Have saved this and hope to rent again my next time in town.

My family had a great stay. The house is very large. Pool is a great size. Each room having a bathroom was excellent. Martina was great at communication and came over to make sure the pool was running correctly. Some things are a little dated, but we loved quiet location with a ton of privacy.

Great neighborhood, and nice house will need some updates soon but nice and clean at all

Everything was easy and stress-free. Only issue heat was not working for pool, I am sure it will be fixed The house was very clean, appliances new, just needs a bit of TLC. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, not far from shopping. A wonderful bubble. Thank you Martina

The home is spacious and very private. Spa and pool were barely heated. Furniture and mattresses could be updated. Everything else worked pretty well. Sufficient. We had a nice time.

This was everything I wanted private, quiet and peaceful. I love relaxing in the pool, listening to the birds while watching the clouds. I truly enjoyed my stay in this lovely home, I plan to visit again

The house is as pictured, so we knew what we were walking into. Our host was very responsive from check in to check out. The pool was GREAT! The house did have a pet smell, but we bought febreze to take care of that! siting out back at night with the ceiling fans going was the best! You hear a lot of nature at night but can't see due to not much lighting. The back yard needs more lights. If your looking for a simple home with lots of relaxation and very quiet neighborhood. This is it! We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Peaceful secluded property. Property manager was prompt with responses for any issue that arose.

Large home, great privacy, an awesome large lanai with pool and spa. Spa jet nozzles are missing. Owner would be wise to invest what’s necessary to fix & replace items that I pointed out to Martina. Pool valve controls don’t work, pool/spa heater doesn’t work, pool light is out. In need of new flooring and blinds in bedrooms. New mattresses would be a bonus. All upgrades would increase the value of the property for the future. Great property, just needs some love. Martina always had a smile on!

We stayed at the property most of the summer of 2021 while waiting for our house to be build. The location is perfect for anyone seeking a quiet retreat. Tucked into a cul-de-sac with only one other house, we never saw anyone else. The house is surrounded by beautiful trees and we loved seeing birds and wildlife. The pool was great and the outdoor area is nice for relaxing. While the house is a bit dated, we had everything we needed. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had and checked in on us periodically. We went to Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island frequently. It was never more than about a 45 minute drive and the location is close to grocery stores, fast-food and a few restaurants.

A nice quiet relaxing trip. The property manager was very helpful. Had a few minor issues that she took care of quickly. A very secluded lot. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We stayed in this home for 4 weeks with our 2 dogs. Martina met us on day one to go through the house and showed us where things were and how the pool/spa system worked. She was friendly and invited us to allow our dogs to have freedom in the home. This was a huge plus to us! During our stay I reached out to Martina with a couple of questions and she was very responsive and helpful. The pictures of this home are accurate so nothing took us by surprise. There were prior comments in reviews about bedding/pillows/towels so we just opted to bring our own but in my opinion, what was provided was acceptable. The home was very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The setting of the home is hard to beat as it is surrounded by trees and vegetation. The pool area is extremely private. Just keep in mind, if you wish to go to beaches, you will have to drive about an hour. We were okay with this and knew it when we booked our trip. Besides, being further from the beach also made it more affordable for us. I would recommend this home to any of my friends/family.

It was everything the advertising said. The only issue was we did not have any gas for the grill outside. Both days were empty. But no big deal. I will suggest that somebody checks them once in a while at least have enough in there for use. But we ate out a lot anyhow so it wasn’t a big problem.

This place had a wonderful heated pool and spa in a private beautifully landscaped yard. The home is spacious with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Furniture is somewhat dated and not particularly comfortable (Especially the beds and couches). More could have been done to remove junk cluttering the house such as broken furniture, unused electronics, and stacks of books. The property manager was very responsive and Eric from Gala’s Pool Service was exceptional at taking care of pool issues and maintenance. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet with the exception of the occasional Jet flying over on the way to the Fort Myers’s airport. We loved our stay and would certainly recommend this place to others looking to host your families winter vacation relaxing by your private pool.

We found the home to be dirty to say the least with a terrible odor! The beds are awful and totally worn out! The pillows are NASTY! The pool area furniture was dirty and I had to clean it before I could even sit on it! There is black mold all over the pool area and furniture. The pool was green and needs to be cleaned! There are awful stains on the carpet.. I will never book this property again! We contacted the property manager about pillows being DISGUSTING she said she would buy new she never brought any I went out bought new pillows so we would have a clean pillow!! I found this property to be totally unacceptable!! I spent the first day cleaning and disinfecting the bathrooms and kitchen! The towels are worn out and thin! The furniture is also very outdated and very uncomfortable to sit on! If you’re going to rent this home to relax I do not recommend it! This has been the worst experience I’ve had a renting homes through Vrbo!!

We had a wonderful stay, but there were a few things that could be improved. We rented for 2 weeks and wanted to extend, but the house wasn't available to extend our stay. There was another property promised to us, but on our last day, an hour prior to check out, we were informed that neither property were available and had to scramble to find a place for our family of 5 to move into last minute. Overall, the house is clean and has great amenities. I would recommend this vacation home to others, but be prepared for miscommunication between the property manager and property owner if you have extenuating circumstances.

Awesome place. Pool area was the best. House was big and had a good floor plan. Very quiet neighborhood. Shopping and food only ten minutes away. Would have liked to stayed longer, maybe next year. Martina helped with everything that was asked of her, thanks again. Hope to see you again next year.

Situated in a very private cul-de-sac, the 3 bed/3.5 bathroom house was exactly what we wanted for a pandemic-era peaceful sanctuary. We are 3 couples, working from home, and 2 dogs escaping the February cold up North for a whole month. The pool and huge enclosed lanai was gorgeous and tropical, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and the house is spacious with a lot of privacy. The pictures of the house show the house exactly for what it is-- nice but not fancy and very comfortable. The location of the house is somewhat remote but that worked for us, grocery store shopping is all within a 10 minute drive, as well as a lot of great local Cuban bakeries and food, also within 30 minutes there are 2 great local breweries (with outdoor seating) LaBelle Brewery and Crazy Dingo which is a huge farm and micro brewery that is great for families and dog-friendly. One day we had an issue with the AC unit (it was working but wasn't cold, it was in the 80s that day) and messaged Martina the property manager and she responded immediately and sent HVAC service within 2 hours to fix the problem. Couldn't ask for a better response. Also we knew that there was an upcharge for the hot tub and pool heating (we used it daily!) and the extra charge was only $200 for 4 weeks. Overall, everything went very smoothly, we loved the house and our stay, and we highly recommend the house if it fits what you are looking for-- spacious house, privacy, a wonderful outdoor space, and a sweet escape from the rest of the world.

Perfect setup for a week away from everything. Private pool was the main attraction. Manager was very attentive but left us alone. Would definitely visit again.
