Maison idéale pour le grand groupe ou la famille qui veut s'évader et peut accueillir 10 personnes. Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas louer à des parties de moins de 25 ans selon les directives de l'association des propriétaires. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Toutes les locations d'été sont du vendredi au vendredi.
Construite en 2004, cette maison de ville finement aménagée est située au centre, juste à côté de la route 1, à proximité des célèbres magasins d'usine de Rehoboth Beach. Le complexe dispose d'une piscine (fermée en septembre) et d'un court de tennis et se trouve à seulement 1,6 km de la plage. Marcher, faire du vélo, conduire à tout ce que la plage a à offrir !! Tout le confort et le confort que vous souhaitez pour vos vacances en famille. Soyez assuré que votre famille voudra revenir année après année pour rester dans cette confortable maison de vacances à la plage. Cette maison jumelle de deux étages et offre 2000 pieds carrés de surface habitable. The Keys of Marsh Harbour est une communauté de maisons individuelles et jumelles qui apporte un sentiment des Florida Keys dans la région de Rehoboth Beach. Cette communauté de plage au design innovant comprend une PISCINE COMMUNAUTAIRE, PARFAITE POUR UNE PLONGÉE RAPIDE OU UNE DÉTENTE TOUTE LA JOURNÉE, un court de tennis et un magnifique terrain paysager avec de l'herbe ornementale, des arbres en fleurs et un étang à l'entrée. Du Memorial Day au Labor Day, un bus passe à côté de notre quartier. 2 $ pour les adultes et gratuit pour les enfants, vous n'avez plus à vous soucier du stationnement. Ce bus peut vous emmener à la plage, aux films, aux points de vente ou à de nombreux autres endroits. Les navettes partent régulièrement, toutes les 15 à 20 minutes pour la plupart des destinations et partent tôt le matin jusqu'à tard le soir. Avec cette option, votre groupe peut se séparer et voyager quand et où bon lui semble.

This rental was close to perfect. The house was really spacious from the rooms to the common areas and kitchen! The location was great, as we took advantage of walking to the water park next door and other places nearby for food. And the shuttle was very convenient to get to the beach. Probably the most amazing part, compared to other beach rentals that we have had over the years was how well stocked the house was with items that we could use, like bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and then the kitchen was stocked with staples like spices and oils and non-perishable items that most places clear out after each rental and the next person has to start from scratch. We definitely appreciated that and the well-furnished kitchen, as we do a lot of home cooked meals during our family vacations. Highly recommend this rental and the owners were very responsive for any questions during out stay!

This house was in the perfect location just a quick 4-5min ride into Downtown Rehobeth! Plenty of space and amenities to make our stay feel like home. Would definitely book again!

Highly recommend! We were 6 adults and a 1 year old. Plenty of space for everyone. The house is very clean and comfortable, all the appliances, kitchen tools, etc you need. Community pool is a short walk from the house. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Easy drive to the beach. Would definitely return!

Kelley & Jill's rental was perfect for a long weekend away with friends! Loved that there was a pool close by -- and the pool had entertainment there on the weekends, too -- which was a bonus! :) I would highly recommend and definitely plan to stay there again in the future!

Our stay was great. The house was driving distance to anything you could imagine. We especially loved being able to get to some less crowded beaches easily - Tower was our favorite!

A home away from home
We came to town for a lacrosse tourney and wanted to stay the week. Im so hlad we did. The place had everything we wanted or needed and then some!
From the comfortable beds to the extra utensils, pots and pans, new grill, and every tv station you can imagine, we were happy.
The communication from our host was easy and she was very quick with her responses and incredibly helpful.
Hope we can make this a regualr thing.

Fun Family House!
We had a great vacation at this property...especially loved all the fun toys in the garage (bikes, cornhole, beach chairs and umbrellas, kids toys)...house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable- lots of space and well stocked...owners were very helpful in preparing us to enjoy the stay....overall a wonderful time

Great kick-off to summer!
This beautifully appointed townhome was the perfect spot for our girls weekend. Lots of space, beach toys, and everything we needed in the kitchen to create some memorable meals! A relaxing and comfortable home to come back to after a day at the beach!

Amazing!!!
The house was amazing!!! We opened the door to a clean, fresh smelling cozy home. They had everything from appliances, mugs, pint glasses, cleaning supplies and a garage full of bikes, chairs, bags, etc. The owners were great at communicating promptly and meeting our expectations. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces were immaculate. We will definitely stay again!!!!

We would definitely stay here again
Owners were very friendly and responsive. Location is good with only a short drive to lots of restaurants and beaches and within walking distance to the nearest supermarket, yet the neighborhood itself is very peaceful and quiet.
House is spacious and having access to the pool was a great option.

Fantastic place to stay
My family and I spent a week here. The house and community were clean and well taken care of. The pool was warm and never too crowded. Communication with the homeowners via email was always easy and fast. The house had everything that we needed and I appreciate the time that the homeowners took to place notes throughout the house to explain things or provide details about the property and how everything works. Proximity to Route 1A which takes you to the boardwalk and beach can’t be beat. We would definitely stay here again!

The pictures don’t do the property justice. It is so well kept, decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Close enough to the beach and super close to the grocery store, WaWa and a great seafood restaurant. Would stay here 100% again!

Perfect Rehobeth getaway
This was a great getaway spot for my family. The hosts were very responsive and the property was as-advertised. Great location for the beach and outlets and we even took the host up on some of the restaurant recommendations they provided.

Outstanding stay
Property was clean and roomy, close to so many activities, pool access was a short walk away. Property owner was very responsive to all questions and the checkin process was a breeze.

family vacation from 63 years old to 3 mo old
The house was very good for all the families involved. The kitchen was well supplied and also the game closet. We added to it for future guests too to pay it forward. The bedrooms, all 4, were a very large size and fit the port-a-crib easily.
The family spent alot of time at dining table doing vacation puzzle, in living room and also the screened in porch.
It is a lovely home and location. The pool was a hit with all the family .

Great family vacation rental!
This property was well-maintained, suited our family needs with 6 adults and 4 kids. The property managers were so easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and very helpful with a welcome document of instructions and tips for the area. Easy to cross the street and hop on the beach bus rather than drive and fight parking. We hope to return again in the future.

Really nice property and well kept home! We enjoyed it very much.
Only disappointment was the pool. It looks SO much bigger on the photos. Everything was awesome besides that.
