Le petit déjeuner un peu onéreux avec assez peu d’options alternatives autour de l’hôtel

Staff was fantastic, and it was evident they cared about their guests. The location couldn’t have been better.

Wish the complimentary breakfast was daily.

Location and clean room, comfortable bed.

The room was small but very comfy, the hotel looks very nice and the location is quite good especially if you wanna go on foot

Upon arrival, the person at the desk was very rude. I explain to him that we had requested early check-in and had been approved. He  replied the hotel was very busy and if he was the clerk at the time of the request, he would not have approved it.  I didn’t understand his response and felt it was highly inappropriate to guest just arriving at their facility.

Great room, extremely comfortable bed, and nice bath room. Ok coffee and light breakfast options in the lobby. Good staff that helped me correct the error regarding charges to my cards once I discovered it (Sofia was very helpful).

I get up early and hoped to get breakfast as room service while I was working on preparing myself for the conference I was attending. The breakfast options looked delicious as it was advertised in the elevator and in the room. When I called to order I was informed breakfast was only served in the weekends. Disappointing. I asked the person who helped me check in to transfer the charges to my business card instead of my personal card. They did, but it didnt work, but only ended up charging both cards - which luckily I realized before leaving. In the end it was all charged to my personal card, which means extra hassle for me later.

Molly helped us with late check in. She could not have been nicer. Great room, very clean. Coffee & Danish provided in am Great stay!
