O imóvel em tela está mobiliado com esmero, como se fosse a nossa própria residência. Em nenhum momento o hóspede se sente em uma hospedagem convencional. O apartamento é rico em detalhes e em mobília, proporcionando total conforto e funcionalidade. A localização também ajuda muito, pois o local é de fácil acesso, seguro e rico em linha de ônibus e acessos para outros locais. Destaco também a organização do condomínio, cuja administração é impecável. Concluo afirmando que certamente voltaria a me hospedar no local.

The location is great, the staff in the building was very friendly. The washing machine is a great plus as well, and I am thankful for that. The apartment is cute, and the couch very comfortable. Overall, it has great potential.

The apartment was not very clean. Also, the host would not get back to me. He messaged me once to ask me how everything was, and ignored my previous questions. I was actually hesitant to give this review, because I just loved the location and the apartment has great potential. The phone to answer the front door was broken, so I could not communicate with the doorman. The sheets were ripped, some appliances were broken, the door handle was broken, the door handles and The sheets would not stay on the bed and the sheets smaller like they haven’t been washed. The glass in the shower was loose and felt over my kid. Thankfully he was able to hold and and he did not get hurt. The baseboards were very dirty, and the bathrooms did not smell clean. I sent the picture to the owner, and I hope he will make the necessary improvements.

Perfect location for my work trip. Great building and supportive staff. Close to shopping. Very convenient to Mercado.lots of space.

There was only a very small not-SMART TV. The linens were torn and the mattress was buckling. The coffee pot was leaky. We needed to buy lights bulbs. No dish drainer. There was a building destruction taking place across the street during my stay-very noisy.

Separate kitchen with all the necessary amenities provided. Washing machine, fridge with freezer, cooker, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery.
