Chacun comprend tous les éléments de base - comme un bain d'eau chaude, une cuisine meublée et un futon - et un grand porche grillagé avec des hamacs pour se détendre. Vous êtes à quelques pas des sables mous de la plage pubienne de la ville, avec des vagues chaudes parfaites pour barboter avec les enfants. Une charte de pêche à proximité vous permet de prendre votre propre dîner, mais une sélection de restaurants et de cafés vous permet de manger ce que vous voulez. Profitez des vélos inclus pour explorer Placencia, ou louez une voiture et explorez les superbes sites du littoral.

With the price you can assume that it’s not gonna be super luxury, but it’s pretty good for the price. The place was clean ish and the customer service wasn’t the best but it has nice anematies. Kind of just the basics but it’s nice ! I do suggest as long as you’re not super sensitive because there is no AC and the occasional cockaroach. But I think the showers, location close to the center/point and hammock make up for it 😆

It's a really cute cottage, but for that price we were expecting way more. The plates weren't clean, too few spoons, no cozy seating area on the terrace, small chairs at the bar, no lighter for the gas heater, the mosquito net was not everywhere closed, so we had on one day a huge amount of animals in the cottage. The area around a little messy and not welcoming. No basic stuff like salt, pepper and oil available (that should be a must have!). The poor dog of the owner was whimpering especially the last night really loud, so even with earplugs we couldn't sleep at all.
If it would become a better standard of interior, it would be a cool place right in the center and the cost-benefit ratio would fit. :)
I am a host of all kind of accommodation in Austria. Therefore I recommend to compare with other cottages to raise the standard, especially for Western guests. It's worth and the guests will love it ;)

The cabanas were nicely designed and very relaxing. It's in the heart of town where you are close to so many restaurants. I would stay here again for sure!

Carol was lovely and Vacasa team were almost immediate to respond to concerns. Our toaster had stopped working and a few palm leaves were banging and scratching on the roof ( hard to sleep listening to nails on a chalkboard). We sent an email to Vacasa and within 1/2 hr landscaper was trimming back the palms and new toaster arrived.
Amazing service and great value for the money.
We would stay at Carol's again.

A cute rustic cabana in the heart if Placentia. Surrounded by restaurants, shopping stores and near the beach. No problem with hot water in shower ( some places lack) and very clean.
Screened in deck great for enjoying early morning coffees or late night card games.

The sheets were thin and stained with nail polish and others. The fridge was grimy, muddy fingerprints dried on the walls. The cutting board was old and dirty. The sink spout blew off while the water was running. The bathroom sink was hardly attached. Outside area was dark, smelly and unwelcoming.
The beds feel like they are barley held together and the dresser is barely being held together.
No amenities and no beach or sidewalk access. Very noisy. Not recommended

First, we were told we wouldn't need to meet anyone there, that there would be a lock-box and we could just get in. The cabana was hard to find and not marked (to know which one was ours), and the combination we were given was wrong.
The wifi information we were given was also wrong, and the wifi network we were given access to barely worked. It looks like there is a dedicated router at the location, but it was disconnected.
Amenities listed that were not in fact included:
-Washer and Dryer (they told us these were not available, but we could borrow theirs for $10 BZ)
-Garage (there was room for us to park our car, but it wasn't in a designated location)
-Microwave
-Books and Games
Also, another family lives right below here and they were blasting music for hours.
