Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Lage super zentral, dadurch natürlich etwas geräuschvolleres Umfeld. Agentur und Abwicklung gut und einfach. Alles insgesamt sehr gut.

Das Apartment liegt direkt am Port und ist schön groß, um mehrere Tage dort zu verbringen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!

Absolut empfehlenswerte Wohnung in Top Lage direkt am Strand mit super Anbindung über die nostalgische Bahn nach Palma. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Der Mietwagen war in kurzer Distanz auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz abgestellt (Tagespreis 6 Euro). Alle Beschreibungen und Unterlagen perfekt zusammengestellt. Schlüsselabholung war auch am Wochenende reibungslos möglich dank genauer Anleitung.

God plass, godt utstyrt, rent og ordentlig i alle rom. Utsikt til hav. fjell og folkeliv på strandpromenaden.

Stayed here with my wife and 2children 3&4yrs old...we loved the location of the property right next to the beach and restaurants. Not sure how my sons will cope without the daily tram spotting at home!

The location of this apartment is perfect. 20 metres from the beach. and the promenade. No need for a car as everything is within walking distance and there is very good public transport links. There is both a mountain and sea view from the balcony. We loved sitting and watching the world go by. The rental agent always responded promptly. I would have preferred to have been met at the property rather than collect and keys from a box outside an office ( we had to stop on our transfer from the airport and on our way home we had to stop to return the keys). However, I didn't need to worry - it all went smoothly. The kitchen was well equipped. There is loads of wardrobe space in each bedroom. We found the beds comfortable. We were only 4 adults and I felt there wasn't enough comfortable seating in the living room. The sofa looks much larger in the photos - it is only a 2 seater. Then there were a couple of wicker chairs and a rocking chair. Definitely not enough for 6 people. These are not major points. If I return to Port de Soller I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else!

A perfect property in a lovely, convenient location. Be mindful of the two flights of stairs to access the apartment but well worth the struggle of carry up the suitcases!

We loved the flat. The balcony overlooks the sea, you can go for a swim within seconds from there. Beds could have been more comfy and the place could have been a little cleaner but we didn’t really mind. However communication with the agency was a nightmare, we had to pay for a taxi ourselves from the agency to the flat as the estate agents didn’t even bother meeting us at the property. If you don’t have a car, they are quite far from one another and definitely not walking distance. Terrible start and rude agency. But our stay was so lovely that it was rapidly forgotten. Port Soller is dreamy and we can’t wait to visit again.

Aufenthalt: 04. bis 09.04.2019. Sauberer, aufgeräumter Eindruck. Tolle Wohnung mit vollständiger Ausstattung. Schöner Balkon mit Blick auf die Bucht. Warmwasser kommt an die Grenzen, wenn vier Personen nacheinander nicht ausgiebig duschen. Wie immer gibt es Kleinigkeiten zum Verbessern: zusätzliche Kanne für z.B. Tee. Fleece-Decken für kalte Tage, Kaffeemaschine muss dringend ersetzt werden.

We have just returned from a two week holiday staying in this beautiful apartment the views are perfect and the position is a prime spot I would definitely recommend a stay here to my family and friends one of our favourite restaurant was below the apartment and just a few steps away, everything about Soller is just lovely, as there were four ladies staying in our party we did miss having a mirror in the bedrooms but apart from that small detail everything else was just right, we hope to return again.

My husband and friends stayed here for three nights for a cycling break and it's ideal situation in the heart of the port was ideal to get out to the mountains as well as a short walk in the evenings for food and well earned beers! Later that week, I joined hubby with his mum. The agents arranged an interim clean for us. The rooms were all clean and bright, nice balcony overlooking the beautiful bay and the tram stopped closeby. Don't expect all our luxury, just a great location at a good price.

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment was perfect for us and even had a balcony overlooking the bay. Situated in a great spot. It's close to the tram link taking you to beautiful Soller village where you sightsee, wine and dine or can catch a connecting train into Palma and beyond, shops close by including a bakery for fresh bread and cakes in the mornings Mmmm delicious, great bars & restaurants too. There's lots to do on the water, including boat trips around the island, hire paddle boards, kayaks & even a pedlow for a bit of fun! There is a bike and car hire place nearby too. The views of the mountains are out of this world and Porte de Soller is nestled nicely below. Some great little shops and a taxi rank too. We would definitely recommend!

Initially my husband and 3 friends used the apartment as a base for their cycling trip for 3 nights. The apartment exceeded their expectations - very clean, great location on the beach front, a fab space where they weren't under each others feet and good facilities. At the end of the week, the boys went home and I joined my husband with his mum for a walking weekend. We arranged for the apartment to be cleaned again (for a fee) and we too found it ideal. Whilst above a restaurant in the 2nd floor, we didn't hear anything at all except the sound of the ocean from the balcony. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough and whilst not 4 star in the traditional sense, it beats a hotel stay hands down, a real home from home.

We were going on a bike training camp in Mallorca - and from previous stays at the island, we knew that Port de Soller would be a perfect base for the rides we were planning. The apartment was excellent - and was perfectly fit for our 6 riders. We had no problems with picking up the key - and furthermore we even got a late check-out, since no one was renting directly after our stay. Nothing to complain about - everything was just as shown in the pictures. I will not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others - and we will probably come back for some more bike riding :)

An excellent apartment, good location. Never heard neighbours. When we reported to agent that we were missing wine glasses and spoons, a copious supply arrived by dinner time. My only suggestion to the owner is that they might check out a renew linen more frequently. Several sheets and towels, though not all, looked tired.
