Auto erforderlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurant in 1,5km Entfernung . Ideal für Ausflüge ans Meer und in die Berge. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub.

Nous avons passé deux agréables semaines en famille dans cette maison spacieuse, avec une immense piscine, emplacement idéal, accueil très chaleureux de Mme BERNIER et propriétaire bienveillante. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Unser Urlaub war wunderschön. Meistens haben wir uns am Pool bzw Poolhaus aufgehalten. Bei tollem Sommerwetter haben wir den Pool ausgiebig genossen. Sauberkeit des Objekts war super.

Super Villa au calme , en famille piscine immense, Pool house très pratique avec cuisine salle de bain et toilettes. Mme Bernier très disponible si besoin d'informations. Vraiment super séjour à refaire sans hésitation.

La piscine est merveilleuse et il y a un véritable pool-house à côté avec cuisine complète, salon, douche et toilettes c’est très agréable on a vécu que là. Très bon accueil et très bonne communication.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Grasse. Die Außenanlage und der Pool sind sehr schön. Der Ablauf der Buchung war perfekt, auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Allein die Einrichtung im Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, daher nur 4 von 5 Sternen. Die Lage ermöglicht vielfältige Ausflüge in die Berge und ans Meer.

Belle propriété, beaucoup d'espace, piscine au top ainsi que le pool house. Electro ménager très bien ainsi que vaisselle en suffisance. Bonne literie. Les chambres méritent un bon rafraîchissement. Salles de bains et douche ok. Cette belle propriété meriterait d'être remise au goût du jour. Propriétaire et accueillant très sympa et disponible Excellent séjour.

As a family of 8 and a dog we would like to thank Pascale for allowing us to spend a lovely couple of weeks at the villa. The villa itself boasts 4 good size bedrooms so plenty of space for all. The villa has a huge pool, we spent the majority of our holiday lazing/playing around the wonderful pool. Next to the pool is an even bigger pool house, that has an additional fully equipped kitchen, a big dining table, patio furniture and also a shower and wc, on arrival we thought this is a big space that wouldn't get used, but we were wrong... all our cooking, eating and entertaining revolved around this space. The pool is set in a massive garden that is fully enclosed and secure at every point as our King Charles Cavalier can agree with as she normally loves to find exits in gardens that no one knows exist and escaping to check out the local neighbourhood but she can confirm it is secure! The villa itself is lovely you could argue it needs a little modernisation in places but on the other hand it adds to the character of the place and I'm sure any changes would affect the price point of the villa which we believe is very good value considering the size and location. Mrs Bernier the housekeeper is lovely to deal with,, she welcomes you with a smile on arrival and with the use of Google translate as my pigeon french is rather poor... she assists you with anything you may need. Due to an electrical storm and lightening strike to the chimney on the villa the night before arrival we had a little more communication with the owner Pascale than travellers would normally have, but Pascale was lovely to deal with and dealt with all the fallout from this unfortunate occurrence with speed and efficiency and even gifted us with a hamper of local produce to apologise for any disruption that may have been caused. So overall a great 12 nights spent at the Villa and would definitely recommend for a large family looking for plenty of space, fantastic pool in a very convenient location to visit all the wonderful places along the South of France!!

We have just returned from the most beautiful villa in Grasse, France. We where met by a lovely lady who only speaks French, but used her phone to translate what we said. After showing us around the villa she gave us her phone number should we require her during our stay as she lives 10mins away. The photos of the villa on Home and Away don't do it justice, and the pool is fantastic . As well as the villa there is a magnificent pool house which contains a fully equipped kitchen, shower room , toilet and lounge dining area. A car is highly recommended as the local shops are 5 - 10min away or a 20 - 30 min walk. The owner of the villa rang us on 3 occasions to check we were happy and all was well. Overall as a family we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back !!!!. We cannot praise this villa enough.

House is nice and very clean. Was surprised about additional cleaning fees and security deposit not listed but owner was nice and accommodating about them. Property can use some updating with Fans, couch (which is pealing, additional pillows and towels) I trust that the owner will make necessary adjustments. Beds were comfortable which is always a Plus. Properly was nice and large with nice pool and pool house. Quiet street and nice view which made the stay appreciable

Reçu agréablement et n'hésite pas à nous renseigner ! Le terrain est grand et la piscine est Belle ! Malheureusement au mois d'avril nous n'avons pu en profiter ! Sinon il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une semaine en famille ou entre amis !

Si le nombre de chambres correspond à l'annonce, il manque une précision concernant la 3me salle de bains ainsi que le 3me WC situés, eux, dans le pool house de la piscine. En hiver ou dans la nuit, il n'est pas évident de les utiliser. D'autant que l'eau et l'électricité étaient coupés dans le bâtiment lors de notre séjour. De plus, il manque de la vaisselle en adéquation avec le nombre d'occupants, pas de grands plats, pas de saladiers et du mobilier vieillissant. L'une des chambres située près de la chaufferie est particulièrement bruyante. D'autre part, bien que le ménage soit facturé, celui-ci laisse particulièrement à désirer. Fort déçue par cette location mais enchantée par la région de Grasse et la situation du logement ainsi que par sa vue

Remarquable propriété de par sa situation et son environnement. La maison spacieuse et confortable, est parfaite pour un séjour familial. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La propriétaire est très sympathique et de bonne composition. Je conseille vivement.

We have spent an enjoyable week in this lovely villa, which has everything you need. It is really well situated in easy driving distance of Nice, Cannes and Monaco as well as many other smaller places to explore. There are plenty of supermarkets and bakeries near by along with plenty of places to eat The host was really helpful and always responded promptly to our messages, we were met at the villa by a lovely lady who showed us everything we needed to know and was on call if needed. A fantastic base for a great holiday - Thank you!

We stayed in the villa for a month from the middle of June 2015. We certainly felt that we had good value for money. The owner is extremely solicitous and responded very promptly to any issue or concern we had. The lady who looked after the villa was very good as was the gentleman who looked after the garden etc. The villa is a very good size and well equipped. The wifi works pretty well most of the time though the router is in a locked room and if it needs to be restarted this is a bit of an issue. The pool and pool house are great and the pool is a very nice size - about 15m by 6m. The garden is large and there is a nice view over the hills from the balcony upstairs. There is a BBQ outside which is nice. The photos show a canopy over the balcony which is no longer there. This is a shame because it makes it difficult to sit out on the balcony in the afternoons when the sun's shining. The villa is very private and the surroundings peaceful so ideal for anyone wanting a complete break. There were a few niggles that I'm sure the owner will deal with. There aren't enough wall plugs in the house and we couldn't find any extension cables. This is a bit of an issue with cooling fans for the most part because it gets hot in the summer and there is no AC so fans are important. Plugging them in is a problem. Also, if you have more than a few electrical appliances on at the same time, which is quite likely with a large group particularly in hot weather at night, there is a tendency for the circuit board to trip. It's had to find at night and I'm sure there's a way of avoiding this happening. The grass grows fast in the summer and was only cut once in the month we were there. It should probably be cut every week. There are quite a lot of mosquitos and the screens are a bit wonky so it's easy to get bitten. The outdoor furniture is on the cheap side which lets the property down a bit. Having said that, it's a great place and we had lots of fun!

Fantastic property - especially the pool house. Photos do not do the property justice! Superb views of the hills from the pool and spacious gardens. Excellent value for money. Great caretaker (who helped us sort out a flat tyre just as we were leaving) and very helpful and considerate owners at the end of the phone, if needed. Lots to see and do in the area. We have already booked for 2015!

The first thing to say is that the photographs do not do this beautiful villa enough justice. What a perfect venue for our family holiday! The villa has 4 double bedrooms (2 being rather large), 2 bathrooms - which is always handy, a modern kitchen and a spacious lounge/dining area. It was a shame we spent most of our time by the pool! The pool house has everything you could need. With a kitchen in there and a WC, we were just missing some mattresses! There is so much space outdoors which is great for the younger ones. It is perfectly private with high hedges surrounding the garden. Also, having a balcony on the front and back of the villa gave you the opportunity of sunshine all day long. We were treated very well by the friendly neighbour who was looking after the property for the owner. The villa was very clean and having a utility room was great as we certainly needed to wash the towels after a trip to the beach. Wi-Fi shouldn’t be the most important thing but it was very nice to have access to the internet so we could keep in touch with home and have the chance to show off our holiday live on social media! Being a group of 8, it is easy to get on top of one another, but our “home away from home” provided us with a lot of space. A couple of us could be playing table tennis, a couple relaxed in or by the pool, one reading in the pool house, one on the sun lounger and maybe a couple watching TV or cooking on the barbeque, and we wouldn’t bother each other. Evenings were lovely, we would eat outside or in the pool house and have a competitive game of cards. It was such a beautiful, serene place to have a family holiday. For days out you are only a drive from Nice beach and Cannes beach, and about half an hour away from Marineland which is a great family day out. I would recommend if you go to Nice that you visit the Old Town. It is so picturesque and different. It was such a wonderful and unique experience being a short drive from the beach yet still being located in the mountains. I can’t wait to return to Grasse and stay at this stunning villa! Nice well equipped house in good clean condition. Pool was a fabulous size and well maintained / cleaned. The owner and neighbour were both very helpful and friendly both before and during our visit. A great, quiet and central location in very nice residential neighbourhood to explore the area but you'll need a car, we visited St. Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monacco, Mougin and the water park at Antibes. Don't forget to travel inland as well, a trip to Castellane is well worth a visit, a picture postcode French village amidst a spectacular setting. No air con in the house and while there are mosquitton blinds on the windows most of our party were savaged with bites, take insect repellent. Despite this our party of 8 adults and children thouroughly enjoyed our time here and I would recoment this property.

We had a great holiday. House is nice and spacious, lovely swimming pool. Quite easy to get to motorway which goes all directions. We really enjoyed fresh bread every day from bakery near by. We would be happy to come back.
