The ambience of the suite.

The only chairs in the room were table chairs, I would have liked to have had a lounge chair.

Roy was awesome! So sweet and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again if we are lucky enough to go back to Milan.

After long day in het city and in the heat we wanted to take a nice shower, there was no hot water, so i called, the answer was in the moning ( it was 5.30pm) a lot of people took a hot shower so wait an hour and test again AND THEY HANG UP THE PHONE. so called back nobody picked up, after 15minutes finally they picked the phone and then it was again the same story i said its impossible and after pushing for 10minutes they told me okay we will send a technician in 1hour. At 7.00 pm still no hot water. I dont wright bad reviews but this disrespect for people and for this price you expect a lot better service.

Did not meet description as stated. This is not a hotel. More like a B&B at hotel prices

No lounge space, I was supposed to have a room with balcony but I got a view on a parking with no balcony. The room was not as "design" as on the pictures. Even if the staff was nice, they had few flexibility, and they left my luggage without surveillance.

very poor shower pressure so not easy to clean. complicated light switch system so couldn’t turn lights off at night.

The location of this hotel is outstanding. The rooms are a very good size and have good ammenities.

This hotel is really not a hotel. It is more like a hybrid of an airbnb and a hotel. There is no restaurant (although you can order food from a restaurant near by). There is nothing more in the hotel than just the rooms. No lobby, no restaurant or any other facilities. Even the staff is not there full time although they can be reached via whatsapp and they will attend to your needs quite quickly via that mechanism. We did not need anything else during our stay but it felt weird to be staying in a place like that.

The location was excellent, staff was polite, helpful and easily accessible. All the little touches to the amentities in the room were 🙌🏻 showing the forethought to what is needed and important to travelers as well as to relax and feel comfortable.

The water pressure in the sower was very weak at times

Great design, really service minded staff (receptionist, cleaning and GM) and great location (in city center appr 900 m to Duomo) A bit dissapointed with the 'balcony' - but it was there as promised. And even though I (guests are) was given direct mobile for general manager to contact - I might be a bit old-school expecting staff to be present at hotel, where I stay - and here this was very limited timewise. Check in and out worked fine, but a bit more coordination than usually. Had I known upfront - this might not have been an issue at all - as all worked out - but would have been nice to be 'prepared' (I am used to travelling also on my own, so this is not because I cannot cope on my own - more related to expectations). Would I come back? Yes!

Disappointed of 'balcony'-'view'

Perfect location

The rooms were very clean and kind of stylish, location is central - close to the station and also close to the nightlife

On the second day of our stay, the electricity went out. I understand things like this CAN happen, but... we went to the hall to check the situation and ended trapped between two electrical doors which obviously DIDN'T work. In the case of a real emergency that would be our death sentence, because there are no other escape routes. I don't understand how a hotel like this received certification... I do not recommend risking your life
