CHAQUE QUATRIÈME NUIT GRATUITE! Situé directement en face du parc d'État d'East Harbor et des plages. Deux condos de niveau supérieur nouvellement construits en 2012 et deux condos de niveau inférieur nouvellement construits en 2019. CETTE UNITÉ EST UNE UNITÉ DE NIVEAU INFÉRIEUR (UNITÉ C). Chaque unité peut accueillir 8 personnes avec 2 salles de bain complètes et 2 chambres à coucher et une impasse gratuite (jusqu'à un bateau de 35 pieds). Les unités supérieures ont une grande terrasse grillagée et les unités inférieures ont des patios en béton et une pelouse avec vue sur le magnifique West Harbour. Le cadre est sur une marina calme entourée de quartiers conviviaux et sûrs et à distance de marche des restaurants. Idéal pour les familles, les amis et les groupes de pêcheurs. Des chartes de pêche sont également disponibles juste devant votre porte! Les unités de niveau inférieur sont accessibles aux handicapés. La laveuse / sécheuse peut être disponible selon l'unité ou les unités que vous réservez. Nous ouvrirons également un nouveau bar extérieur au bord de l'eau au printemps 2019 qui sera un cadre discret avec de la musique live occasionnelle. Chaque année, le samedi suivant le 4 juillet, nous organisons un "Harbor Bash" pour la marina et les quartiers avoisinants avec des groupes live jusqu'à 17h00-23h00. This place had absolutely everything we wanted: pristine pool, view of the water, very accommodating hosts, nice layout, proximity to East Harbor State Park for walking and bike riding, Bald Eagles soaring overhead, and a bar that serves pizza right next door. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for my sister in laws Bach party and it was AMAZING ✋out of ✋WONDERFUL!
The condo was CLEAN and had a LOT of natural light from the channel front view with amazing entertainment of live music at the bar & grill located on the property!
We could sit on our patio and enjoy the view and entertainment!

We rented the condo for its proximity to Lake Erie and the state park and we were very pleased with the location, the place itself, and the communication with the owners! If you like boating, this is your place. If you like lakes, this is your place. There is a bar next door. During the summer season, the pool is right in front of the building. It was a great spot.

Outstanding property! Beautiful unit and location. Property is clean and comfortable, close to restaurants and state park. Bar and pool right there, but we didn't get to avail ourselves since we stayed on weekdays off season. Would highly recommend. The owners are personable and helpful, easily available if needed.

We had a fantastic stay in one of the ground floor units. It was super clean and looked to be recently updated. The location was probably the best spot for anything in that immediate area. Beautiful scenery and comfortable seating inside and out. Highly recommend !

On line, it states each condo sleeps 8. There is a king, a double/single bunk bed and a roll out. To me, that is a max of five IF you have 3 kids and 2 adults. This property comfortably sleeps 3 adults. We had 50+ year people sleeping on an upper bunk bed and a 5'8" long couch. I had to profusely apologize to the friends I brought along on this fishing trip for the accomodations. This is the only bad experience me and/or my wife have had planning a trip with VRBO. Note to self...always contact the property owner/manager to get the full details of the property. Do not rely on what it says on line!

This property was super clean and well-maintained. It’s the perfect place if you are looking to be near the marina and nearby campground (we are not campers but had friends there). Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed as a group of 6 and ventured to Put-in-Bay on one day of our stay. Other days we enjoyed the pool and bar which was steps from our front door and offered live music of Fri and Sat. Owners were extremely friendly. The property was well cleaned when we arrived. Easy parking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo was absolutely incredible! Clean, well appointed, and a fantastic view….it’s hard to believe your in Northern Ohio!!! We parked our boat steps from the condo we stayed in. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything was as shown on website. Very clean and updated! Plenty of room to spread out. Loved the pool and bar right on sight also! We would definitely recommend!

Beyond wonderful!
I was looking for a 1 level rental due to my parents who are in their 80s having mobility issues. Bill and Bree’s condo was perfect and just steps to everything including the pool and bar. The view was amazing ( right on the water). We plan to rent again next year.
If anything popped up that we needed they were quick to accommodate us. Our only regret was that our stay had been longer.

The condo at West Harbor Marina was perfect for our stay. It was clean and roomy for five of us. The patio area was great and overlooked the marina just yards away. Brie was helpful throughout the process. We would definitely stay there again!

This property was terrific- very clean, spacious and well equipped. It had it all- boat dock, pool, bar, and great view. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The owners went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a great mini-vacation here! The condo was very clean, modern, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and were very close to all the best lake activities. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. The owners were great to work with and allowed us a late check out when I asked last minute. Would definitely recommend this property!

Anniversary Getaway
As with most of us, my wife and I have been going a little stir crazy with our self-isolation because of the COVID 19 pandemic. We decided to have a private weekend getaway for our anniversary, and found this delightful condo right on the harbor at West Harbor Marina on Catawba Island. The condo is immaculate and beautiful and the views, even off-season, are spectacular! We ordered take out meals from local restaurants and enjoyed our meals in this beautiful setting. We both agreed that we need to do this more often!

Our stay was wonderful. We had a little trouble finding the condo at first, but outside of that we could not have asked for anything to change. If you are planning a trip to the lake, this is a must stay property. We will be back!
