La chambre principale et le salon vous donneront accès au balcon meublé de sièges confortables pour vous détendre et profiter de la brise du golfe. Beau plancher neuf dans tout le condo, grande et spacieuse salle à manger, belles salles de bains rénovées, laveuse et sécheuse privées à l'intérieur pour votre usage, cuisine mise à jour et bien équipée prête à vous permettre de préparer vos repas, la liste est longue et confortable! ! Le bâtiment n ° 5 est unique en ce qu'il se trouve à l'extrémité de la propriété sur la pointe de la péninsule et offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique! Our family stays at Treasure Island just about every summer, and Lands End is our favorite location. The complex is gated and has many amenities to offer including an awesome swimming pool. We love this particular building due to its proximity to both the Gulf and the Blind Pass. You’re literally right next to the water and can watch manatees and dolphins from the comfort of your balcony. We have stayed in several units within this development, and this unit did not disappoint. Everything was as described, nicely updated and very comfortable. This unit was also very clean, and we didn’t have any issues at all. Resort Rentals was easy to deal with and answered any questions that we had in a prompt manner. They also provided a great starter kit with some basic necessities (trash bags, dish soap toilet paper, paper towels etc.). One thing to consider is that you do need to provide your own beach chairs etc., as there is no beach service/rental available for this stretch of the beach. Based on previous reviews, I wasn’t sure if this particular unit included any beach chairs for our use, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that it had chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for our use — super helpful. The beach is beautiful, pretty quiet and spacious, as it is reserved for this condominium complex. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was great but the smell of smoke was very bad for the first few days. It smelled like the previous renters had been smoking. It did air out towards the end of the week, but never went away completely.

The condo was just as described. Beautiful view and close to the beach. The condo was located very close to some awesome bars and restaurants. The management company provided us with many emails on where to go for check in, what to expect. The condo had wifi. But the passwords we were first given did not work. I made a quick call to the management office and they got us on-line in no time with the correct passwords. Wonderful place, will be back again.

Awesome week in st Pete as always. we love lands end. we hate all of the price increases though. I think this is our 8th trip there in 10 yrs. not sure if we will stay there next time due to increases. almost 50% in a few yrs and now they charge per car too. will look at other options next time

Our trip was fantastic. The property was gorgeous. The view from the balcony was of the ocean and bay. We saw dolphins every day playing in the bay which we loved. The property and pool were always kept really clean. The staff was very friendly as well. The water in that area is also full of life. We brought our snorkel stuff and found star fish, sand dollars, conchs,and a huge horse shoe crab. A few fisherman also let us join them in their fishing off the pier that wraps the property. We will probably make this an annual trip.

What an incredible property! The complex starts where the road ends. Overall the complex is typical. Nice pool area, sporting activities on site. Sport equipment available to checkout (no cost). One note, the grills are charcoal. Walk from condo to beach is 1 min, condo to pool is 2 min. This unit is in a great spot. The afternoon sun stays off the balcony so you can enjoy it in the summer. If you are on the gulf side you get blasted by sun. On the intercoastal side you get to enjoy bar bands playing until the wee hours. We opened the bedroom patio door and listened to waves all night. Saw dolphins most every night where the intercoastal meets the gulf. Saw a manatee one afternoon coming along the rocks. Under building parking is really nice. The only downside for me is the boardwalk around the complex. It's like having a sidewalk just beyond your balconey. If you are looking for high energy activities and a staff of people to wait on you this probably isn't for you. If you are looking for a quite, safe, relaxed, upscale, family friendly place where you have everything you need to take care of yourself, I would recommend it.

Could not have asked for a better vacation. The condo was so comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped, except could use some wooden/ plastic utensils for cooking!
The scenery was great! Going to sleep listening to the water on the rocks was soothing, as was drinking morning coffee watching dolphins and boats go by. Being so close to the beach was awesome too.

This condo is amazing and in a great location. Views of the Gulf coming into the intercoastal are beautiful. The waves crash on the rocks less than sixty feet from the balcony. The condo was beautiful and was well equipped in the kitchen. The pool is huge and gorgeous as well. The only improvement we could suggest is a number pad to gain entrance to the condo instead of a key. The picture used on the website is EXACTLY how the condo looks! Hope to come back to this same unit in the future!

Overall this place is a nice place to stay with family, with only one drawback. The construction of this building makes the noise from the people above you very loud. You can hear every footstep, furniture move, and anything that hits the floor. Other than the noise form above, it is a fantastic place!!

Unpleasant experience. Apartment is directly over parking garage as well as the elevator. Elevator had a malfunction for the extend of our entire stay, which caused an alarm to go off every 30 seconds 24/7. We spoke with property management immediately about the nuisance as well as the safety concerns. Emailed Resort Rentals about the issue as well - no reaction. Caused me to call Resort Rentals, but they waived all responsibility of Land's Ends lousy property management. Other condo owners and other vacation renters were also unable to leave their balcony doors open or even enjoy sitting on their balcony. Frustrating experience. Our family will not return and can not recommend.

Clean, nicely decorated beach property
Owners were easy to work with. The property exceeded our expectations and the beach was perfect (not crowded, quiet, soft white sand, clear water). The pool was big, clean, and a good temperature. I personally prefer an area with a few more tourist-type activities (mini golf, go karts, etc) but we definitely enjoyed our stay!

The condo was very nice. The facilities were as well. My only complaint was having no idea the area was consumed with red tide. A notification from rental company would have saved us time and money. Air quality was terrible. Beaches were off limits. No complaints about the condo itself though. The location and view were great.

Favorite vacation
This was our 5th time to lands in and 3rd time in this unit. The water is right outside the patio door and we watched dolphins and manatees daily. Our kids always beg to go back. Beds are pretty comfortable with a stocked kitchen. They also usually have floats and sand toys you can use in the cleaning set.

Tastefully updated condo with a great view from the balcony! Unlike condo choices that directly face the open gulf, we had the added benefit of listening to water crash across the rocky shore throughout the night. The association has great amenities with a well maintained pool area, nice tennis courts, sand volleyball and a spacious clubhouse for informal get togethers.
