Charming duplex at the foot of the slopes 10-16 people in the heart of Montgenèvre

Appartement chaleureux de 125 m2. Belle vue sur le village, les montagnes et les pistes. Départ des remontées et ESF à 80 m.
Agréable et grande pièce de vie de 40 m2 comprenant un salon avec cheminée, une cuisine-salle à manger ouverte et équipée.

Pour les repas : une table de 8-10 personnes et une table de 4-6 personnes que l'on peut aligner pour une grande tablée.
5 chambres + un coin montagne, 4 salles de bains WC (2 avec baignoire et 2 avec douche).
2 casiers à ski, un garage.
WIFI gratuite. Gare TGV à 30 minutes par navette.
Domaine skiable franco-italien de La Voie lactée : avec 410 km de pistes le domaine skiable de la « Voie lactée » (Via Lattea) est l'un des plus grands au monde. Il s'étend sur sept stations (Montgenèvre en France et Claviere, Cesana Torinese, Sestrières, Pragela, San Sicario et Sauze d'Oulx en Italie). En 2006, ces cinq stations Italiennes ont organisé les Jeux olympiques d'hiver de Turin et ont donc investi pour développer leurs infrastructures.

We booked this chalet for a week in March with friends and then a week with family in April. Both times, we were impressed with communication with the owners and the staff in the resort. The chalet is in a perfect location with plenty of ski storage. The garage is an extra bonus! Bedrooms all a good size with plenty of storage and 2 balconies with chairs were a treat. The living area also makes this a great stay for larger groups.. so much space and well stocked with everything you need. We had 2 fantastic holidays and will definitely look to rebook. Thank you

A charming place for a large family gathering. The apartment is well situated in Montgenevre, close to the pistes and lifts and yet also within easy reach of the town amenities. There are wonderful views of some of the most beautiful part of the Alps, and the apartment is extremely well stocked, clean and functional. The only drawback might be its position up at the top of the building with several short flights of stairs, so elderly or incapacitated guests might have a problem. Overall, it is a wonderful place for a holiday in a beautiful alpine village.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Few minor maintenance bits needed but the apartment was great for our party of 11. The apartment had everything we needed and the kids loved the loft bunk room. Only a few minutes walk to ski slopes, shops, bars and restaurants. Great views from the main living area of the ski slopes and surrounding mountains. We will definitely look to stay here again, we had a great week!

This Chalet offers fantastic value. Location is so central, less than 100m to the slopes, hire shops and the best bars and restaurants in town. Its a large property and there arent many in Montgenevre. There is only 1 parking space in the garage, however lots of free on street parking near by so not a problem. The accom is well provided for in terms of seating, 2 dinning tables that can be pushes together. Kitchen is well equipped. Nespresso and filter coffee machine options, kettle, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Also a washing machine in the bathroom if you really want to do that on holiday ;-). The views are spectacular, and property has 2 balconies to admire the view. We happily watched the pistebashers doing their thing while quaffing wine. The only negative is that the hot water runs out quickly if fully occupied. The property is 2 flats made into one. Therefore 2 hot water systems for the different bathrooms. One of those the breaker kept flipping (note in fusebox), so need to keep an eye on. The communication we felt was good. Host speaks little english, so use the vrbo chat and google translate and all is fine. There is an additional charge for sheets and towels that has to be paid cash (on arrival), cashpoint in tiwn charges 5€ for a withdrawal. I read that this was an issue for some people, not for us just make sure you order before arriving and they will be waiting for you. Highly recommended, we had a great time. Will be back.

Christelle and Franck were excellent hosts, they responded very quickly to all email queries and were very helpful arranging check-in on the day. The apartment is well located in the centre of the Montgenevre (Rue des Ecoles), a 2 minute walk from the local Spar and the excellent Boulangerie L Atelier with the slopes also in close proximity (3 minute walk). The apartment is as described and provided ample accommodation for our party of nine. Bed linen (base sheets, duvet and pillow cases) is not provided but can be rented from the property manager Angeline. We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment and would recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Montgenevre.

The property is 150 metres from the piste, centrally located within easy reach of shops and restaurants. It is well furnished and equipped. However, although the property amenities says that linen is provided it is not and has to be rented from the local laundry. This cost us an additional 174 euros

We were a group of three families so the combination of rooms worked well. The apartment was well equipped. Would have helped if the shower fittings in the baths could attach to the wall so all four bathrooms could be used for showers, especially with 14 to get clean!
