This is our fourth year staying at this luxury suite. We have booked both the one bedroom and two bedroom suite in the past. Paul and Hally are the ultimate owners/hosts. The units are spotless and modern...with all the amnities you need,,,including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and cooler! The unit is across the street from the beach and just a few very short blocks to fine dining and casual restaurants in Deerfield Beach. There is also a beautiful promenade for strolling during the day or evening. Restaurants and sightsare just a few miles away in Boca Raton and DelRay Beach....or take a drive to Fort Lauderdale or Miami! I can't say enough about this amazing rental...we will definitely be back again next year!

Greeted by the owner - gave us a tour of the property -explained all details of the suite- we stayed in the one bedroom - perfect the entire week -SUPER CLEAN facility- EXTRA amenities in the kitchen & bathroom- Linens & extra towels ,beach towels and chairs was a plus-
they showed that extra touch from the time we booked to the very end.Beach is across the street.
The only thing I suggest-Lower the second shelf in the cabinet with the glasses so us NOT so tall guests can reach- (smile)

We basically live across the street from the property. Our family is large and I can’t fit them all in our place. So during thanksgiving part of our crew stayed there. Paul was over the top accommodating to us. The property is clean, beautiful and right across the street from the beach. We have stayed there before for the holidays and plan on staying there again. Walking into this villa was like stepping into a European hotel suite. The decor was simple yet elegant. The space was fresh, clean and comfortable. The bed and linens were outstanding. The location is one block in either direction to get to the beach and a great range of restaurants and bars. We only needed the car to pick up groceries. We’ll definitely be returning.

Such a gem!
This is our third time staying at this amazing property! It is our "home away from home" each winter as we escape from the North for some fun in the sun. Paul and his family and staff are the perfect hosts. The apartment is in the perfect location...right across the street from the beach and a short walk to many wonderful restaurants. If you choose to cook in, there is a beautiful, fully supplied kitchen. Everything is there for a perfect get away, including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Paul thinks of everything! Communication is amazing prior to our trip, and if we should need anything while we are there. What else can I say...this is a wonderful rental property!

Spotless, contemporary style, excellent location!
My husband and I stayed at one of the 4 units here for a couple weeks while house-hunting in the area. This VRBO is peerless in terms of its being a spotless, fresh, clean unit, very tastefully appointed with contemporary furnishings, with every creature comfort needed for extended stays, plus a great location - close to the beautiful Deerfield Beach and pier, Boca Raton shopping, and scenic drives up and down the A1A.
We were in the 1BD/1BA unit, but took a peek at the 2BD/2BA, and I am serious when I say, I could change the locks and live there - in either sized unit - forever. It is that comfortable, attractive and perfectly situated.
There is no pool - so go to the beach! And no laundry on the premises, but an excellent cleaners is 1.5mi away. With just 4 units, there's no big-condo indifference either. The owners, Paul and Hally, are super responsive and easy to get ahold of if you run out of linens or supplies.
I would not hesitate to recommend this VEBO or stay here again in the future when in the area.

Best Florida Trip Ever
What a delightful property! Paul and Hally were the best hosts. The luxury 1 br suite was exactly as advertised. Paul was there to welcome us and check us in when we arrived. He was so accommodating for all of our needs. The apartment was sparkling clean and beautiful. They had everything there to make our beach vacation perfect...including beach chairs and towels. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and there is a lovely outside patio. The location is amazing - a short walk across the street to the beach, and a few blocks from all of the restaurants in Deerfield Beach. My husband and I enjoyed our two week stay and we will definitely be back!

Paul is an absolutely fantastic host. The property is meticulously maintained, and could not be in a more perfect location. Paul is extremely quick to respond to any questions, and went out of his way for us many times to ensure we had the best stay possible. I highly recommend anyone considering this property to book it, you will not be dissaponted. Hosts like Paul are exactly the reason I prefer VBRO instead of staying at a hotel for vacations.
