La posizione è comoda, la disponibilità del gestore mi è piaciuta molto, la camera era molto bella, buona pulizia, bel bagno, bell’arredo, ottimo Wi-Fi

A breve distanza dalla stazione di Porta Susa, molto comodo per raggiungere la zona dell'OGR. Comode e pratiche le procedure di accesso, davvero apprezzata la cortesia e la disponibilità dell'Host (sentito telefonicamente). Letto confortevole, bagno di buone dimensioni con molti prodotti a disposizione. La zona la sera è tranquilla e silenziosa ed al mattino ci sono diversi locali nei dintorni dove fare una buona colazione. Indirizzo comodo sicuramente da tenere in considerazione in caso di ritorno a Torino.

La struttura (due camere) è ricavata all'interno di uno stabile che, probabilmente, ospitava uffici un tempo. Lo si nota anche dagli stipiti delle finestre e dal pavimento, che fa molto "ufficio" e poco "casa". Se la dotazione di prodotti per il bagno era ampia, mi ha colpito il fatto che fosse stato messo a disposizione un solo asciugamano a persona, e soprattutto che in bagno manchi un gancio o una sbarra per appenderlo. Fatta la doccia la sera, l'asciugamano al mattino era ancora umido..

High quality room, close to T Susa station. Good value.

Access was difficult needing a phone call, several SMS messages and remote operation by owner. Solution would be to send BC message beforehand outlining the steps required. The travellers would then be prepared to play their part. Once Access is achieved and understood, the system works quite well.

Good communications, excellent location and good clean facilities. Close to Porta Susa station where we arrived. Metro close by as well as all other transport. Would definitely stay again.

Close to centre, but not so much as to be disturbed. Simple self check-in.

Bed slates were broken/missing, so mattress was slanted. Sink support was broken and tap was loose

The location is great, close to the train station, walking distance to Via Garibaldi and about 20 minutes walk to the Flixbus stop, we simply walked around the whole time. The room is spacious and modern minimalist in style. We appreciated that we can leave our luggage even after checking out as we wait for our bus. The price to room quality is correct and the host was accommodating and easy to contact.

The room could be better lit, and there is some noise in the balcony which I think is due to the heater (not sure), but otherwise, all good.

Staff were supportive and explained things when asked. The building is quiet. I stayed for 6 nights and there was only one night where there was loud noise from the street. The bathroom is luxurious and modern. The only thing missing is a fridge. Since they disabled the airconditioner and don't want to lower the price, install a fridge in the common area so that people can keep some milk for our morning coffee. Yoy must still provide value to the customer

In essence, it is an apartment with three rooms. I did not like it when a couple stayed in the room beside mine and had noisy sex. Hey, love makes the world go around, but they were generally quite noisy even in conversation. I suggest to the host to place couples in Room 1 ONLY as Room 1 does not share walls with the other rooms. They disabled the airconditioner.

great location and super clean

Our room was very nicely looking, with a comfortable bed and a nice en-suite. It was equipped with everything we needed from a ‘hotel’ room. It was located 5 minute walk from the Porta Susa trains and metro, which is convenient. Overall we had a good stay at this apartment.

It’s not very private if there are other people staying in the two rooms next to it. It felt like a shared house more than a private ‘hotel’ room. Soundproofing isn’t great either. We didn’t receive any check-in instructions until we showed up at the door and had to call the phone number, and luckily I speak Italian, but an American guest that has been in the room next to ours was not so lucky and had issues checking in.

Modern facilities, great location

Noise insulation is not great, you can hear trams from the outside and also people talking in the adjacent room.

Very good location near Porta Susa (close to the airport bus stop) and nice building (one of the old ones). Excellent communication with staff and self-check in to facilitate late arrivals. Rooms is quite big (big bed and big bathroom) with a fridge. There is a nespresso machine at the common room (shared with 2 more rooms). Overall, recommended for a stay in Torino.

You could hear some noise from other people entering the b&b (shared with 2 more rooms), but that's luck i guess.

It is difficult to review staff, as it was self check in, with the keys in a key-safe (the number was texted to me before arrival). But the man I spoke to on the phone who talked me through the process was helpful and friendly. The bathroom was superb. And the location, virtually next door to the train station, was really convenient.

My husband found the bed very uncomfortable. I had booked a room with a balcony, which overlooked a rather dreary courtyard and was half-taken up with the A/C unit and a stepladder. So not really inviting. The photographs are not exactly inaccurate, but I found the reality to be a bit more scruffy than I was expecting.
