Les escaliers privés conduisent à un brillant, espace de vie ouvert, avec une cuisine moderne et une terrasse surdimensionnée directe. Chef de cuisine a une île qui prête à cuisiner et recevoir. Mangez dans au ou sortir et traîner avec des amis dans le salon - équipés d'une télévision à écran plat, Apple TV, lecteur DVD, télévision par câble et Internet sans fil rapide.
Les chambres du premier niveau disposent de lits queen size et primes sont sur les côtés opposés de l'entrée hallway- parfait pour la vie privée et à côté de l'un des deux ponts. Sur le même Niveau double une blanchisserie Bosch, et une salle de bain avec de la pierre naturelle et une douche à effet pluie oversize.
Pont principal magnifique avec des sièges rembourrés, Weber Grill et extérieure al fresco manger pour 6; parfait pour l'été divertissant. Détendez-vous toute la journée à regarder le changement de lumière de cape. Profitez de couchers de soleil et l'étoile nuits Gazing.
En haut d'un vol se trouve la suite principale avec vue sur l'océan et la vue monumentale depuis la baignoire Jacuzzi à côté du lit queen size confortable. Bath a deux éviers de navire et surdimensionné douche en pierre avec de multiples jets d'eau pour vous et un ami.

The house was great! Exactly as advertised. We forgot about the deck, which we ended up spending a lot of time on! Definitely a great perk of the house. Very walkable to all of the P-town staples. Would book with Jim again!

Pots and pans were in rough shape. Need to update. oven did not work properly.

My initial impression was worrisome because I entered and the place had been overlooked on the cleaning schedule. As soon as I contacted the host, Jim, he was ON IT. I was the first of six friends to arrive so I just let them know we were going to divert for a little bit to Liz's Cafe/Bar which is only a few steps away!
The staff there was so kind and fun. It's a cozy place and we just went for drinks. Very well-crafted cocktails.
We got back with the cleaning staff still there but they were FABULOUS! Moving quickly, thoroughly and quietly while being friendly too. They had done the living room and kitchen first so we could hang out and start dinner,
We truly enjoyed our time there. Due to weather we did not get to use the deck but it would have been great. The space was perfect for six, the beds were comfortable, (could have some softer, less full pillow options though). The bedroom to the left as you walk in was colder than others...maybe the two outside walls?
There was a non-functioning tub in the upstairs and although there were two showers it seemed that showering one at a time was best for cold/hot water.
Not really able to sit formally for dinner but fantastic for hanging out, talking, noshing, playing games and enjoying friend time. Beautiful light in morning in the living room and kitchen. Walkable to downtown.
Overall we would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was in a great location, really close to Commerical Street but set back enough that it was quiet. Our first impression was that it was very bright and spacious. The Master Bedroom (third floor) was huge. It was perfect for traveling with a toddler - plenty of room for his pack & play and all of our things.
Check-in instructions and information about what is included/not included was very clear before our arrival. You do have to bring your own things (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.), but there are plenty of plates, cups, pans, silverware, knives, etc.
Communication with Jim was very easy. He responded to all of my questions/emails right away and he was very kind.
One thing to note is that the entry is at the back, two stories up. There are a lot of stairs. Something to consider for accessibility, but not a problem for us.
We would defintely stay here again!

I highly recommend this property for the location, quality of the place, and for the rooftop deck which was fantastic. The property manager was easy to get a hold of, and the check in process was a breeze.
Right by bike rentals, good restaurants, and a quick ride to the beach.

Our group of 5 stayed at Jim and David's condo for our annual Memorial Day Weekend getaway. The condo is perfectly located in walking distance to everything, and the second parking spot and full bathroom were super convenient. It was easy to book and communicate with Jim, and we had all of the information to make check in, our stay, and check out go smoothly.

Only complaint is the steep flights of stairs to get to the apartment!

Google maps brought us to the wrong side of Bradford , so be sure to follow directions that the owner emails you.
Our only small pet peeve was the toilet handles - they feel as if they are going to fall off and we had to keep adjusting the downstairs handle because the toilet kept running multiple times. And watch out for the wooden piece that sticks out into the driveway near the trash bins. I cut my wheel a little too hard trying to avoid a construction trailer parked across the street and caused damage to my front bumper & trim.

We loved our "girls weekend" in the condo. It had everything (and I mean everything!) we needed to make breakfast and one dinner over our stay. The beds were amazing! The furniture comfy and plentiful for the 4 of us. The linens and little extras in the kitchen made our stay very smooth. Despite the weather being cold and rainy, we walked (6-8 mins) down to Commercial Street where all the action was. Being late March, not everything was open. But we were able to shop and eat lunches and dinners at fabulous restaurants. HIGHLY recommend!!

This is a fine location for a stay in Ptown. Condo is comfortable and clean. Encourage end of busy season maintenance for working stair lights on 2 flights of exterior stairs; espresso/coffee machine; clean comforter covers. All in all a fresh, light-filled space to stay! Thank you.

The photos and descriptions were very accurate: nice layout, wonderful master (tho platform bed isn’t ideal if you need a firm mattress) on 2nd floor, lovely deck and great bathrooms. Very clean and easy walk to town and 7min drive to spectacular beaches. Owner was thorough and responsive.

Great location and space
Lovely and spacious place. Really nice to have the deck and the upstairs bedroom is dreamy. Could use some blackout shades bc it’s so light, and a few small things needed repair, like the tub. But overall a fab place to stay. Jim was easy to get in touch with and the location is perfect.

Broken Bathtub
We loved the location of the property itself. We were surprised to find the bathtub was not in use due to a leak. I love taking a bath and this was disappointing, still enjoyed your place.

One of the nicest and cleanest VRB0’s we have stayed in. My self, wife, two daughters, son in llaw and 20 month old grandson stayed four nights in mid April. One block from Commercial Street and across the street from Liz’s Cafe, one of our favorite restaurants in Provincetown. We did takeout a few times as it was tough to relax there with our grandson. Third floor master bedroom provided plenty of privacy for myself and wife.
We did have a negative experience though. This is a second floor condo and with our grandson running around it apparently made a lot of noise for the tenant on the first floor. We saw him one day and he made us feel very uncomfortable about it.
I know this has nothing to do with the owner so I will still give a five star rating. However, we would not stay again because of the tenant.

Location was convenient. Walkable to downtown. A minor problem with a toilet that was taken care of immediately. We would recommend to others.
