Beau séjour dans cette agréable maison aménagée avec goût. Maison très confortable, moderne et très propre. Très bel espace extérieur. A 30mn en bus du plein centre de Bordeaux. Propriétaires chaleureux et accueillants.

Je viens en métropole une fois par an depuis plus de 20 ans donc j'ai fait pas mal de propriétés en location et je confirme que celle ci est de loin la plus agréable à vivre dans le même odre de prix bien sûr.. sans oublier l'excellent accueil que j'ai pu avoir. Encore merci

The home was a lot bigger and nicer than what the photos were portrayed. It was incredibly quiet and the black-out blinds were a really nice touch. The Owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering ideas, suggestions, and helped orient us to their lovely home. We even enjoyed a bottle of wine and water in the refrigerator as a treat when we arrived! Wonderful place, wonderful time.

Très bon séjour. Endroit calme et protégé. Boutiques, cinéma, librairie... Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à proximité

We selected this area to allow us to drive to the various wine areas outside Bordeaux city (Medoc, St Emilion, Barsac). It is a bustling suburb and you can get where you are going (with nav) relatively easy. That being said once at the gite, things you may need (groceries) during your stay also requires a drive ( or transit if that’s your preference). We didn’t find much within walking distance. The gite is modestly equipped and furnished. The automated shutters that roll down over all the doors and windows ensures darkness for sleep. The location as described we found slightly misleading, while the house faces the vineyard, none of the windows on the lower level do. And certainly the back garden does not, it faces the neighbours. For others that have a car, be aware that you must drive down a very narrow public lane way, then reverse back through the driveway gate. Even in our rented Peugeot 308 it took 3-4 swipes. Luckily there is not much traffic on the lane way, but it’s a precarious move to say the least. Once (of the 4-5 times we did this move), we held up our share of traffic and that was certainly uncomfortable. At night it felt quite unsafe. Practice would certainly make the task easier, but who has that as short term renters. The hosts are very warm and helpful, they really want their guests to enjoy their stay.

Nous avons été accueilli avec le sourire par nos hôtes. La maison située dans un quartier calme proche du centre de Pessac avec vue sur le château du Pape Clément est magnifique. Entourée d'un beau jardin et d'un agréable et grande terrasse. Construite avec des matériaux de qualité et meublée avec goût, elle est adaptée au x personnes à mobilité réduite. Un point important concerne la qualité du couchage qui était au top. Une petite observation concerne la présence de très nombreux tapis. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette demeure et dans la région de Pessac. Y revenir sera un réel plaisir.

Une maison parfaitement équipée, dotée d'un mobilier et d'une décoration raffinées. Des espaces vastes, un jardin plein de charme et parfaitement entretenu. Des hôtes accueillants, disponibles. Cette maison est désormais en tête de liste de nos choix et de notre prochain séjour dans la région. Merci aux propriétaires.

Véritablement accessible PMR

Great modern house in a great location in the middle of Bordeaux Pessac Leognan vineyards. Good tram and train to Centre of Bordeaux. Good shops in Pessac. Easy access to Rocade Autoroute. Recommended.

Location à 10mn à pied du tramway pour visiter Bordeaux. Grand marché de Pessac le dimanche matin très pratique pour faire vos courses de la semaine (produits locaux). A env. 1h de la Dune du Pilat et d'Arcachon. En résumé, Location très bien située pour visiter la région et nous avons eu la chance d'avoir du beau temps toute la semaine du 1er au 8 octobre !!! Nous vous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.
