everything you need. Terrell is an exceptional/ideal host.

This is our 2nd time at Terrell’s house. It’s such a beautiful cozy place with direct access to the beach and beautiful outdoor enclosed spaced for our pups to enjoy :) , Terrell is always very quick to reply and accommodating !

This property is perfectly situated on Commercial Street with quick access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and everything else P-Town has to offer. It is right next door to the Boatslip, so prepare for the music vibes of afternoon tea dances during prime season. Parking is provided on site. The unit was well stocked with kitchen gadgets, towels, and the needed supplies for our group of four. Though cleanliness was not great, communication with the owner was and hopefully he will address some of the issues we called attention to with the cleaning crew for future visitors. The garden is lovely, though a tinge overgrown (those rose buses cross into the pathways and the thorns hurt) - and check your dogs for ticks as we found two (common in MA - so be mindful). We would certainly stay here again in the future as the benefits far outweighed the minor hiccups.

It was absolutely perfect. Clean, Dog friendly, direct access to beach. Everything at your fingertips. No complaints.

This property is one of the nicest that I have stayed in while visiting Ptown! The location has beautiful views, and a convenient location close to everything. The condo itself is very clean and has everything you needs to feel right at home. This definitely has become my new favorite and I can't wait to visit again.

What more can we say that has not been said yet! In the center of PTown there’s a private garden freshly refurbished with a direct access to the bay beach. The house is perfect with separate spaces for two couples to feel comfortable; all in the kitchen is available for those who like to cook. We will be back!

Our second year in a row staying here and as good as the first. Great location, very comfortable, love the private beach access and our pup loved the yard.

This was our third time here and the property was impeccable as usual. The setting cannot be beat, spectacular water views and garden. Can’t wait to be back.

Perfect spot for our 2 couples and dog. Fenced in garden on the water was so lovely and peaceful and perfect for our dog to just hang in the side or walk right down the steps to Dog Beach. And right behind is the heart of Commercial Street, with restaurants and shops in one direction and a wonderful walk to Pilgrim Point and a jetty walk out to the lighthouse in the other direction. With on-site parking included, the location could not have been better. Very clean, all the essentials you need, friendly neighbors and a wonderful and communicative host. Can’t wait to return.

This was about as great a rental as one can get. The kitchen, baths, flooring, etc. are all very new and immaculate. The kitchen is really well stocked with equipment, pots, pans, etc. The appliances like the washer, drier, dishwasher, etc. are all very new and higher end. It is very obvious that the owner has been really thoughtful about making this a great place for his guests. And, the location is perfect. The beach is right in front with a private garden, table and chairs. It's right on Commercial street and has two off street parking spaces which is rally key in this town. I give this place and its owner a solid A+

Exactly what we were looking for! A chill getaway on the water where we could jump in the ocean and then warm up by the fireplace. Terrell is amazing!! -- Incredibly kind, patient, and responsive. We had a wonderful trip -- on every variable! Oh - and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking/baking at home! Thanks so much Terrell! -- you rocked our world!

Terrell's home is clean, comfortable, very well equipped, and super close to everything in town. Terrell did a great job of communicating and explaining all the home had to offer, so we knew what to bring and what not to bring. There are water views from every room. And, even though we stayed in the Fall, we got to enjoy the large patio on a warm, sunny October day. Thank you for a great stay!

What can I say about this property and Paulo(the property manager) the entire stay was amazing start to finish the property is a real gem, we loved it so much we started planning next years trip before we left. We are regular VRBO renters and this is by far the nicest most well equipped rental we’ve ever had, the location was ideal, I can’t think of anything that could be improved upon.

This was our third year back in a row and it feels like home away from home. We love everything about the condo and property. Terrell couldn't be a better host.

Beautiful views and so relaxing, just what we were looking for...would definitely book again!

I can't say enough great things about this property. My wife and I traveled with our dog and small child, as well as another couple with a small child and the size and layout of the home was perfect. Both bedrooms had king sized beds as well as master bathrooms, with a large kitchen/living room area separating them. The entrance to the home is private with your own gate to enter right next to your 2 private parking spaces (which is very helpful considering the size of the streets and lack of public parking). There are comfy lawn chairs and a small private garden accompanying the home, but perhaps the biggest selling point of the house is your own private gate to head to the beach just a few short steps away. The house was clean and modern, we had great communication with the host, and immediately started planning a return visit next year. 5-stars all around for sure.

This property is wonderful! The apartment is extremely clean with great style! The patio and gardens look out to the most spectacular view. The location is walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. What more could you ask for? We had a great time!!!

Beautiful property right in the center of Ptown. Property was just as beautiful as the pictures. The private garden and beach access were a perfect break and quiet oasis from town, but we could easily walk right out the gate and be in the center of town.

My friends and I had the opportunity to stay in Terrell’s property over Memorial Day weekend. On commercial street with a private beach entrance, this property is a gem. Can’t wait to stay again.

Had a lovely stay at this property! Booking with Terrell was a breeze, the interior and exterior were just as beautiful as advertised, and Paulo (property manager) was an absolute gem whenever we had questions or needed trip suggestions. 10/10 would recommend.

Our stay was very relaxing and everything worked as described / advertised. Would definitely return. The bed in particular was very comfortable. Our pup had a great time wandering around the yard and walking along the beach.

We loved it! Amazing view from all rooms. Beautifully decorated. So nice having the beach right there for our pup who loves the water. Fireplace was great for chilly nights. Would love to return.

Second time staying here and we had a lovely time. The view and location cannot be beat. Always clean and well appointed. Great place for an off season stay as it has a gas fireplace.

Wonderful property, beautifully appointed with lots of caring touches. Clean, spacious enough, well appointed kitchen. In the heart of PT but with a lovely garden and patio for a break from the crowds. Large windows that slide open onto the private patio to hear the waves. We had a wonderful break here. We only had adults in our group so sleeping in was appreciated. Unfortunately, the deck of the condo above covers the entire apartment and, with little kids above we were up with the early risers. This was unlucky for us. Otherwise we loved our stay.

This property is absolutely perfect. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the unit is well appointed, with anything you could want. The furniture was very comfortable, especially the beds. Even in winter, the garden had an austere beauty (I can only imagine how spectacular it is in summer), and the views of the harbor from inside and out were spectacular. The property was perfectly situated, affording easy walking access to everything in town. The owner was extremely informative and helpful, and made himself easily available to answer any questions. The check-in process was simple and efficient. We look forward to staying here again, and can't recommend this cottage and owner highly enough. Thank you for a wonderful and much needed vacation.

I stayed here in mid-March for a week and had a great time. This unit is literally on the beach. Has a fenced-in yard so it is perfect for dog people. The layout is also perfect for friends are the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit with the kitchen, living room, and dining area all in the center. The owner was very quick with answering questions and the booking process was very easy. We'll be back this place is great.

What a beautiful condo on the beach. My husband and I had a nice weekend in Provincetown. Great location. I wish I could have seen the garden in bloom, but will have to return again in the spring or summer.

The condo is gorgeous--exactly as it looks in the pictures. Everything is very clean and modern, but comfortable and a lot of thought has gone into making this a terrific space. The view out over the water is stunning. Parking and access were very easy, no need to interact with anyone. Our dog loved the fenced-in garden and we loved being able to open the gate and be right on the beach. The location--right in the middle of town, but on the beachside, away from any noise--is perfect. I hope we can get back here another time!

We needed a long weekend getaway in front of the ocean for us and the dogs and this property hit the mark. It is centrally located to town, its across from the ocean and the sunrise views were amazing

Location, Location, Location We enjoyed at our stay Terrell's condo. It is located directly on the beach but so quiet and peaceful. It's be best of both worlds where you can enjoy the nightlife in Provincetown and go "home" to a quiet and relaxing evening. The backyard is directly on the beach but fenced in and private. The condo was clean, comfortable and a fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and space is nicely laid out. We enjoyed the gas fireplace which quickly warms the living room and kitchen. Terrell was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Also, the property manager lives in the building if you have any issues he will be right there. Only complaint is we wanted to rent again in the Summer but its fully booked! Look forward to coming back.
