Really nice and comfortable modern appartement in a beautiful zone. Mountains, a beautiful lake, good restaurants can be reached easily.

The location is very close to Jasna ski slopes It's an easy acces from main road It's clean and nice, there is wi-fi, free parking, and the staff is very nice

It was very clean , well presented and abviously quiet

Location was great, building was nice, new and apartments were well separated. Cleanness was excellent everywhere. Garden was nicely maintained and the whole building had a nice view on the mountains. Wellness was nice and private.

Wellness price and tone: 12 EUR / PERSON / HOUR!!! This was the slightly arrogant and frustrated lady's tone when she explained the wellness costs loud and repeatedly, after our second visit to there. We were a bit surprised that it is not included in the price, and tried to look up the ad again to get confirmation about it (maybe it was not visible for the first time, but we did not find it mentioned). It was tough mentioned that reservation has to be made before and it is based on hour per person. Then it was also raised why we keep the room temperature only on 22 degrees, as it should be on 25C. We had to explain that we prefer this level of temperature and had to prove and show that we are not leaving the windows open... Strange. I can also think that it was caused by language barriers or so, it's just the slightly bad atmosphere that remained after all.

Nice view from the terrace, comfortable beds, and spacious size of the apartment. Great neighborhood and beautiful yard.

Disappointed with staff attitude. On check-in, the receptionist mentioned that the minimum stay at their villa is 2 nights, but we were "lucky" to book "the biggest and the nicest apartment" for one night. Though she made for us an apartment tour, we had got the feeling that we were unwelcomed guests.
