La nouvelle villa est une architecture de style balinais de style rustique appelée "LUMBUNG", composée principalement de bois de coco et de carreaux de style colonial rustique situés dans les cuisines et les salles de bains par un escalier.
Le bar de la table, le plan de travail de la cuisine et la table de la salle de bain sont tous fabriqués à la main en béton poli.
En face de la piscine se trouve une table avec un bon coussin, idéale pour une table ou tout autre lieu de vie.
Toutes les chambres sont en haut escalier avec toilette entre les deux. Les chambres sont avec des draps de bambou tissés et le célèbre bois de fer de Bornéo pour le toit. Tout plancher et structure en bois dans l'escalier.

This property is just as advertised. Ben was great to communicate with and always available. Made & Kadek are fantastic taking care of the villa. Made even drove me all over town to help me with atm issues. Wayyyy over and beyond!!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely two storey traditional Balinese Villa. My only issues were that there was no table and chairs for both working and eating and only one sofa. The downstairs area also gets very hot- there needs ceiling fans if possible!

Great for first timers!
We visited Bali for the first time and the villa is very close to everything, shops and nice restaurants everywhere and the beach within 10 minutes walk. The staff are very nice and helpful too! We appreciated the free water fountain as you need to drink so much under this heat. The AC is also quite nice in the bedrooms when you need to cool down.

A beautiful priva villa in the heart of Seminyak
Ben’s villa is very quiet and private, but only 100 meters from the restaurants and shopping. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and the Bintang Supermarket is about a 7 minute walk. No need for a motorbike!
Ibu Ketut and her staff cane by everyday for cleaning, and are wonderful company if you’re home.
Ben is very fast to respond to any questions or requests and I recommend his villa wholeheartedly. In fact, I’ve booked a return visit in 3 months. I’m sure you will love this place.
Check out the little warung at the end of the street. It’s fun, great food and really inexpensive!

Me and my parents absolutely recommend this with us. It was so convenient. Almost every taxi driver can easily find this location according to Ben's pictures. It is very clean. And the staff is very friendly and make everything easier for us. I like the kitchen part so much. It is well organized. Your friends and family can sit on the floor. And then watching you cooking in the kitchen. This is very sweet,we love this!
