EMPLACEMENT, CONFIDENTIALITÉ ET BELLE ..... Ce ne sont que quelques mots qui décrivent le mieux ce condo situé au rez-de-chaussée de Plantation à Princeville. L'unité 1411 a deux chambres à coucher et deux salles de bain complètes. La chambre principale est spacieuse et s'ouvre sur une grande véranda. La salle de bain principale comprend une vasque double et une grande baignoire / douche. La deuxième chambre est lumineuse et offre une vue sur les paysages tropicaux. La conception de la cuisine ouverte s’allie vers une salle à manger et un grand salon qui offre également une vue sur la propriété paysagée. L'accès à la grande véranda à partir du salon offre une salle à manger confortable en plein air et se détendre. L'unité 1411 est située dans le cercle intérieur souhaitable de la propriété. Quel est l'un des meilleurs endroits. Cela ajoute au sentiment personnel et à l'expérience globale au paradis. Plantation at Princeville a des terrains très bien entretenus, une magnifique piscine avec cascade et spa et (2) barbecues en acier inoxydable pour les grillades au bord de la piscine. The Plantation at Princeville propose également un clubhouse / centre d’affaires privé et une aire d’exercice. The property was absolutely wonderful and even better than the pictures showed. Very clean, comfortable and great location. It was also steps away from the pool and hot tub which was a great way to relax at the end of a day of activities. Would stay again!

The property was beautiful. The owners were great in clearly communicating the check in process. The unit was well stocked with linens, all the kitchen stuff. Even laundry and dish detergent. Super nice rooms, kitchen. Close to a great pizza place, really nice beaches. Great hosts and great place to rent.

The place is very clean, easily accessible, and great Princeville location. The place has a well stocked kitchen, which made cooking at home very easy. They have beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards which made beach days much more pleasant. No complaints about the place at all

Great complex & unit. Perfect for 4 poeple plus 2 small kids. Was a little tight for us with 4 older kids.
Pool is small & not heated & was a bit of a bummer but beautiful complex & really nice unit. Owner was great to communicate with.

The home was in very good condition with great amenities and a very good attention to detail about what a guest would need or want during their stay. Walking distance to the golf course with a hiking trail all along a few holes. Very close (10min) from Hanalei Bay with a great kids friendly beach.

Property was well maintained; with more than adequate kitchen equipment. Great location with easy check in and checkout details. My parents and family enjoy the spacious living area that was more than perfect for our family of 6. When we return to Kauai this would be a great space to stay at again.

Hosts, Anthony and Julie’s place was awesome. Great location to do any activities on the north side of Kauai. They allowed us early check in as we stayed the first week on the south side! Anthony provided great tips and information throughout the stay. Condo was very clean, well equipped with everything you need and beautiful decor! Would most definitely recommend for a stay on the north side!

We stayed here for a week and loved it. It was nice to have enough space for the 4 of us to relax and not feel like we were on top of each other. The only thing we had a problem with is that they added rain gutters and re-did the roof while we were there. They started at 7AM and had treated wood that made the house stink like dirty feet. Being able to open all the doors helped with that. Loved having washer and dryer and beach stuff to take to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived Kauai was one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I have ever seen. Arriving at Condo was a continuation of that feeling. Beautiful area, Beautiful condo surrounded by natural beauty. I highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing stay on the most beautiful Island.

They had everything., boggies boards, beach chairs, totally stocked kitchen.. It fit our family of 6. Two large bedrooms. Two very nice bathrooms. The pull out coach for kids. Lots outside space to eat meals. We just loved our stay. Princeville is magical.

Beautiful Location
We had a great time at this property. Anthony/Julie we great hosts with quick responses and communication. The home was spotless and the location is fantastic. We spent time in the pool and used the BBQ. It was a short distance to the beaches and restaurants, which we took advantage of.

Princeville Condo
I stayed at the condo for a week with my two teenage sons. It was spacious and extremely comfortable. The condo was located near beaches, hiking, restaurants and shopping. The description was accurate and communication with the owners was easy! I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

They kept in good communication. Getting in was super easy with a keypad so didn’t have to hassle with keys. They had lots of books on Kauai so it was easy to research what to do in the area. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. They also provided toiletries and laundry detergent. Looking forward to coming back.

Perfection in Princeville!
This property was fabulous! We have stayed in a few houses on Kaua’i over the years, but this is by far the best experience we’ve had. The house is beautiful, very spacious, quiet, and right in the heart of all things Princeville. A short walk to the shopping areas in one direction, and a short walk in the other to the cliffs overlooking the sea for that perfect sunset view. The house was soooo clean, with the best-equipped kitchen and bathrooms we have seen, and full of all the extras you would want for a beach trip. Coolers, ice blocks, beach chairs, parasols, beach towels- it really had everything.
One of the best rental properties we have ever been to, and our hosts were amazing!!

It was walking distance from Princeville with good food shopping, Clothes shopping, yoga studios and Lapperts ice cream. They were at least four or five beaches within 10 minutes drive of the condo and at least two that were walking distance. We had a lovely time. We relaxed and visited with each other and experienced some of the sites Of Kauai And some of the excellent restaurants nearby. We highly recommend staying there.

LOVED everything About this place! We had breakfast every day outside. Place had everything we needed for this amazing vacation. Location was PERFECT, close to best beaches. Hostess responded within seconds when we had a question. Pictures don’t do justice to this place . Will come back for sure 🥰. Mahalo🌺

Perfect family condo
The condo was large and our family of 4 enjoyed every minute. Kitchen well stocked. A/C was a great plus. Great communication with owners. We couldn’t find beach towels and they had them to us in under 5 mins. You will love your stay here!
