The view is absolutely amazing. Many rooms and bathrooms in a lovely private house! It is not on the beach but being above it all to soak up the view is wonderful. The master bedroom is especially nice with a walk in shower and ocean view! This was given a 4 because cable was shut down before we came. You could get all the fancy streaming stations, but we just wanted to watch the Celtics play in playoffs. We would certainly stay here again if that issue was solved!

Being that close to the ocean was fantastic. We spent a lot of time watching the waves & caught seals, a brief glimpse of whales, & of course surfers. It was huge hit with us!

Booked this home for a 3 night stay. Great layout of home and well stocked kitchen. Clean and comfortable. The views are amazing. Cute town to visit.

The property was beautiful and well-suited to our family. My four children helped me celebrate my 90th birthday. We played Yahtzee, hiked, walked the beach, ate at Mo's and talked and talked.

This is a very large, clean, comfortable home with spectacular ocean views. Every room is large and comfortable. Large kitchen, two large living rooms. We had seven adults and we each had our own bed, except my son and his wife, who of course shared. Each of the rooms I mentioned were large enough for all of us to gather. The downstairs with its living room and three beds was perfect for my daughter and her two college friends. Then there’s the spectacular ocean views. The home sits about 60’ above the water and there’s a steep path on the property that leads to the rocky shore. Truly a wonderful place to stay!

I reserved the home for our family reunion. Quite stunning for our guests from Kansas and Pennsylvania. Watched whales playing off Seaside. Close to Seaside but without the immediate chaos around the house. The listing is wrong, though. In best of times, it has three full baths and one half bath — not the 4 bathrooms shown. And while we were there, one bath is out of commission due to construction. So we only had a 2 bath, 2 x half bath home. This was a real problem and Vacasa didn't alert us ahead of time. Now to see if they'll do the right thing and refund some money for their error. Other than that, outstanding. But competition for bathrooms is a problem with 9 people staying at the home.

We stayed at this house last year and wanted to come back because of the view. The house was comfortable for our six adults with plenty of space for everyone. The house is well stocked in the kitchen and has plenty of linens. Unfortunately, the city does permit use of the two fireplaces.

Property worked well for our group and the family gathering spaces were especially nice. View was wonderful!

Location and view perfect, but, paying over $1000 a night I expected the property to be in better condition. The deck has had a few obvious minor repairs but is in need of more repairs and painting. There were two barbecues in the garage. We had no idea whether they worked or not plus they were filthy. If we wanted to use them, we would have had to move them out to the deck which wouldn’t have been easy plus had to clean them. We had planned on grilling so the situation was disappointing. The garage is dirty and unorganized. We did attempt to use the ping pong table, however part of the garage lighting was burned out so lighting was bad. We tried to open the garage door for more light and circulation but it wouldn’t open. The shower downstairs was not operating which was very inconvenient. Many of the electrical outlets are only two prongs so if you have something you want to plug in that has three prongs, you need to have an adapter which we didn’t have. The tub in the hall bathroom is slow draining when showering. You end up showering in standing water which is uncomfortable. The two high chairs provided were both broken. The front and back yards are in need of a thorough pruning and cleaning along with the house needing a good power washing. I have to commend the cleaning service as the inside of the house was well cleaned. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The furnishings were in good condition. Despite the negatives, we did enjoy our stay but, again, if the owners are going to charge so much per night, the property as a whole should be in a much better overall condition.

We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.

This house was great. Spacious, lots of seating, tons of beds. Gorgeous views. Great location. Only recommendation would be to stock some Kleenex boxes and I wasn’t able to find a cookie sheet that fit the oven. Otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing!

My folks and I stayed for a long-awaited Mother's Day trip. The house was so inviting, unassuming and felt as if we were staying at a friend's beach house. There were even 3 frosty beer mugs waiting for us in the freezer! Touches like that makes you know that your experience matters. Thank you so much!

This was a very nice house. Very private with great views. It was a very short drive to the activities. Our family had a great time.

The house made you feel at home, all you were missing was the dinner in the oven. The one thing I would suggest is leave the furnace fan on, the house otherwise smelled musty. Don’t expect to sleep in, no curtains in master and only cloth on others. Short drive to seaside and cannon beach. Some bath towels were very rough, fabric softener would do the trick. Well stocked in kitchen. Please please leave written instructions for television, took two hours to get local programming. Other than that, I would rent again, just bring air freshener or candle.

I booked this place for my family of 5 kids (14 to 2 yrs), my husband, myself and my parents in law. I wanted a place that was good for all generations, bedroom on main level and view of the ocean for those that might not be able to get outside as much. It was raining most of the days we were there but the house being right on the water was perfect for us. Those that wanted to brave the rain could and those that were more comfortable staying inside and watching the beautiful ocean could stay and enjoy the indoor activities. It was a beautiful home, plenty of room & perfect view. My 13 year old said one of her favorite parts of the weekend was watching the surfers from inside the house while sitting next to her Nana.

What an amazing perspective of Seaside. Away from hustle bustle. Walking distance to grocery and restaurants. We loved the space and kitchen as well as sitting on the deck watching surfers and the waves roll in.

Great place! Disappointed in property management for not responding to emailed questions. And key code did not work.

This was absolutely perfect—the views were unbeatable, and my toddler loved all the toys available. The stuffed animals in the crib were a great touch, and made her excited to sleep in a new space. The kitchen was very well stocked (plenty of pots & dishes, a bunch of spices, cooking oil, etc), and there was plenty of space for a large group. Next time we take a family trip to the coast we will definitely consider this place again!
