Das Haus ist toll, Billard (allerdings Karambolage - kein Pool-Billard; geräumig, soweit alles da - außer Mückengitter an den Fenstern (und da es unglaublich viele Mücken gibt, ist das ungünstig- da man die Fenster nachts nicht offen lassen kann, eben wegen der Mücken - somit sehr warm in den Zimmern nachts) - Polsterauflagen für Liegen fehlen, für andere Sitzgelegenheiten einige da, etwas dreckig. Pool (hat innen umlaufende Stufe, dadurch von der „reinen Schwimmfläche kleiner“ - beim Reinspringen muss Mann sehr aufpassen, das man dieseStufe nicht trifft) und Tischtennis sind toll. Etwas ungünstig war, das am Abreisetag bereits ab ca. 8 Uhr die Gärtner da waren, somit konnte man morgens nicht mehr in den Pool oder draußen in Ruhe frühstücken. Zu zweit haben wir in diesem großzügigen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus eine tolle Woche verbracht. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool war ein Traum.

Excellent séjour dans la belle maison d’Any ,bien équipée avec de beaux espaces . La partie jardin avec piscine , boulodrome , table de Ping Pong et barbecue a été très appréciée . Sans compter les vélos avec lesquels nous avons pu faire de belles balades le long du canal du midi . Any et son mari sont des hôtes charmants et de bons conseils nous

The home is a stone throw from a number of local amenities, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and bakery. It was my first time staying in this part of southern France which is beautiful and many historic sites nearby, the location was perfect 1 hour drive from Carcassonne, Perpignan, Aigues Mortes etc, close to the beautiful town of Beziers and a short drive or cycle to the beach. Our children loved the swimming pool and petanque in the garden. "Any" the host was very amenable, resolving the issue with the pool alarm swiftly. Only minor issue was the loud creaking staircase, the noise from early risers in the morning, woke everyone else in the house up. There is also a cleaning fee which is not listed in the description, but is part of the contract (which is in French), this is deducted from bond at the end of the stay.

Extremely diligent owner. We enjoyed the property immensely. Very large open space with great pool. Definitely the sort of place that we would visit again

Maison de charme agréable et spacieuse pour vacances en famille dans un petit village. Conforme à l’annonce, vélo et table Ping Pong très appréciables. Maison bien située pour découvrir la région.

Très agréablement surpris de cette maison spacieuse, ou nous nous sommes sentis bien de suite, donnant sur un espace extérieur très agréable avec , espace de jeux couvert (ping- pong), boulodrome, piscine spacieuse, chauffée....bref tout ce qu'il fallait pour passer de très bonne vacances et l'accueil et la communication top des propriétaires. Un Grand Merci a eux.

Nous avons apprécié le confort général de cette location mais quelques inconvénients quant même : Logement situé en centre ville bruyant : bruit de tronçonneuse pour l'entretien espace vert de la ville dès 8h le matin, marteau piqueur pour réfection d'une fontaine, engin d'entretien des rues (souffleur de feuilles et voiturette ramasse feuilles) très très bruyant. Le Wifi (pour les ados) n'est pas a la hauteur du débit annoncé, à peine un dixième de ce qui est dans l'annonce. Le débitb d'eau des deux douches est très faible, ce qui n'est pas tonique pour un bon réveil matinal. A part ces petits inconvénients, nous avons quand même passé un très bon séjour et nous avons bien décompressé dans cette période compliqué. Any est très agréable et est à notre écoute. Encore merci. Wir haben als Paar im Alter um die 50 zwei wunderbare Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr groß und für eine Ferienhaus sehr geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Der Außenbereich mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, Liegen, Pool, Boolplatz und Tischtennisplatte macht Spaß. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die überaus freundliche Gastgeberin hat sich sofort um kleiner Wünsche gekümmert. Man sollte berücksichtigen, dass das Haus im Dorf Cers liegt und deshalb einfach ein gewisser Geräuschpegel da ist. Uns hat er nicht gestört. Parken ist auch kein Problem. Dafür sind Bäcker, Epicerie und Supermarkt in kurzer Entfernung fußläufig zu erreichen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir (5 Erwachsene) hatten einen sehr angenehmen und ruhigen Urlaub in dem geräumigen und sehr schön eingerichteten Haus. Trotz des bereits nicht mehr ganz so warmen Wetters konnten wir den beheiztem Pool noch gut nutzten und auch die überdachte Tischtennisplatte erfuhr regen Zuspruch. Das Haus und insbesondere die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet und die Epicerie sowie der Supermarkt sind gut u Fuß erreichbar. Vers ist ideal gelegen für schöne Ausflüge oder auch einen Fahrrad Ausflug am Canal du Midi (sehr nützlich auch die vorhandenen Fahrräder). Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und bei Bedarf immer zu erreichen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir freuen uns darauf, in einem der nächsten Jahre an diesen schönen Ort zurückzukommen!

Tout était très bien organisé de l'arrivée jusqu'au départ. La propriétaire est très gentille et toujours disponible. Propriété facile d'accès, situation très calme du côté jardin. La maison est magnifique et très agréable à habiter. Pour les périodes très chaudes, la clim serait la bienvenue. Seul point négatif, les moustiques. Sinon nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour. Merci à Any pour son accueil.

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie zwei wunderbare, entspannt Wochen in dem sehr geräumigen Haus verbracht. Das Inserat gibt das Haus zutreffend wieder, zeigt aber nicht die großzügige Größe von Haus und Garten. Das Objekt bietet alles für einen entspannten Urlaub im Languedoc. Das Haus ist gut und vollständig ausgestattet, es gibt sogar einen Karambolage-Tisch. Die Zimmer sind groß und liegen im Obergeschoss. Es gibt zwei Bäder und zwei separate Toiletten. Der sehr große Garten bietet viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, einen Boule-Platz und einen großen Pool, in dem man auch schwimmen kann. Das Haus liegt mitten in Cers, einem netten kleinen Ort direkt am Canal du Midi. Es gehören Fahrräder zum Haus, die zur Radtour am Canal oder zur Fahrt zum Strand einladen. Eine Bäckerei und ein Lebensmittelladen sowie die Post sind fußläufig zu erreichen, ein großer Supermarkt liegt 2 Autominuten entfernt am Ortseingang. Obst und Gemüse kann man auch vor dem Ort direkt vom Feld kaufen. Any und Didier haben uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen, sind äußerst hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Insgesamt 5-Sterne und eine uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung! Merci!

L'accueil du propriétaire a été très agréable. La maison correspondait à la description - très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Le jardin calme et la piscine ont été très apprécié de nous tous. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison et cette région. Je recommende vivement.

Very comfortable villa within easy reach of Valras-Plage which is a very nice beach resort. There are many interesting day trips to choose from such as Montpellier, Perpignan, Millau and others. Béziers is a lovely town only 5 minutes away. The villa is extremely well equipped with bicycles, table tennis, and a lovely pool. The village has a few shops including a bakers and newsagent as well as two restaurants with a supermarket a short walk away. We loved staying at this villa with its beautiful garden and would definitely recommend it. The only slight downside for us was that Any does not speak English but written communication was perfect and we muddled through with our limited French. A great choice for families with children or a group of adults.

We had a great stay in this beatiful house. The landlord was always available, friendly and honest.

Der Ort Cers ist klein, hat aber zwei, drei Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf und Obst- und Gemüsebauern um die Ecke. Nach einem Strandtag haben wir uns immer auf das Feriendomizil gefreut. Die Bilder haben nicht zuviel versprochen.

Cette maison est très spacieuse, le jardin est magnifique et la piscine très appréciée. Emplacement idéal pour explorer les plages. Les vélos pour adultes sont disponibles et en bon état - n'oubliez pas les casques et les serrures. Portiragnes Plage est à 35 minutes à vélo au bord du canal du midi. Sérignan plage, Valras plage et Sète étaient d'autres plages que nous avons aimées. Un petit Intermarché est idéalement situé 10 minutes à pied tandis qu'un grand Carrefour est à 10 minutes en voiture. Boulangerie, boucherie et épicerie à proximité dans le village de Cers. Any, la propriétaire, ne pouvait pas faire assez pour nous. Elle a répondu à toutes mes questions rapidement. Nous avons visité cette région plusieurs fois au cours des 10 dernières années et c'est l'un de nos endroits préférés dans le sud de la France. Cette maison était la plus belle et la plus confortable où nous ayons séjourné. Le seul point négatif était les moustiques, mais je pense que cette année était particulièrement mauvaise. Nous sommes une famille de 6 - 2 adultes, 2 adolescents et 2 enfants (10 et 11 ans). Je recommande vivement cette propriété. This house is very spacious, the garden is beautiful and the swimming pool was much appreciated. Perfect location to explore the surrounding beaches. Adult bikes are available and are in good working order - don't forget helmets and locks. Portiragnes Plage is a 35 minute cycle ride along the path running beside the Canal du Midi. Sérignan plage, Valras plage and Sète were other favourite beaches. A small Intermarché is conveniently 10mins away on foot while a big Carrefour is 10mins by car. Boulangerie and butcher and a grocer store nearby in the village of Cers. Any, the owner, couldn't do enough for us. Always so helpful and answered all my questions promptly. We have visited this area a few times over the last 10 years and it is one of our favourite spots in the South of France. This was by far the nicest and most comfortable house we have stayed in. The only negative was the mosquitoes, but I think this year was particularly bad. We are a family of 6 - 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children (10 and 11). I would highly recommend this property.

Wir haben zwei sehr entspannte Wochen in Cers verbracht. Die Lage ist ideal. Für Unternehmungen im Hinterland ist die Autobahn schnell erreichbar und zum Strand sind es nur wenige Autominuten. Außerdem gibt es einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die nicht weit entfernt sind. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und bei Fragen auch erreichbar. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und mit schönen Möbeln eingerichtet. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der große Garten ist herrlich. Hier vor allem der beheizte Pool, der auch wirklich angenehm beheizt war. (Leider konnten wir die Boulebahn und Tischtennisplatte nicht nutzen, weil es zu der Zeit als wir dort waren sehr viele Stechmücken gab. Im restlichen Garten war das aber überhaupt kein Problem!) Die Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse und im Garten sind perfekt. Lediglich der Grill hat nicht zu dem sonstigen hohen Standard der Unterkunft gepasst. Diese schöne Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Any!!

We wanted a car free holiday and this lovely house and garden together with the use of bicycles made this the perfect place. Owners very friendly and help was always a text or email away if needed.House was nicely decorated and had some excellent paintings. Although house situated in small villiage it was extremely peaceful . Easy bike ride to next villiage along Midi canal where we had Lunch at a restaurant next to the canal and close to a picturesque lock. Beziers and local beach also easily accessible by bike.

Nous venons de passer un très agréable séjour en famille à Cers dans cette vaste et belle villa, très bien équipée. En cette dernière semaine de septembre nous avons profité d'un temps clément, du beau jardin et de la piscine puisqu'elle était chauffée. En plus de la piscine et ses chaises longues, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le terrain de pétanque, la table de ping-pong et le billard. Nous avons fait aussi une jolie balade le long du Canal du Midi sur les vélos (en bon état) à disposition dans la villa. La villa est très bien située dans le village, au calme et à côté d'une boulangerie et d'une épicerie-boucherie. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques. Nous n'avons donc aucune remarque négative à formuler et nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location !

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und die Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ort mit Bäcker und kleinem Lebensmittelladen. Nicht weit entfernt kann Obst und Gemüse gekauft werden (Tipp von Any) und es gibt auch einen großen Supermarkt. Zu umliegenden schönen Städten und Stränden ist es nicht weit. 5 Räder standen uns zur Verfügung und wir radelten jeden Morgen am nahegelegenen "Canal du Midi" entlang. Im Garten konnten wir herrlich entspannen und den Pool genießen.

We had a great time at this property. It is in the middle of the village opposite the Mayor's office and is within 30m of the Bakers and Grocers shop. The village also has a pizza restaurant that we tried and found to be excellent. The Intermarche supermarket is about 150m away. The property is large with a massive garden that includes a pool with sunbeds that gets the sun most of the day. There is also a petanque court and undercover table tennis area. The garden has several areas in and out of the sun where you can sit and eat or just chill. The whole village is very quiet.The house is large with plenty of room and we enjoyed playing French Billiards. We cycled along the Canal du Midi (which is about 500m away) several times including a trip to the beach which is about 8km away. Any is a good host and left us to enjoy the holiday. We would definitely recommend this property. I

We have just returned from spending 2 weeks in this lovely house. Its village situation is convenient with a baker`s, grocer`s and newsagents within a 100 metre walk and a pharmacy & Intermarché within a 5 minute walk. The house benefits from a large garden, next to a small and well-tended jardin public, making for a quiet and peaceful location. The house itself is furnished in style with traditional furniture, yet with all the modern comforts. All the photographs on the owner`s site are a faithful representation of the property. I would recommend this property wholeheartedly.
