Location and ambience.
The top bedroom was infested with cluster flies, both dead and alive. An attempt by someone to squish some of the flies in tissue paper had been left in the window frame. The carpet by the window in that room was riddled with mould and curtains not hung properly. We ended up having to vacuum that room ourselves!

The location was very good, wonderful views and very close to the South West Coast path.
Kitchen facilities not altogether but this was not a problem really.
