The location was great. The view of the river from our room was very enjoyable every morning. We were able to walk to the university we were visiting. Also most of the restaurants were within walking distance.
The staff in charge of the breakfast were nice and friendly, but they spent a lot of time with one of the residents a little too much. This resulted in the coffee not getting refilled and certain foods not being replenished in a timely manner.

Valet parking was limiting, but a shuttle on request to any location within a mile helped.

Front desk was unaware I had already paid for my stay. After saying I HAD paid already, I was told I had not. After proving otherwise, there was no apology.

Had to depart from the room and hotel before the time of complimentary breakfast being available.
The price was great, but I didn't know about the additional security fee until after arrival. It was refundable, but I confirmed the price booked beforehand.

I really enjoyed the hot breakfast, and how clean the entire hotel was. plus the fact that you actually need a key card to get on any of the floors!!!
I didn’t like the fact that valet parking was $30+ for one night.

The rooms are spacious and ideal for families with kids/babies. Especially the kitchenette with the full-size fridge were helpful to us. Staff was amazing. I really could not be happier and will always return to this hotel should I return to the area. Recommend 10/10.

Breakfast was good. Great staff working in the kitchen. Comfy beds and pillows
Some front desk staff were cold. Had to pay too much for nightly parking. Staff banging on our door at midnight saying someone complained that we were smoking. We don't smoke. We weren't smoking, we were sound asleep. I was not happy about this at all. Was very unprofessional.

They were unable to take my reservation.
The staff was incompetent. Charged my card & claimed they couldn’t see the charge. My bank confirmed the charge went through, but the guy at the desk said i was unable to stay since they “didn’t have my money”

there were stains here and there throughout the room. it could have been cleaned better
