Le "Sweet St." John "et le domaine sur lequel il est situé, n'a subi aucun dommage intérieur et a très bien fait par rapport aux propriétés environnantes. Aucune des trois structures du domaine n'a perdu son toit, ce qui témoigne de l'intégrité des bâtiments. Outre les terrains, l'étendue des dommages était externe à tous les débris volants. Le toit de la voiture du "Sweet" et ses 45 panneaux solaires ont décidé de prendre des vacances et de s'envoler. Nous l'avons depuis remplacé par une structure meilleure, plus forte et plus résistante. De plus, nous avons profité de l'occasion pour remplacer de nombreuses plantes et palmiers, de sorte que les terrains ont également été améliorés. Le "Sweet St." John "est ouvert pour les affaires avec la même qualité qu'il a exhibé avant que les" coups "soient passés.
St. John se débrouille très bien, avec presque tous les services de l'électricité et de l'île en ligne. Il y a plus de restaurants ouverts que fermés. Les plages sont propres et magnifiques avec moins de visiteurs et pas de problèmes de stationnement. St. John se remet toujours en ligne et guérit plus vite que les autres îles de la région grâce à notre communauté. My husband planned this trip for our 11th anniversary. It was truly amazing! Exactly as described on the website. Upon arrival, we were escorted to the house by Sean. He gave us a quick yet thorough run down of the property and the island. It was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated as this was our first time visiting St. John. It definitely will NOT be our last visit. Marcus and Patty were generous host offering wine, fruit and cheese upon arrival. The property is stocked well with all things needed for an island getaway. One thing to be noted, is that the property did lose power, as did most of the island at times. However, the property has a generator that kept us powered up and cool. A huge selling point in our opinion. Thank you for making this such a fun and memorable trip!

The house was very updated and the view is great. The drive up the hill and driveway is very steep just be prepared. And it is gated. We enjoyed our stay. The only think is the bed was very firm and we don’t like firm mattress other then that everything else was great.

We were fortunate enough to stay 10 nights at the "Sweet". What an incredible place - modern yet beachy, spotless and a great location with amazing hosts! We felt welcomed from the first email exchange after booking our stay. This was our 4th stay on the island and our first at the "Sweet". We won't stay anywhere else on St. John again. Thank you Marcus and Jena for helping to make sure our island vacation was all it could be! We will be back!

To echo every review written about this beautiful property, my wife and I totally loved everything about our entire stay at Sweet St. John. The property is so modern, meticulously decorated, and the views are simply breathtaking. Marcus bends over backwards to make sure you are comfortable with every aspect of your stay. He has thought of EVERYTHING when it comes to the amenities. We even had cheese, fruit, crackers, and a bottle of my wife's favorite wine chilled when we arrived. I honestly can't imagine a better experience renting any property. Book Sweet St. John with absolute confidence! I promise you won't be disappointed with a single thing! My wife and I stayed at Sweet St. John to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The property looked great on VRBO and it totally lived up to our expectations. Marcus is an exceptional host and has an incredible attention to detail and gift for hospitality. The location was convenient to town and the ferries. This was our 4th trip to St. John and this property and this host made it the best one of all. I would highly recommend this property for a couple looking for a nice relaxing vacation. A+

I can honestly say this is a beautiful property! You can tell the time/love/care & such attention to detail that went into this place. You couldn't want or need a thing. Quiet neighborhood, great views, super comfortable, quick to town/food/beaches, etc. Marcus is a wonderful host all around - ask him about his ventures...what a fantastic story! Yes, we would def recommend to family & friends...and we don't say that a lot! Thank you!!

This was our fifth trip to St John and this was definitely the best place that we have stayed. Everything was perfect. Loved the setting - private, close to Cruz Bay and phenomenal views of St Thomas. The accommodations were even better. Everything was perfect and the attention to detail was amazing. Everything that we needed for an enjoyable vacation was provided. We couldn't have asked for anything more. And Marcus was the ultimate host - walking us through everything that we needed to know about the rental and the island. We couldn't be happier. Will definitely return.

My wife and I found this place for the first time. In my heart I felt fortunate there were even dates open so I scooped them up and based my entire trip around them. The cottage is generally located up and out of Cruz Bay to the right side. After the roundabout, it's up a steep road that leads to a very steep passcode gated driveway. We rented a 2-door jeep to make the climb. I suspect you would need 4-wheel drive to help on the driveway if its wet but it didn't rain for us. On the top of the driveway is the beautiful standalone cottage along with a few neighbors across the way in another building. Far enough away but close enough to make you feel safe with other people around. The host stays out of view up on another level with different driveway access. There is a staircase up to the host level off to the side if you needed to reach him quick. The cottage itself was perfect for us. Words like clean, comfortable, modern, convenient come to mind. It doesn't disappoint. A few notes on the host Marcus: He greeted us at the Jeep rental location and guided us up to the cottage stopping at a couple notorious road locations along the way to point them out. Marcus was awesome. So many little details. Too many to list. He coached me on my biggest concern (driving) and had detailed maps with hand notes to help ease my concern. The cottage is very close to the Starfish Market making supply runs very easy. I loved the location and the cottage. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Marcus and Patty’s property is amazing and my wife and I will be sure to stay there on our next visit to St John. We have been to St John quite a few times so we had a good perspective going into our vacation. The property is literally three minutes from the car ferry dock and the Starfish grocery store as well. Marcus met us at the ferry and escorted us back to his gated estate. The suite is exactly like as shown and Marcus gives a great orientation leaving out no details. He will recommend places to go, things to do and places to dine. We chose to dine out every night but there is a grill and absolutely beautiful kitchen. We loved how close we were to Cruz Bay/Mongoose Junction and the north shore beaches. Thank you Marcus and Patty for a perfect week in paradise. We will certainly see you next time around. Matt Brown

He keeps the Sweet spotless communicates well and is very easy to approach and ask questions about St John The sunsets are to die for and the property is located in a great location which makes you feel very safe

Just a beautiful condo with a spectacular view. Everything about Constant Point is perfect. The location, the cleanliness, privacy, security, comfort and hosts! Can't thank Marcus enough for a wonderful three weeks. We will be back!

Everything about this little "former garage" is UNBELIEVABLE. Marcus and Patty converted their garage to a 1 BR villa in 2016 and everything still seems as new and fresh as the day it was built. Sunsets from the deck are breathtaking. Marcus met us at the ferry and ran us through the villa orientation. We arrived to complimentary wine, cheese, crackers, and a bountiful fruit basket. It's not easy to find villas on St. John this wonderful created for a romantic vacation just for one couple. Don't miss this one. You'll be pinching yourself the whole time.

We cannot put into words the amazing week we had renting this property! Marcus goes above and beyond to make your stay like a 5 star hotel! We arrived late because of customs coming in from the BVI’s and Marcus picked us up and took us to our rental car ( we have stayed in St John many times and have never been treated like this before) he then took us to his property and gave us the tour of his amazing home! Everything was beyond our expectations! Our favorite part of the home was the view on the deck! Amazing ! We cannot wait to book again for next year!! Marcus is not only a great property owner .. but we actually became friends..and that says a lot..book this property as soon as you can ..it is the best!!

Quality throughout. Construction, furnishings, decor, appliances, kitchenware, and supplies are top notch. And it comes with a marvelous view and pleasant, helpful owners. Not for children, though. We would stay here again, if we manage to get back to St John (age is catching up with us).

Excellent property as shown in photos. Marcus and Patty are more than gracious hosts. This is our second visit to St John and we did more exploring this visit since we had a Jeep. You must rent a car. The hills are very steep and windy on the island but worth the effort. Beautiful beaches! Sweet St John is a must see and Marcus’ place is a perfect retreat for two people.

We had a lovely time at "Sweet Saint John." The property is ideally located in the Cruz Bay area in close proximity to restaurants, shops, and beaches. You are minutes away from the main egress points that will take you all over the island. The property itself is impeccable clean and modern with breathtaking views of Saint Thomas. The owner is personable and thorough and took care of all necessities. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Sweet St John is exactly as advertised. It is a short ride to both Cruz Bay as well as the north shore beaches. The property has a beautiful view and is as immaculate as the pictures online. Even more, Marcus and Patty have thought of everything to make your stay an unforgettable one!!!

The “sweet” St John is beautiful, easy to get to and close to Cruz Bay. Has everything you need for a stay to include washer/dryer. Marcos is a wonderful host and gives great advise in advance and at time of check in. He’s also close by if needed. Great place to stay for a couple and we will definitely md back!

Everything about "Sweet St. John" was perfect. Not only is the place beautiful with beautiful views, but the location was great, close to (but not to close) the Market and to downtown Cruz Bay. We were beyond impressed with this property and with Marcus! The home was beautifully done with a beautiful view and awesome location. This was my third time to St John and I would absolutely stay here again! Marcus was so helpful with anything and everything...although the house was so great, we didn't even need anything. Modern, clean and quiet. This place is amazing place to stay. It is quiet away from the busier area down by the ferry dock. The condo is perfectly decorated and clean and has everything you need for a great stay. We cooked all of our food here every night and the owner provided everything need to prepare a meal! the air conditioning worked amazingly when we were there on one of the hottest weeks of the year. The deck area is the best place to enjoy your meals or time to relax and read by the ocean. We watched the sun set every night with the doors opened. Also the washer and dryer are right in the unit so did not need to pack much at all. This is owned by an amazing owner who helped us out so much giving tips on where to eat and where to find some unique beaches. One million percent recommend this place to couples looking for a quiet clean and amazing get away on the island of St John!! Thank you Marcus!!

Always great to stay at Sweet and see Marcus!
We were one of the first guests when Marcus and Patty opened up Sweet for guests and have been back 3 times. The house is always immaculately clean and they try to make sure every detail is taken care of to make your stay the best possible. We love the view and short drive to town. Can't wait to get back to the Sweet soon!!
