Townhome 5 in Springdale, at Zion National Park
Laissez notre magnifique nouvelle maison de ville au cœur de Springdale être votre centre de vacances pour votre voyage dans le sud de l'Utah et le parc national de Zion. La maison de ville de 1200 pieds carrés comprend un salon, une cuisine, une salle à manger, 2 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bain. Hors maison de ville peut accueillir 6 personnes. Chaque chambre a un lit queen et il y a un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon. Il est à moins de 400 pieds de l'arrêt de navette le plus proche. Nous sommes à côté du marché de la ville. Il se trouve à quelques pas des boutiques et des restaurants. Notre maison de ville est à moins d'un mile de l'entrée principale du parc. La maison de ville de 1200 pieds carrés a un salon, une cuisine, une salle à manger et une demi-salle de bain au premier étage. Au deuxième étage, il y a deux suites principales, dont une avec balcon pour que vous puissiez profiter de la vue de l'upcanyon. Parmi les commodités pour faciliter votre séjour:

Our townhome in Springdale was very updated and clean! It was in a fantastic location for visiting Zion Natl Park. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Awesome place and great location to Zion Park. Springdale had lots of great restaurants and a grocery store across the street. Everything was within walking distance from your townhouse and there was a free shuttle bus that takes into Zion Park since parking is very limited. Overall an excellent place to stay. Only issue was cleaning crew was still working when we checked in at 4pm as they were not informed that we were staying there.

Townhome was well stocked with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Grocery right next door and next to a cafe with great food. Owners are very responsive and very helpful with questions about the park. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was awesome- the only thing I would change is add better notes in the binder of how to use the tv. The internet is so slow that it takes the tv a bit to catch up with the command you entered. Which you end up pushing too many buttons and possibly get frustrated. Also the satellite remote did not work at all and could not turn that on whatsoever

This property is centrally located with easy walking access to a grocery store and many restaurants. A beautiful view of the mountains in Zion. Was clean and well equipped with all the comforts of home. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had a delightful time staying at Townhouse # 5 in Springdale! We never moved the car after we arrived!! We made great use of the free shuttle bus in Springdale and then we used the shuttle busses in Zion!!! We would go to Zion in the morning, come back for lunch and a quick rest and then go back to the park for the afternoon!!! It could not of worked out better!

Wonderful townhome in Springdale! This is our second stay at the property. Perfect for both of our stays. Owners are easy to work with and want their guests to have a great stay. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The bedrooms are split giving each privacy. The townhome is close to the Zion entrance and visitor's center and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Ideal location and great property. I would stay here again and feel confident recommending this townhome!! Many thanks to the owners for caring about their guests!!

The townhouse was easy to find and in such a great location. We parked our car and never touched it again until it was time to leave. A short, short walk to the shuttle bus stop, nearby restaurants gave us good options, and walking distance to shops was convenient. And a grocery store across the street was optimal. Coded key access to the unit was easy to use. Place was spotless. Met our needs perfectly. Stairs to the bedrooms were steep, which wouldn’t work well for the elderly or disabled. Unit had everything we needed.

Perfect for 2 couples!
We so enjoyed our stay here while visiting Zion. Beautiful balcony view for happy hour every night, and the layout was just perfect to allow a little privacy and comfort. I would stay here again for sure.

The property is nice, it was difficult to find the correct parking spot in the dark. They are on the side of the building.
The kitchen has all of the necessities. The carpet upstairs is due for an upgrade.

Great location and exactly as billed. Only (small) complaints would be (i) noise around the building (back lot of adjacent restaurant meant lots of trash hauling at odd hours). That being said - would gladly recommend and stay here again.

The unit is also within walking distance to a number of restaurants, and ice cream shops in the town. The unit is fairly new, and has most of the amenities you will need for your stay. Although we only stayed for the weekend, this unit would be great for people staying a full week to enjoy Zion. We really enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again should we return to Zion.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Springdale rental. Communication with property owners was responsive and pleasant. The property was very clean with everything we needed to prepare for days at Zion National Park. It was great to come back after a full day and wind down in the comfortable spaces. The location was excellent with easy access to restuarants and the grocery store literally steps away. Thank you!
